      We purchased a new GE refrigerator from Lowe’s that cost over 3000 dollars. Within a month the freezer thawed out and ruined hundreds of dollars in food for our family. Contacted ge for a repair and found that there are no ge repairmen in our area. So we had to lose all our food. Finally the freezer started freezing again and less than a month later it has completely frosted over inside and out. Contacted ge again and they found some company to come repair the freezer. This company sent a young boy who actually has never worked on ge appliance before and after several hours he realized he would need to order parts and reschedule. Mean time we have no working freezer and have a two month old 3000 dollar lemon sitting in our kitchen. After several attempts to speak with manager at ge customer service I was told they couldn’t replace my fridge but would send a 100 gift card for all my lost food which is ridiculous and not appropriate. After speaking with customer relations manager I was told that the only way to get a replacement is if the repair shop can’t fix it. While I wait several weeks for them to source the parts I don’t have a working freezer. I feel that ge should replace their defective appliance instead I am being punished because of there sorry crafstmanship

      We purchased a GE cooktop Cafe model and had had 3 technicians come work on our cook top per the protocol of the company . The technicians demanded it un repairable and now the company has refused to issue us a new one . We have tried to work with them but they are being unreasonable . After one of the attempted repairs we had to have the local gas company come and repair the gas leak which we believe came from the attempted repairs. The cook top sounds like it is about to blow up after cooking on one of the gas burners . We believe this is a factory flaw with the stove and they are trying not to stand behind their product .

      I purchased this GE dryer on 12/28/24. It was delivered to my home on 01/06/25. It worked fine until 04/24/25 when it stopped heating. I called GE to request a repair. They came out 3 days later and said a wire had come unhooked so they hooked it back in. The dryer still was not fixed after drying only 1 load of clothes. Called them back. They said it would be 05/09/25 before they could come back. They didn't show on the 9th so I called to see where they where when I was told they were waiting on me to tell them when parts arrived they had ordered and had shipped to me. I wasn't told to let them know so they didn't know the part arrived that THEY ordered for my dryer. They re-sheduled me for 05/15/25 and told me that if I could get someone out sooner to put on the parts they ordered, they would reimburse me up to $250. I had someone to come out and put those parts on and when he went to replace them, he found 2 burned wires, one of which had been taped with black tape by A & E, the company used by GE for repairs. This was on the 14th. There had been an ark behind my dryer as well so my home could have burned to the ground and lives could have been lost. They have now stated that this is a known issue with this model and they have a wiring harness ordered. GE refuses to replace this dryer until it's deemed not repairable. I have been out several dollars taking laundry elsewhere and paid another repairman. This dryer wasn't even 4 months old when I started having issues. I was promised by a lady in GE customer relations that if the unit wasn't fixed within 21 days, it would be replaced. Now I am told by them that they will not replace it. This model needs to be recalled, I should be awarded a new unit, and it should be at their expense. This machine had unprofessional work done on it by their repair techs, could have burned my home down, and I have been without a dryer since 04/28/525. This should not be how they treat their customers. I have pics of burned wires.

      Issue is regarding the stovetop in my new construction condo. Model is Monogram ZGU30RSL2SS and Serial Number is *********. I moved into the condo in October of 2023, and the issue began in December of 2024. The product has a 2 year limited warranty. The issue is that when I turn on the large gas burner, it explodes and can burn the users hands depending on the size of the explosion. I have been burned 2x and my husband 1x. I have been working with Monogram Appliance Repair since January with no resolution and no cooktop for over 4 months since it is too dangerous to use.

      I purchased a GE washing machine in October 2024 from Lowe's. Spent over $800 with extended warranty. The machine has broke 3 times. First time it took 5 weeks to fix. 2 days after they fixed it another problem occurred and they came back and fixed that within a week. Now washing machine doesn't work at all. Fills up and stops. Won't agitate or go past fill. Have had 3 different appointments for GE repair men to come and they have canceled day of after I took off work to be home from 8 to 5... I've called GE everytime and get absolutely nowhere other than them sending me a $50 visa card for dinner on them. Where can you get dinner for a family on $50. Went to laundromat multiple times. Spent $87 and $56 so far. Going to have to go again. If you spend $800 on a washing machine and it breaks 3 times before a year is up that is NOT OK!

      Bought a washer and it's broke down ge was supposed to fix under manufacture warranty. They have canceled repair service 8 times cause of unfortunate events that technicians could not come out. I paid alot of money for a washer I can't use and they won't fix. Never buy a ge applainece.

      I purchased a reverse osmosis water system from the local Home Depot store about one year ago. The system installed fine and without any issues. I went to change the filters three days ago and awakened today to several quarts of water on the kitchen floor. When I replaced the three threaded filters, the top and bottom were easy to remove and install, but the middle filter required a pair of pliers to both remove and install. Not that middle filter (membrane) is leaking water all the time. That filter is designed slightly different than the other two but the instructions are the same for all three. Now either the membrane filter, housing, or both seem to need replacement. I will be filing a complaint against Home Depot as well.

      We ordered a refridgerator from **** *****. There was no damage during the delivery. When the blue protective film was peeled back it on the left door it removed the finish from the front of the refridgerator showing some sports of rust beneath the surface. The right door would also not properly latch. Upon contacting GE they sent out a repair technician who claimed GE would not fix the door because it was cosmetic. Trying to fix the latch on the right door they cracked the plastic reinstalling it. Now both doors are damaged. We were given a service number to reference with GE, *********
      I left a review on **** *****s web page and they told us to reach out of social media. I posted on their facebook page and they finallya agreed to replace the door. They scheduled a service call for today. Today we recieved a text message that the call was cancelled and no eta was given.

      I purchased GE range **********. The oven does not heat evenly. I have both spoken with GE customer support and had GE technicians out to inspect the unit multiple times. I have shared pictures of items I have baked, showing that food is burning in the back and not cooking in the front. The last technician visit was a few weeks ago. His conclusion is that the oven is working as designed, and a design flaw is a cause of the uneven baking; the oven burner is located in the back of the oven, and runs side-to-side. The tech was not surprised food was burning in the back, given the burner setup.

      I keep following up with GE customer support, but I cannot talk with technicians or anyone else. GE still wants to send out another technician to 'inspect the unit' even though at the end of the last two technician visits they have stated the unit is working as designed (not malfunctioning). They cannot tell me why they think another technician visit would fix the problem. The techs have told me personally there is nothing more they can do (since it is a design flaw causing the problem). Since the unit is not malfunctioning, GEwill not replace it.

      I've had numerous case numbers for this, including ******** and most recently ********.

      I purchased a GE range for a previous house about 3 years ago, and it works great. I think this model was just poorly designed, so I am looking for an exchange.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I understand GE technicians have 'confirmed' the oven is working as designed (i.e. not malfunctioning). Which makes it even more frustrating that the customer care team keeps telling me they have to send out another technician. If your stance is that the oven is working as designed, it leads to my conclusion that the oven was designed in such a way that food bakes unevenly? 

      The user manual suggests I cook Angel Food cake on the bottom rack. And there are other dishes that are to be cooked on rack 2. Clearly, your instruction to use the middle rack is not feasible and contradicts with the user manual. So, I don't understand how you are saying it is working 'as designed' when your suggestion is to not follow the user manual's instructions. 

      Further, not all dishes are small enough to be placed in the front of the oven. E.g. the pizza tray is nearly as deep as the inside of the oven. Am I supposed to need to rotate food while cooking it - is that part of the design?
