      In my Bubba Dub voice
      TRASH.
      Steak was tough like I was biting into leather, The ribs had a funny taste to it.
      I've been to hole in the walls that serves better food.
      The only thing I really enjoyed was the Caesar salad.
      Cute women that work there though.
      If I was a food critic I'll give that place a 2 out of 10.

      Went to Texas Roadhouse in Salisbury NC. Waiting time was like 5 minutes, great right not at all. It took 35 minutes to get rolls, then it took 50 minutes for food, but I ordered an appetizer. So finally get appetizers and only half of what we ordered after 2 hours of waiting. Very disappointing!

      Used the online app, would not work. Called to order take out... no one would answer... called corporate and all they could do is contact the owner of this location and that's all they would do. Filed a formal complaint with them and told the rep I would not be going to Texas roadhouse. I We will use the local restaurants like Milanos and lock 16. I will not support big corporate restaurant chains anymore.

      Had a bad experience on 5/26/24. The family went for a memorial day dinner.
      There was some kind of disconnect. Restaurant was not that busy. We waited almost an hour for our food. Then my medium rare steak came raw. The waitress took it back to be cooked more.By the time it came back the rear if the table was done eating so I just got a to go box.

      They are very rude, unprofessional, and they are not wearing nets to cover their hair in the kitchen. I found hair in my food and one of my guests didn't even get to eat with us. Instead of them taking the meal off I had to pay for it. Somehow my bill went from 81.73 to 113.76 and no one should tell me why.That was after we were mistreated earlier when we came in. We were told we would be the next table to get sat and when we asked why people were going ahead of us we couldn't get an answer they ignored us. We had to wait a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes after our wait time of an hour. When I ask to speak to the manager about it I was denied. I had to speak with a server that couldn't even help me.

      Me and my family always go there and today we went there cuz it's my birthday and it took them an hour and 30 minutes to get our food and everyone around us that was there after us got their food before us and when we got our food they left out almost everything and so we just packed our food and went try to go home so we paid and I guess our waiter she got mad because we didn't give her a tip cuz it was like six of us but she was mad cuz she had a big old table and we didn't give her a tip and so my mom asked the lady where oh we could get the birthday free appetizers and that lady said I'm not going to get y'all anything else the way y'all were speaking to me she said you can go ask someone else at the front so she was being all ruined disrespectful for nothing and we were talking to the manager and the manager's name is John S****** and we already told him about that disrespectful lady and he was supposed to talk to her and he didn't so then we brought it back and he was like where there's really nothing I can do and mom was like okay well I want her to apologize and he said well I can't really make her apologize but that her apologize is coming from me and I was like girl you cannot be talking to people that way especially if you're working for customer service like if you want to work at this type of job you need to have the right attitude so she was being all disrespectful and rolling her neck at us because we didn't give her a tip and she was just mad about that so and the lady's name was Tiffany but on her little name tag it said Tiff Tiff at Texas Roadhouse with with orange blonde pink hair like a sunset and so we're reporting this because we don't want y'all to have to go through that

      We stopped into TX Roadhouse for dinner yesterday and were treated like family from the time we walked in. The server was attentive but not annoying. The steaks were absolute perfection. They even gave us a few of their awesome rolls and butter to go. We will definitely be back again soon.

      Regarding the Lubbock, TX location.
      The staff their had decided to discriminate against my sister-in-law because of her medical condition and refuse to serve her. She has been in and out of the hospital for 4 months and she has issues walking around without assistance. She was starting to feel good again and wanted to go to her favorite restaurant. After 2 hours of waiting we were finally able to get our table just to be informed that they were cutting her off and refusing to serve her.
      The only reasons that they had to cut her off is because she needed assistance walking and was really excited about having her own basket of rolls. The manager had reached out to try to apologize a few days later. I had asked for him to reach out to her directly to apologize. He said he would, however he never did.
      I guess Texas Roadhouse finds it okay for them to mistreat people and discriminate against them since they are so popular.

      Worst experience ever at the Robinson Pa location. Worst food could not even eat the rubber food covered in salt. Worst manager. She need fired. Worst experience with 11 people. This place is pure hell on earth.

      We always go to Texas Roadhouse atleast once a week and my husband the last two times was upset he likes his steaks med rare which is pink and they made his steak twice this last time and was worse the second time and looked grey
