      During February of 2025 GE was contacted by my wife due to a washing machine leak to he General Electrical washing machine appliance. It was determined that there was a defect in the top cover and it would be replaced. For approximately 2 months GE mailed the wrong and damaged parts until around April 4 whenever a technician arrived at my home to replace the faulty part. And please be advised my washer was working just fine until this technician hooked some kind of box to the electrical system to my washer and filled the wash tub. And then he makes the determination that I would need a new drain plug. I said okay but are you going to be replacing the top cover for what was determined and you service call was for and he stated in a nasty tone no. And I said let me ask one more time are you going to do the repairs that are supposed to be done. Again in a nasty he said no. I then stated to the technician that if you were not going to replace the parts that was on the paperwork and ordered by GE then you need to just leave my house. The technician mumbled and departed my property with my wash tub full of water and some type of control box plugged into the system. I contacted GE during my noticing this and explained what had taken place. Therefore GE apologized and rescheduled me a new appointment. On the day of the appointment no one arrived and therefore reached out to GE. And after being put on hold for sometime I was informed to being placed on a service list and they did not no the reason. And therefore offered me an alternative to another vendor that performs service calls for GE. And scheduled me an appointment. Upon the day of the appointment I was notified by the service company they provided stating GE cancelled my appointment. I the reached out to the company and scheduled an appointment to have my machine repaired that work before there technician did whatever he did and was quoted that my washer repairs would be 572.00 dollars to repaired.

      I purchased a refrigerator manufactured by G.E. on 11-02-24 and it stopped working early March of this year.

      I have been stood up by the repair people 4 times as of today. I was scheduled for repairs today and AGAIN, I received a text message saying that they were not coming to fix my refrigerator.

      I called GE twice already about this issue. The second time I called, I spoke with ******. I do not know who I spoke with the first time.

      This has gone beyond ridiculous!!

      My washer is noisy and stops during the spin cycle. The first time he said it wasn’t level because it was on a pallet (I had flooding before; now fixed). I then hired someone to install it again and remove pallet and leveled it. Second time he came he said it was because I didn’t load my laundry correctly. I told him I did and he became upset and said GE will not replace this. If you call again, we’ll charge you to come out because you are not loading laundry evenly. I was the one loading laundry so I’m sure it’s always even. I feel they are shirking responsibility and not honoring warranty.

      Purchased an GE Appliance ( Dryer) in December via Lowe’s website and it was delivered in January. The dryer stop working on March 16, contacted GE Appliance on March 17 because it was still under warranty with them. As of today, the dryer is still not working and I have contacted them multiple of times regarding this issue. They keep giving me the run around and my dryer is not working. They keep sending gift cards for me to use for a laundry mat. I have told them multiple of times via phone calls I would like for my dryer to be fixed or replaced. It is almost a month and I still can’t use my dryer. They sent out someone to look at it, and they have not fixed the dryer nor came back to even tell me what they are planning to do. Absolutely nothing has been done, other than sending useless gift cards. If I wanted to go to the laundry mat, I wouldn’t have purchased a dryer.

      I purchased a GE dishwasher (GDT650SYV2FS) it was delivered in March. Once installed it didn’t work. Had error codes. We contacted GE. They had a 3rd party contact us for service. The first confirmed appointment was a no show. They did come to the next. After the techs left (they did not run the dishwasher) it still didn’t work. We scheduled another appointment. They came this time on 4-7-25. Stated the problem was fixed. Today it started doing the same thing again. We called GE and spoke with a customer service rep. I explained what has been happening. She said all they can do is send a request to the 3rd party again. So we have had no working dishwasher for over a month at this point. I asked her what else could be done. We have had to miss work for all these appointments on a brand new appliance. She seemed upset with me and suggested we “ try another company/brand”. I’m at a loss.

      We got a fridge that's a ge appliance that we got from a local appliance company that we've had serviced many times over the past year. We've had nothing but issues and it's been a huge problem. We purchased the fridge on march 27th of 2024 for about $2500.00 and have issues with it since. The service guys with the local company we got it from have been out at least 6 times and haven't fixed it and said that it would be in GEs hands after that 6th time which is also what GE had told me when I called them on the 5th service date and they said that after the 6th time they would replace the fridge. So I contacted GE myself because I haven't heard anything from GE or the appliance company and GE said there's pretty much nothing they can do for me. The drawer in the freezer come off the track at least 6 more times since the last service visit and it's not easy to get back on. At this point we just want our money vack to get a different fridge. GE has been the worst to deal with and we want to file a complaint and figure out a way to get this taken care of.

