      Where to start. We have 3 containers at the road There is a drop off to the side of the road. When the containers are empty they seem to just push them and let them roll. Frequently one or two of them are down the slope and against the fence at the bottom. I tried to send photos but no way to do so. Today I called because I used to have auto pay. (According to them I still do. But today I received a bill with no mention of it being on auto pay. Had to call. Waited over 10 min for someone to pick up. I also asked about the inability to sign into the online site. My computer stores my password with the website. The website recognize my email but then denied my password. Was told the "weather" was the issue and to keep trying. Told them this isn't a one time problem. Was told the only way to solve it was to use an new email. Really?

      I left a voicemail for ****************** on 06/06 and will reach out again this morning so that we can resolve the online issue. An email has already been sent for further assistance on this. Our site manager was able to connect with ****************** yesterday to discuss the cart placement.

      They lie,collect your money. You pass my house going down to a dead in, then pass it again going out. Yet they didn't pick up my trash. Checked to make sure payment was collected, yes it was. Trash was out on time. Said someone would be out within 24hrs to collect my trash. LIES. I had Titan waste before they sold out to Live Oak. No issues. Change is horrible. Waiting to see if they bother to pick up today 5/23/24.

      I was able to locate the account where the email provided was listed. I spoke with a very polite gentleman who informed me he was not aware of who the sender was. He advised that there has not been any issues with the trash service.

      Live oak continually misses our pick up. I have to call and complain every week and still it does no good. We pay to have our trash picked up every week on Thursday but we are luck to have ours picked up once a month. Horrible service

      Live Oak Waste missed our trash on 3/20/2024, on 3/22/2024 I called to inform Live oak of the missed trash pickup because they sometimes pick up the day after. On 3/27/2024 the trash truck came by and picked up only one can of trash which had 3 13 gallon bags of trash which equals out to 39 gallons of trash. Live oak waste stated that they pick up 96 gallons of trash per week. So in missing a week of trash and this week they should pick up 192 gallons of trash. I called again to live oak to which the live oak rep, stated that they would tell their supervisor to train their workers on this matter and that they would have the trash and that the rest of the trash of the would be picked up in 24 hours. So why didn't Live Oak trash pick up 24 hours after the first phone call. The rep on the phone today stated that they have a new system. Either way why does the customer have to pay for their mistakes and they do not refund you for missed pickups. Why can't the customer get refunds for services not rendered?Last if they cannot improve their service there are other trash services out there that can replace them.

      Worst business! ******** has not been emptied for two weeks, supposed to have been emptied yesterday. Four phone calls later all I get is someone will call you back. I literally just ended a conversation with them about getting someone to empty the overflowing dumpster and the response is ," I don't know what to tell you". Seriously that's your answer!

      Terrible company. They keep skipping my trash pick **** They keep charging me even if I don't get my trash rude customer service I never get a phone call back no refunds no credits. Terrible company Terrible people *****************

      Only one star since you can not rate it any lower.Warning to other to NOT use this business. The company sent our bill with payment information that was invalid. Unable to pay using the phone number and/or website listed on the bill. After an hour of investigating, found and called the main office number. They had no resolution to my problem and did not seem concerned about the issue, did not pose a solution other than sending me to another number to pay my bill. Called the number provided and they too did not care. Would not transfer me to their supervisor and wanted credit card information to cancel my service. Do not use this company, they are just as bad as Pineywoods sanitation was before they sold out to Live Oak Environmental.

      Live Oak Environmental: I was paid up with On-Site as of August 2023 when you purchased them yet you sent me a bill. I canceled my auto-pay to On-Site and contacted You to pick up a two yard dumpster. The dumpster is still (6 months later) taking up space on my property. I am not under any type of contract with you, nor have I ever made any payment to you, but you continue to bill me for services. I have contacted you by phone, message, e-mail and letter to no avail. If you would rather pay a storage fee for my services, so be it. I owe you nothing, I have never owed Live Oak anything. I want this dumpster removed immediately. *************************
