      We have a dumpster that has a hole in the bottom. Because of that, wild animals get in the dumpser through the hole and drag out trash. I am constantly having to clean up this ****** have requested a new or better dumpster through the following channels and have gotten no results and no interest. -******** page: no action -Their advertised customer service email got returned as non-existent -They never answer their phone They don't seem to care about customer service. This is a poor excuse for a business.Terrible customer service. I hope they treat their employees better than they treat customers.

      I called 8 times to have my trash picked up after 3 weeks, was told they were in route each time I called. They charged me for the full month and I requested a refund and was told it would take up to 60 days, I think not. Another lady told me at least by the first week of September, they cannot get their stories straight. They were actually suppose to credit my acct before I cancelled and that never happened, in fact they do not put any notes per the customer *** I spoke with. I will call until I am refunded my money. This type of service is unacceptable!

Our refund process can take up to 60 days, but we strive to process these much quicker.       Since i cant give 0 stars ill give them 1. I have never had such s*** service. I have called everyday for almost 2 weeks! AFTER GIVING them 2 weeks to bring me a trash can. I made the payment July 19. And STILL NO TRASH CAN! All the customers service ladies tell me by end of day. And it's a priority..... such lies they tell! How hard is it to put a trash can on the side of the road?! Never use them 4 weeks.

      Was a previous customer of Ameritex which was much better.Unable to get anyone to answer their phone and they do not follow up on changing out receptacles that need to be replaced. Request made no results.

      Other companies pickup your trash, this one is trash. We had a great company that they bought out. This company double charged me and then blamed me for it when I requested a refund for it. They said I must have done it even though I was not even online when I was charged. Then they were late by a day for pickup and you never know when theyll actually show up. After that they didnt show up for 16 days. They picked up on 7/3 and didnt show up again until 7/19. I called multiple times and waited on hold for ***** minutes each time. They tried blaming the hurricane, but couldnt tell me exactly what their problem was when other companies were still coming and only a day late the one week. I cancelled their service, but they cant cancel in the middle of the month. I still have to pay them for a full bill for July when they werent here for half the month. You shouldnt be paid for a service you are not providing. I requested a manager multiple times because customer service could not give any information and couldnt do anything on their end (only managers can) but they say one will call you back and they never do. When asked when a manager would call customer service said idk, I dont keep her schedule. FYI even when they did finally show up after 16 days my trash had already been picked up 3 times by a company I had hired 8 days before and they had already delivered a new can. They managed all of that after the same storm and also communicated being a day late to their customers. This one wont communicate anything. Happy to have moved on to a company that actually does their job. If you have the option, go with anyone else. We now have Heritage and theyre great so far.

      Live Oak Waste Management has horrible service! No trash pickup for 12 days. I can't reach anyone by phone and email never goes through.

      Absolutely abhorrent business practices. Website doesnt work, hold times to reach someone average ***************************************************************** on a credit hold even though I paid my bill.we had a flood on our property and just lost track of things. When I noticed my error I paid 400 dollars and that was a month ago.they just drive by every Thursday. I spent a total of 1 hour and 37 minutes on hold today and finally cancelled my service just to get them to pick their cans up. My trash cans have been full without pickup for a month and a halfits obscene and irresponsible

      My road is 5 miles long. They only picked up trash at the west end per a nneighbor. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow since my trash was picked up. A nice lady in their office told me 2 days ago she put in a work order but no one's come. Now we have another week's worth of trash that won't fit in dumpsters. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Actively looking for another company. So done with this nonsense. ?????

      Havent had pickup for 2 weeks. 07/04 no service in spite of stating on their website would be working on that holiday. Next week 07/11 no service again. Called several times and cutoff. Left messages on their platform with my phone number and email. No communicating back to set expectations.
