      Dear **************,

We appreciate your feedback and would like to rectify the situation.

Although we do have a healthy amount of signage on the lot directing people to pay with their phones, as well as signage indicating the lot is Photo Enforced with LPR cameras, indeed, the machine has been broken and we are in the process of fixing it.

We have decided to void this citation for you.  We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

On 6/10/23 at 7:18pm CST I parked at parking location ***** - ****** Lot in ******, *****. The parking lot has a sign for QR code that installed the GlideParcs app to pay for parking. I paid $51.24 for parking from 7:18pm - 1:18 AM the next day via that app.The app associated my phone number with a license plate that was not mine, nor have I owned this vehicle. Attempting to add another vehicle the app says "no match" and would not accept a 2nd license plate or add a vehicle. When I returned to my parking spot at 11pm, I noticed a "boot" on the vehicle. A parking attendant was present applying boots. I showed her the parking receipt (text message) from the app. She indicated that "she'd gotten a lot of complaints" and referred us to a website to "appeal" but walked away. We eventually asked her "how much to remove the boot" - she quoted us $195 or we could wait until the appeal was processed (it's 11pm downtown). We paid the fee under protest. That additional fee included a second $80 charge for parking, despite providing her with a paid receipt. It included an additional $100 "violation fee" and charged additional taxes. We paid her $195 "under protest". She unbooted the car.I appealed to premium parking / Admiral ******************** who owns the lot. They declined the appeal citing "wrong license plate", and we have been charged $51.24 and $195 in additional fees. We've included screen shots of the app which show "no match" when attempting to add a second vehicle. We dispute the boot fee, the 2nd $80 parking fee.All particulars, including receipts, violation numbers, immobilization numbers, and dates times are in the associated files. We have al

We paid for Premium Parking at the ********** in ***********. We paid $39.73 for 4 hours of parking. We returned before 4 hours to find our car was booted. We explained to the man who came to remove the boot that we had paid but he didnt care. We HAD to pay $135 to have the boot removed. We were on a schedule so we paid. So, total of $174.73 ti park in *********** for less than 4 hours. I tried calling the number on the citation but no one answered plus there is a $50 fee if you call the department of safety to request a hearing. Ridiculous. We would like our money back since we PAID for parking.

On April 5, 2023, I parked at the Premium Parking garage on **************************************************************. I paid using the instructions provided for a total of $5.35 on my company credit card. I have the charge on my expense report as well as SMS confirmations for Premium Parking. I recieved via mail a "violation" in an envelope with a crest and seal labeled *********************** of ********* Parking Services", which implies by definition a government entity. They are requesting a payment of $125.00. I called to dispute the charge and was directed to an online form that requested information beyond what I would consider appropriate for what should be a simple "here is the receipt." I did not trust them with the information they requested and attempted to reach out again and was disconnected. They sent me two other notices, and I was unable to reach them again. I have the documentation that proves that I paid. I would like them to mark the account paid with written confirmation. Additionally, I would like them to stop impersonating a government department to collect parking fees.

On 6 May 2023, my family and I spent a few hours in the Inner Harbor in ********* and used the parking lot at the ***************************************. The parking lot does not have any attendants and there is no ticket issued at the entrance, which is unusual. After entering the parking lot, we found a spot and parked. I followed some instructions on how to record the parking spot that were written on a wall, registered using the parking spot number and paid the fee for the estimated time I would be there, for a total of $26.35.Several days later, I get a letter stating that the parking system had flagged my tags for using the parking lot without paying and assessed fees totaling $97. I realized that their system reads tags and parking users must register in their system with the car tags rather than the parking spot. I realized that I had included the parking spot number rather than my car tags, which flagged my car in their system. I then responded that very day to explain my situation and included the screenshot of their app with my information (including the parking spot) and the charges to my credit card for the time I spend in the parking lot. I requested them to review the evidence and clear the fees, given I had paid for the time I parked in their facility and showed both their ticket and the charges to my credit card. They responded the next day stating they had already issued the fees and that they considered to be legitimate, and offered me a "courtesy reduction" of $25 to cover enforcement costs. I had already provided evidence I had paid the required parking fee and again responded to them requesting a full waiver for the alleged violation. I have yet to hear from them about this and have followed up twice. I have excellent credit and FICO scores, and are diligent with how I handle my finances. The company is not being responsive to my request, which I believe to be reasonable and supported by evidence, and need help facilitating a resolution.

On May 20th I parked at ********** apartments in Downtown ****** near *******************. I parked in the visitor's parking and upon arrival, I paid for 3 hours of parking. When I returned before the expiration time my car had been booted and a citation sticker was on my car, claiming that I did not pay for parking and the my license plate could not be found in the system so my car was booted for a $100 fee and they charged me another $70 fee for "unpaid" parking fees. The description they had for the make of the car was wrong as well, saying it was a Buick when it is a ****** I had no other choice but to pay and then be able to put in an appeal for the citation. I put in an appeal with a screenshot showing that I paid, and I used the posters they had around the parking area to pay. I got the appeal back 3 days later and they said that the payment process was not completed and the plate wasn't in their system, even though I showed them proof of the card being charged and that the decision was final.

I have received a parking violation notice at my home address that is false, threatening collections if I do not pay $65 by 4/16/2023 or $105 if later than 5/16/2023.Here's the thing: It is not my car, my plates, or a location I have ever visited. This seems is a scam targeting unsuspecting consumers. How did they get my address? Why isn't there a phone number on the notice to call and sort this out? Why did they use **** Certified Mail to require me to sign at my door? If I didn't pay, would they enforce fraudulent collections? I'm not keen to see knock on effects, so I am reporting now. These feel like intimidation tactics. I would like this company evaluated for possible fraud. In the least, incompetence. Thank you!
