      Would leave 0 stars if possible. Very bad customer service. Was customer for years with piney *****, when live oak bought out everything went downhill. They have owed me $ for months now for a refund and still have not got my $ back. They charged me for services I did not recieve and straight up said no we will not refund you. Thiefs. Do not use this company unless you like being disappointed. Almost 4 months in waiting for my refund and still nothing. 5000 thumbs down, they will be filling for bankruptcy with business like this. I asked to speaks with a manager multiple times and the management never called back. Even threatened litigation and still no call back. Cowards and very dishonest people with this company.

      Office women who work in office have attitude dont want to pick up the phones have to wait 1 hour to get an answer and when they do they take 1 hour trying to put new service then they charge you and cancel your service after payment. They told us they would call us back because they made a mistake on their end THEY NEVER CALLED BACK! we still have yet to receive our trash bin we paid for 2 weeks ago so we need a refund for the no service we need our trash picked up it takes the three stooges to get nothing done. This is the worst service we have ever received. I can go on they couldnt even find our address location. Guess they dont use ****** maps ???? Ridiculous rude lazy women who dont like talking to Spanish speakers either. Embarrassing staff. Get some new ones who actually can work smart

      One star is a stretch. Should be a frowny face option. I inherited this service when my father passed away. For months I paid the bill in an unoccupied home while we sorted, cleaned and settled the estate. At one point I went to throw away a trashbag and realized there were items in the dumpster I had put there 5-6 weeks prior. They had not been coming. As the dumpster filled, it took numberous complaints both on the website and on the phone (after ***** minute hold times every time.) I finally got someone on the line to cancel the service after 22 days trying and pick up the dumpster 2 weeks ago. The dumpster was supposed to be removed on 6/10/24. The home was sold on 6/7/24. I was informed today (6/18/24) by the new homeowner that the dumpster had not yet been removed. Another 27 minutes on hold, another post on the website, and an email to try to get them to pick up the dumpster. This is the absolute worst company. The only thing they seem to do well is consistently autobill the estate account $125 monthly for zero service.

      Terrible. Just terrible. They send you unexpected bills but have NOBODY available to answer calls to explain these bills and no way to cancel service for their very poor business practices. They say you can do these things online, but you cant. They will gladly take your money, but you can't cancel! As a result, they are essentially stealing from all of their customers, as there is no way for customers to talk to a person to get either your service cancelled or unexplained bills clarified. It stealing--clear and simple. This company should be SHUT DOWN. It is stealing. All I want to do is cancel all service and I can't do so. They are committing a crime and someone needs to hold them accountable.

      ******************** was able to speak with a representative on 06/20 to get his account taken care of. We have advised customers through the automated system and on social media that our call volume has increased which has caused our hold times to be much higher than normal. The team is working diligently to answer all incoming calls, respond to all emails as well as social media messages. Live Oak apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates our customer's understanding during this time.

      Gosh this company is terrible! If I could rate them a 0/5 I would! Canceled in March, disputed my month for March with my bank; due to 3 weeks in no pick up, weve removed all bank and card information with a representative, she confirmed we were good. **** favored with us but live oaks refused to pay the bank so the bank to their credit back from my bank account. They sent me an invoice on 6/4. 2 months later, for $89.58. The took out of my bank unauthorized. They said it was for Marchs bill and then another $40 for disputing it. No one will call us back. Thats $130 total. Weve disputed the $89.58 with our bank. And the bank is urging us to make contact with Live Oaks. The bank sided with us for the first dispute. And they are side with us again. This time weve told the bank to block any farther transactions from *********, and that anything they have charged us after March as been unauthorized. I will be contacting a lawyer.

Live Oak has recently changed systems and unfortunately, the autopay was affected. I am in high hopes of receiving a call back so that we can get this corrected as quickly as possible.

      ******* bought out my previous provider. They raised rates and were difficult to talk to. I notified them to stop service and they refuse. How is that? Their policy is I cannot cancel until end of month. Where is this information provided? To add insult to injury they request an additional payment due the 20th some 9 days from now. **************** so so, communications poor, service provided adequate but spotty.

      IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. I spent hours on hold waiting for rep, emailed three addresses associated with LOW, left many voicemails, but could not get response. Now theyve sent threatening letter for late payment, even though I canceled via email with no response. THIS COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLY BAD AND THEY DONT CARE.

I have emailed operations to get the cart pick up escalated and ******************** account balance has been corrected. Again, I apologize for the time it has taken to get this corrected.

      I've had to call them everything my trash is supposed to be picked up. I usually give them a couple extra days but this is getting old fast. Tried to call customer service and was on hold for over an hour before I finally gave up. Tgeyll for sure let your trash pile up though, and still bill you for it.

      This company doesn't deserve 1 star. Got a letter detailing late fees, etc. I have not received a bill from these people since September 2023. I **** know how or why they quit billing me. Now that I'm 9 months past due, they want to ding me with late fees and "restoration" fees.I've been on the phone for 45 minutes calling every number I have for this scam outfit. All calls to to the same recording. Nobody answers the phone and it disconnects. I phoned the Live Oak main number and was told by recording to pick an option to speak with customer service. I dialed that option, the phone went dead. Nobody answers the phones.These people are worthless. I'm going to contact my city offices and demand they find another trash pickup service. There is no valid reason for this company to be in business. They need to lose their license to even be in business.
