      On March 7th 2023 i contacted Republic Finance LLC to pay off my balance, Republic Finance LLC instructed me to pay it with ******* ********* ** as the account had been forwarded to them, I paid the $479 requested pay off in full for my account thru ******* ********* **, and received a letter dated 03/07/23 with the account paid off confirmation.
      On 03/31/23 my credit report updated showing a balance update of $235 (two hundred and thirty five dollars) on the Republic Finance Account. further hurting my credit score.
      I kindly ask Republic Finance LLC To delete this account from their records and to DELETE this account from the credit bureaus as the information is inaccurate.

      I have never had a loan with the business. I am on no paperwork or anything with this company. They levied $6,059.19 from my bank account on 4/13/2023. I would rather not sue the company, I would like my money returned with interest for damages I confirmed with my back that it was Republic Finance.

      I put post dated check in drop box at republic finance dated fot 4-8-23. They deposited 3rd-4th causing overdraft in my account and extra fees. I had verbally informed of pymt. Date. Also upon opening this account republic finance reported a higher higher loan amount to credit bureau. Informed them of this and no response to issue.

      On February 28, 2023, the manager of Republic Finance called my 81-year-old mother ***** ** **** in St. Louis Missouri and consistently integrated her with numerous illegal questions regarding my account with Republic Finance. ***** ( Manager) demanded more than once that my mother call me from her 314 number and conference ***** into the call. In addition, ***** asked questions about my job, and finances and continued to detain my mother on the phone by stating that it was " AN EMERGENCY" that she locate, and speak with me and that my mother help ***** " call" me. My mother felt intimidated, worried, and very anxious after speaking with *****. In, fact *****'s illegal request and harassing negative tone caused my mother to have a panic attack, headache, and anxiety. *****'s behavior was inappropriate, insensitive, and in direct violation of the 2021 Federal Violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices.
      I am respectfully requesting that ***** and Republic Finance " Cease & Desist" contact my mother, my job, and or personal contacts for the purpose of using deceptive techniques to collect or discuss a debt. I have consulted legal counsel and am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Likewise, I have filed a complaint and submitted the issue with **** ******* of Channel 5 Investigative News. It is very disturbing that ***** was concerned about the collection of the debt. Yet, Never offered an amicable financial solution to help bring the loan current. ( example: refinance the loan with payments rolled into the principal) , skipping payments, etc. ).

      My hours slowed down drastically at work to where I missed some payments and I called and let them know the payment would be made. I also received a called from the main branch asking why was I late on payments and the missed payments. January 13 I made a payment and thats when the questions were asked. A letter was sent about filing sue and than again I called and spoke with a agent. I’ve had this long for a few years and my balance was down to 815.67 so I called on February 27th to make a payment and after payment my balance was now 1,293.17 before payment. After payment its 1083.17 425.00 court costs and 52.50 Attorney fees were added and payments were still being made. I called the main branch several times on the 28th of February and no call was returned I also called today March 1st still no one could talk to me. I should not have to pay these fees if payments were being made.

      I opened a loan with this company in the Spring of 2022. The payments were being taken out automatically. I changed cards and when I went to change my information on the site it said I had a missed payment and would not let me make changes. Shortly after I received a letter from a law office. I attempted to pay them on the law offices site but the referral number on the letter the law office sent did not work. I have tried to called multiple times and have never been able to speak to a person. I’m either on hold for a ridiculous amount of time until I can no longer hold. I attempted to contact them through email with no response. I finally complained through a link on their site, I received a call from someone while I was working and could not answer. Everytime I have tried to call that persons direct number back I have had to leave a message, this has been going on for months now. Near the end of December I received a subpoena from them for the amount of the loan that I still owe. I mailed them a check for a large part is the amount and included a letter that I would like to arrange payments and settle this out of court. The check was cashed but I have yet to hear from anyone at Republic Finance or the lawyers office.

      I contacted this company on several occasions to express a financial hardship I was having. I attempted to work with them on the debt and each time I called they wanted to run my credit just to assist me with my hardship situation which made no sense since I was only calling due to my financial hardship and this phone call was in December 2022. When I did not agree to them running my credit again I receive a Warrant due to lack of payment in January 2023. I called the location to see how I could settle the loan and for the amount. I settled the loan in February 3, 2023 with Republic. I was informed I would receive paperwork regarding the settlement from their law firm in 7-10 business days and I would not have to appear in court. Today is February 22, 2023, I have not received anything in the mail. When I contacted the law firm, ******* ****** * ********** in Indianapolis, IN, regarding the account, I spoke with a debt collector by the name of Tony, who was very rude and unhelpful. The contact number for this firm is ************. After doing what I needed to do to resolve this account, I have been getting the runaround. I feel this business has been unprofessional in how it operates and extensive in how they go about issuing loans.

      We obtain a loan online 2 years ago for $4000, on May 2022 we obtain another loan for $2000 we have been paying $300 every month, and we still owe $6000, all the money that we have been paying its going to the interest, so I called today to get the payoff amount and they told me the balance its still $6000 and a little bit more, how can they scam people like that?

      I came to realize that there has been id theft/fraud on my SSN, . I reached out to all three agencies and was told that I needed to contact the bank directly because this was done online and not at a actual place of business. I was told by all three that I would have to dispute the inquiry through the bank because it was done online. I have mailed and called with no help what so ever. I have placed a freeze as well as filed a police report in reference to these inquires being removed. Since I am a victim of this ID theft/fraud I am requesting that the hard inquiry be removed from all three agencies or their reporting agency whom they deal with.       Finance’s response to case #18834110.  As

      Republic Finance has conducted a search of its records
      and determined that it does not have a customer with account information that
      matches the name or email address provided by the Consumer in his complaint. Importantly,
      Republic Finance is willing to re-investigate this complaint if the consumer
      can provide to us any additional documentation to prove a relationship with
      Republic Finance. The Consumer did not provide sufficient information or
      supporting documentation, such as a government-issued ID or social security card
      to prove his identity and a recent credit report to substantiate his
      allegations. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”),
      Republic Finance is obligated to investigate credit disputes that are complete
      and meet certain requirements.  According
      to the FCRA, a dispute notice is complete when it is submitted in writing
      directly to the creditor (i.e., not through a private, non-profit organization
      such as the BBB) and includes the following: (1) sufficient information to
      identify the account in dispute (e.g., consumer's full name, address, telephone
      number, and account number); (2) the specific information that is being
      disputed and an explanation of the basis for the dispute; and (3) all supporting
      documentation or information to substantiate the dispute, to the extent
      available (e.g., a copy of the relevant portion of the consumer report that
      contains the allegedly inaccurate information, a police report, a fraud or
      identity theft affidavit, a court order, or account statements). Therefore,
      Republic Finance has determined the Consumer’s credit dispute is incomplete
      because it does not meet all of the three afore-mentioned requirements.  If the Consumer has any additional
      information to satisfy the requirements set forth above, he is welcomed to
