  So apparently my insurance company uses these people to come do the inspections. I live in Oklahoma so we are always having to file claims due to weather. I had filed a claim for damage to my home and I couldn’t believe it when my phone rang on a holiday that unless you save lives you should not be working on. When I asked why they were calling me especially on a holiday the representative told me they work 365 days a year. That is completely unethical for you to have people working on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I told the representative that I know he was only doing his job but to not call me on a holiday. Holidays are family time and people do not want to be away from their families on those days and consumers do not want people calling them while they are trying to spend time with family. I feel sorry for their employees. I never wanna do business with anyone who doesn’t believe in family time. I really hope that the company does what’s right because every employee I have spoken with or dealt with there are great. Some companies don’t know what they have until it’s gone and believe me if you don’t treat your employees right they will leave.

  Had roof damage that was ovvious. Got claim covered after getting my roofer involved but seek found none. Either incompetent or did not ecen look

  I was at a roof inspection while an employee of SeekNow named "Kave" was inspecting the roof for a Traveler's adjuster. Subjectively, Kave did not do his job of identifying damage well. The adjuster on the claim came onto the first story of the roof and agreed with me about several hail hits in Kave's test square that was marked with zero damage. Beyond not doing his job well, he was extremely unprofessional. Kave told the adjuster he would be emailing his photo report to him, and I told the adjuster I would be emailing photos as well since Kave hadn't documented any damage. Kave responded by saying "Do whatever you have to. The next time I see your truck out on a jobsite and there's a dog in it (my dog came with me to the inspection), I'm going to break out every ******* window of your truck." He stated this in front of the adjuster, the homeowner, and the homeowner's three children all under the age of 10. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable behavior from one of your employees and I would like to know how you intend to address it since he threatened damage to my property.

  Seek Now works as a contracted consultant for State Farm adjusters when there is damage. The Seek Now consultant comes out, tells the home owner that there is damage but then denies the claim. Both Seek Now and State Farm, refuse to share written details and pictures they take of the homeowner's property. My recommendation, is do not use this company. This is a bait and switch vendor and together with Insurance companies - defraud the policy owner and this just results in increased premiums

  The Seek Now guy inspected our roof after 3 big hail storms and a tornado with one. This all happened in a 3-month time span. In his report, he claimed it was mechanical hail, which implied that we did the damage ourselves to look like hail. He took no pictures and was not very nice. We argued with our insurance company and they let us get another inspection with another party. They found extensive damage and our insurance company finally paid out our claim. Seek Now obviously works with insurance companies to claim no damage on homes that are damaged. There are numerous bad reviews of them on the BBB site. Would never want to encounter them or their shady business practices again.

  Damaged my gutters. They use no safety for ladders. Wear hey dudes to climb roofs. Don't secure ladders or use anything to protect gutters.

  I had a one of their adjustors schedule to come inspect my roof, but they never showed up and I got no notification that they were not coming and there was no attempt to try and reschedule me. I had to take the initiative to find a number to call them to reschedule an inspection

  I encountered a guy named Stephen from seek now, during a roof inspection today. When I extended my business card, he dismissively refused it. His demeanor was abrasive, and his interaction with the homeowners was marked by rudeness. It was evident from his hostile attitude and the way he looked at both me and them that he harbors animosity towards Asian Americans.
  I anticipated that his disposition would influence his assessment, and unfortunately, it did. He deliberately disregarded obvious hail damage that I had identified, despite my two years of training in this industry. It's disheartening to see how personal biases can lead to dishonest and potentially illegal actions that impact honest homeowners.

  I am very upset-this company was to come to my house this morning between 8-11. I had my contractor waiting for my call to tell him to go met SeekNow. Then I got a text that the inspection was done. NO CALL-NO NOTHING!! If I could have used someone else I would have. This is not good business!! I had to work today so my contractor was going to be there and he lives in my subdivision. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

  This is probably one of the worst companies to deal with
  A piece of rental property of mine have been damaged ***** **** since this company out I've requested four times to make sure that I was called prior to them doing the inspection. I even called three times the day of the inspection and the people in the Philippines just gave me the answer that he was on his way. The appointment was scheduled between 2 and 5 PM at 5 o'clock. I drove down to the property. he was not there after calling back and asking for a supervisor they said he had been there earlier and he did not give me a call. Call ***** **** to see what was going on and they said he put on applicable on my siding which was completely gone. They called the inspector and he said oh I had made a mistake. He also checked the box. It said the property owner was there which was a total lie. I would never use this company nor will allow them on any of my properties ever again. I will have a State Farm agent or some other contractor do my inspection. Beware of this company.
