This Company has a history of denying claims in favor of the insurance companies. State farm uses them as an escape goat to deny claims when all involved know it should be covered.
To avoid bad press and the negative reviews they have received. They had their employees post over 100 reviews to boost their rating.
I highly recommend you do not allow them to inspect your property and they should be investigated for collusion with the insurance companies.

All of Seek Now’s inspectors are vetted and certified to collect that information on behalf of property adjusters. And many come from adjusting and roofing backgrounds, making them even more qualified to provide ground truth that allows adjusters to make their own determination on property damage.

Never had to wait on insurance. They sent a seeknow employee who was promptly on time. They are on a mission to get what they need and be their way but they did it with a smile. This company doesnt decide your claims fate, thats the insurance adjuster. But they made me feel like I mattered to my insurance company, and they were third party contracted. Thats not a quality you get out of contractors. So these folks myst love what they do. I just found out as a realtor, I can use them too.SeekNow Inc.

State Farm sent them out to inspect my roof for hail damage. The guy from seek now showed up to my house, with the guy from the roofing company, and got on my roof. He never once knocked on my door or introduced himself. Before he left, he told me there was obvious hail damage. I got a notice that my claim was denied 2 weeks later!! Terrible service!SeekNow Inc.

All of Seek Now’s inspectors are vetted and certified to collect non-bias, data-based property damage information on behalf of insurance adjusters.
In turn, Adjusters are able to make their own determination on property damage (e.g. whether or not a claim is settled or denied). Our job is to empower the expert, in this case the Adjuster, to make that call while we provide the ground truth required to do so. Seek Now has no interaction or participations as to whether a property claim is settled or denied.

Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our inspector network. Although we are hired by the insurance company, they pay for and expect objective feedback on the condition of the property with supporting photo documentation from our HAIG certified inspectors. We do not participate in nor benefit from the final coverage or settlement decision the insurance company adjuster makes.Review fromThomas K

They didn't show up the first appointment. Did not call. I called the next day and was left on hold. I hit the button for a call back. Never came. I called AGAIN the next day. I guess they outsource their call center. I think I was talking to somone in China. Could not understand a word she said. I had a question about what kind of tarp they would use. She had no idea. She kept putting me on hold to ;call someone' to ask them. um, why couldn't I talk to them directly??? After half an hour of her 'calling' ppl to ask, I told her I had to work and for them to call me when they knew what kind of tarp they would use. They never called back. I had this company out before and they had no idea what they were doing. Exhuasted and sick due to 3 days of this now or I would write more. Don't let these people in your home.SeekNow Inc.

I wish I would had read these reviews before my Insurance Co sent them out. Four neighbors that I know - I don’t know them all, had roof inspections done and are getting new roofs through their Insurance Carriers from a very bad hail storm. Seek now inspected my roof and says to insurance company no damage normal wear and tear I have holes throughout all my shingles on my roof. Guess they believe wear comes in simultaneously holes in shingles. My one neighbor’s insurance co used Seek Now was denied and they appealed it another inspection company came out did a full inspection and new roof was approved. I’m in the process of appealing this. Why couldn’t Seek SEE the same damage as 4 neighbors right in a row showing hail damage.SeekNow Inc.

1 starThis company Seek Now should be closed and charges bought against them for vandalism. One of their inspectors drilled holes on my back porch ceiling and not once did he tell me he was doing so. Once I contacted my claims adjuster at State Farm and told them and sent photos; I was told to do the leg work to resolve the issue. I called Seek Now and to this day I still cannot get the damage to my porch ceiling resolved. This inspector also reported to State Farm only shingle replacement is needed when there is obvious water damage in my garage as well as the wood ceiling on my back porch. It's appalling that you pay all this money for home insurance and the insurance company outsource inspections to a "F" rated company. I would not recommend Seek Now to inspect a dog house let alone a home.Review fromJoe T

1 starTha adjuster didn't do his job correctly this company shouldn't be anywhere near a persons house. Have to give 1 star to post should be double zero.
