      Reporting a missed pickup doesn't do any good! They tell you 24hr resolution but nothing happens until regularly scheduled pickup, If then. They sure take the money on time though!! Poorly managed!!!

      I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. ****** yesterday in regard to their concerns. Our missed pick up policy advises that any missed trash will be recovered within 24-hours. I apologize that Live Oak failed to do so. The review has been forwarded to the ********************* and Mrs. ****** has my direct contact information for any future inquiries.

      We had live oak waste in ********** ** for 5 months and in that 5 months we were supposed to be picket up every Tues which is 4 times a month. We were lucky to get picked up 2 out of the 4 every month for those 5 months . When contacting them was told so what , who care nothing you can do ! Wrong services canceled and moved on . Stay clear of this theft company!!!!!!!!

      Live oak does not answer their phones Tried getting ahold of them for two weeks with no answer from them No answering machine to leave a message. Want to cancel pickup due to no contact with this company Can't even replay on their website

      Mr. ***** spoke with a team member on 10/01 to cancel his service. Customers are able to email customer service or make payments by visiting ************************** or by messaging us through ********.

      Horrible service-almost 2 months of not picking up when supposed to-at one time 3 wks of trash in can to be picked up. Just had to cancel because they will no longer pick up at curbside for my 85 year old disabled mother but want them to bring the cans to the road. No longer exemption/exception for the disabled!!!So they changed their policies but did not inform their paying customers??What a disgusting company they have become since Live Oak has taken over!

      They've been charging me for pick up, and haven't came to pick up in 3 weeks... I've called and asked for them to come pick up but they still never came or when I call back they say the truck came back and picked up multiple of times but never did. I'm not the only customer who has had an issue, lot of other people in the ****** community have.

      Our North Texas sites have recently gone through a reroute and we are working diligently to ensure all customers are on the correct routes. All of the trash for Mr. ***** was recovered yesterday at 10:25am. Live Oak apologizes for any lapse in service this past month. The reroute will prove to service our customers in a more efficient manner. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

      Poor customer service. I understand that miss pick *** happen, but dont tell me you will be back to do trash pick up when after day days you did not show up. I called each day and reported no pick up occurred and also sent emails. Today is day is day 5, not picked up. Website did not allow missed pick up reporting, just linked to phone number. Im not surprised to find out that this company is not BBB accredited.

      This is a awful company. Don't deserve 1 star I have had our trash can damage. I have reported it numerous times with no response. Last week our trash was not picked up. I called. Was on hold for 1hr waiting. Finally got a live rep. **** her about all of our issues. That I was tired of not knowing if trash would be picked up or not. I requested a refund for September and cx my service. I was told bc September was automatic drafted already, the same day I called. That it could not be refunded or cx my service. I could cc end of September. She said she would report missed pick up and they would be out within 24 hr. It has been a week. Trash pick up was today. They did not show again. I am get up with this company. I have left numerous VM and email with no response. They have taken out money but have not provided the service. Do not use these people. I am still fighting to get my refund for this month. I guess I will have to make a in person visit since they are not compintent enough to pick up a phone or return calls.

      I had Ameri-Tex and they were spotty at best. Then they became Live Oak. Often picked up trash a day late or two days late. When the price was raised, I was told this was to hire more drivers and buy more trucks to improve service. Well--guess what--my pick up day was changed. Trash missed. Next week, trash missed. I have emailed five times, called till I am blue and each time I'm told, "this will be expedited, or I guarantee pick up by 6pm". Still not picked up. I called this morning and asked to speak with a supervisor--I held the phone forever and was told, "the supervisor is not available". No kidding! This is the most unprofessional, ill-managed trash service in *****. If you have a another choice--avoid Live Oak Waste-environmental, unless you want high blood pressure!

      I am getting tired of having to hound them about missed pick-**** They sure take their money fast enough from my direct pay but when they miss a pick-up they have until the next business day to pick up. They do not hold their employees accountable for their work. I was told they have a list to check off when they do a pick-up so when you call in and say they missed your pick-up, why is that employee not made to explain why the pick-up was not made and have to go right then and do the pick-up. I can definitely see why they have an F rating. The company is just excuses and lousy work.

      Would choose 0 stars if possible. Poor communication. They change the rates without notifying you. Change pick up day without notifying you. Then when you call they say they did pick up trash but they havent. Awful service.

      On September 1, 2024, our North Texas sites have gone through a reroute. Our customers were sent a post card with the new pick up day along with email and call blasts.