      Purchased Opal Ice Maker in June of 2024. As of about 2 weeks ago it has not worked. We have kept good maintenance of the device including cleaning and descaling. I called GE customer service and spoke with an employee who was great and helpful. She confirmed that, based on my answers to her questions, I needed to open a warranty claim and that I should call back to do that. I gathered my evidence and called back and spoke with *****. Unfortunately the first person i spoke with did not open a Case so ***** had no evidence that I had spoke with anyone and went over all the questions again. I answered them, again. She was condescending and short with me so I asked for her manager, ****. He was also unhelpful and informed me i would have to finish with *****'s questions in order to make a warranty claim. I asked for it to at least be assigned to a different agent but he stated that he would not be able to guarantee that.

      MY ITEM IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AND UNDER WARRANTY. I HAVE KEPT GOOD MAINTENANCE ON IT (CLEANING, DESCALING). THIS WAS A FAULTY DEVICE AND I WOULD LIKE IT REPLACED.

      Purchased an upright GE freezer from Home Depot on 02/21/2025. The freezer was purchased in preparation for a 1/4 cow I ordered. The freezer was delivered on 03/01/2025. Noticed the freezer wasn't cooling below 6 degrees even though it was set at -6. Called Home Depot was told the freezer won't cool to the temperature it's set at if it's empty. Received the 1/4 cow on 03/21/2025 in the evening. That evening, put 3 freezer thermometers with alarms just in case. Freezer still wasn't cooling below 6 degrees and would shoot up to 46 degrees. Called Home Depot and was told to contact GE, as Home Depot won't return appliances after 48 hours. GE customer service isn't open on the weekend, so called Monday morning. The 1st two times I called, was disconnected. The 3rd time the lady stated an appointment was set up for repairs. The 1st repairman arrived on Tuesday. He inspected the freezer and stated he was unable to repair. I contacted GE for the next step, and a 2nd maintenance company was contacted. The 2nd company called me the next day asking what issues I was having with the freezer, then they stated they could not fix the freezer and were going to reject the repair request. I contacted GE again to find out what the next step and I was told anther repairman would need to check the freezer out. On Friday, the same maintenance company that told me they could not fix the freezer called to schedule a maintenance appointment. I asked why they were calling to schedule a maintenance appointment since they called me on Wednesday to say they couldn't fix the freezer and rejected the maintenance request; the company told me GE sent the request to them again! The repairman came out a week later, inspected the freezer and stated he cannot repair the freezer. When I contacted GE again to find out the next step I was told they need to find another repairman! The meat I purchased went bad! At this point I will never buy another GE product. How GE handled this issue is ridiculous.

      Bought a new GE Microwave ($336) from geappliances.com and they shipped it to my house. On arrival set it up per instructions. Every time it started or stopped it made an abnormally loud Nosie. Contacted GE support and they opened a ticket to have a tech come out and look at issue. Got email 2 days later that my appointment had been reschedule to 4/14, Monday morning 4/7 I call the support number, and they reschedule to 4/9. later that same day a lady from GE called me and said they could not send a tech to look at the microwave as it was not Cost effective to serive the microwave, that instead they would issue Goodwill Certificate, that I would have to go out and find another microwave buy it for equal to or less than ($336) and submit info and wait 10 weeks to get refund. We live paycheck to paycheck and don't have the money to go out and buy a second microwave int the time frame they have given me. I would be out of over $600 for 10 weeks. I asked for refund and RMA to send the microwave back and refused to help and hung-up phone. They should either send the tech out here and fix the problem or accept return and refund my money.

      WINDOW PACK ASSEMBLY -Part Number WB56X27502 was twice ordered by phone 4/2/2025 & 4/7/2025. Currently online order made 4/9/2025 appears to be processing. Twice the phone orders were canceled with no notification and the lady of the can not use the oven. I was also charged three different prices. Please have the curtesy of cancelation notification.
