Called multiple times for the lastb2 weeks about a claim. Have received no calls back. Requested management contact 3 times and was told each time i would receive a call back. Still waiting. Original claim was supposed to be handled within 5 days. We are now at 19 days and still waiting / calling / arguing about the claimGuardian Protection Products, Inc

This business has bad reviews for a reason. They make their service sound so great on what they cover. However you have to read the fine print. They offer coverage for animal and human bodily fluids. My 3 year old drank chocolate milk and got sick and vomited on the couch. The company came and cleaned the couch but even though it stinks from the vomit they said "we only cover stains not odor so case closed."
I really just feel like buying the protection plan was a rip off if they will not protect my furniture. No point in purchasing a protection plan. I really would just like a refund before I attempt to take further action.Guardian Protection Products, Inc

These company is a joke, a scam! I purchase a loveseat and sofa for $7,000 and a warranty for $500. Within 5 mos of purchase they the leg rest shows a defect. Submitted a claim and was denied. 10 month later I submitted another claim for the head rest peeling and it was also denied! They denied the claim quickly by simply is saying is not covered. Read the reviews on this company before you buy it. They company can't be trusted!Guardian Protection Products, Inc

The goof proof warranty provided by Guardian Protection is a scam. I filed two claims and both were denied. One was for a broken rivet on my recliner frame and one was for a collapsed arm on my sectional. According to the policy terms both should be covered, but Guardian denied both claims. This company is not to be trusted. Do not buy a warranty from them. Your claim will be be denied even if the policy terms state it is covered.Guardian Protection Products, Inc

As you can see from other reviews, this company will do anything they can to decline your claim. If you are purchasing this expecting to be covered for any sort of damage, stains, etc to your
furniture, DO NOT purchase this coverage. Your claim WILL be denied.
I spent $400 for this coverage. Filed my first claim 2 years after purchase of a 5 year plan. My claim was a stain on my couch...something that is widely advertised as covered on pamphlets and advertisements. No damage, no tears, just a simple stain on my couch. This claim was denied. My $400 couch coverage will not even cover a stain.
Guardian should be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed by their customer service. Unfortunately, most people are buying this insurance on the spot at a furniture store so by the time they have purchased it is too late to do any sort of research on the company. If they did, they would see the hundreds of 1 star reviews with the same experience that I have had.
It is a scam at best and fraud at worst. DO NOT PURCHASE. STAY FAR AWAY.Guardian Protection Products, Inc

I have a chaise couch, and I filed a claim on 8/31 as when we moved it to the other side of the room the leg broke off. Guardian protection wants to send a service technician to look at it. ok fine no problem. Tri county reached out me to schedule an appt but the 2 days they had available didn't work for me due to my job. i called guardian to explain that to them. there response was they will ty to find another company. After a few days nothing so i recalled tri county and they had a cancellation for 9/24 so I took it. i re arranged my work schedule to be available. I didn't think I had to call guardian since I was still waiting to hear from them. On 9 /19 I get an email from *** ****** that appt has been cancelled per guardian protection. I called guardian and they confirmed that they cancelled appt on me as 1. they called and left me a message, NO they did not and 2. they said I told them I could use *** ** ****,that i never reached them to tell them about appt.. Who are they to cancel my appt and now who knows when i can get another appt. what is wrong with this company. I made a purchase with Bob's furniture on a coffee table, end table and wine table. My end table and coffee table glass was cracked doing a cookout that I gave. My wIne bar was stained as well from someone sitting a cup on it. I filed a claim on 08/21/24 and uploaded pictures to there web site. I called in on 09/09/24 which i was told that my claim had been denied due to not knowing what cause the accident. I informed them that accident occurred doing my cookout. So they stated doing the initial call that the representative never put that it was due to a cookout. I informed them to let me listen to the call. They stated that they would reviewed the phone call and get back to me within 24 to 48hrs. And after reviewing the call it stated that on my initial phone call that I stated that it was due to people over from a cookout. I have reached out to them again 09/18/24 and spoke Gaizel which she stated that she will reopen the case and call me back with an update. Within 46min on the phone with Gaizel she has now informed me that the denial will be overturned after emailing a supervisor by the name Jaypee. She is not aware of the next step but stated that i will receive a email with an update. The email should take a few hours.

a. All accidental stains.
b. Accidental breakage of wood frame or structure or other hard surface from specific incident.
c. Accidental gouge, heat mark or liquid ring from specific incident.
