Premium Parking provides parking services. I utilized one of their parking garages in ******, ***** on 3/29/2023. Their business model has customers utilize a website for payments. They have no parking attendants. I parked my car, and immediately attempted to utilize the website to pay, however the website would not load. I continued to attempt to load the payment website, and was finally successful after approximately an hour. I paid for parking time, and Premium Parking debited my credit card for the payment. I then received a "parking ticket" sent to my home address (although Premium Parking has no authority to issue). The ticket number is *******. The ticket stated I owed $50 for "Ticket Amount" and $10 for "Unpaid Parking Fee" for a total of $60, even though Premium Parking had debited my credit card for parking fee. The ticket also threatened referral to "collections" and potential booting and/or towing of vehicle if ticket not paid. I then submitted an "appeal" to Premium Parking, using their online appeal process. I explained that their online payment portal was not working when I initially parked but that I paid as soon as it loaded. Premium Parking declined my appeal without acknowledging their deficiencies. I then contacted Premium Parking again using their online chat service, and stated that I'm willing to pay for additional time associated with the payment portal not loading, but not willing to pay a fine/penalty due to their website not working correctly. They declined my request, and again directed me to pay the ticket. My desired resolution is to pay for the full time I was parked at the published rates, but not pay an additional penalty/fine/fee due to Premium Parking's faulty payment portal.

We parked Tuesday evening, April 11, 2023 at 5:16 pm (ET) in a pick up space with a 30 minute limit in front of *******'s parking at 5:16 pm and leaving at 5:40 pm. The ticket was written at 5:36 pm. We were in a 30-minute limit space (pick-up space with a 30 minute limit) and left before the 30 minutes had expired. We received a parking citation for picking up food in less than 30 minutes. In addition, we had a clearly visible handicapped placard in place. This is two folder lack of accountability from Premium Parking. We appealed the parking citation and received a response back that clearer didn't review the original appeal. They focused on the handicapped placard being used in a non-handicapped space. The issue was we were given a parking citation for using a pick-up space during the allotted time as stated above. We asked ******************************************************** for a reconsideration of this clearly inappropriate parking citation for being in a pick-up less than 30 minutes to get take out from a local business. The response back was 'all appeals' are final from ****************** We are requesting that the parking citation be voided completely without an fees due.

Parked at the premium parking lot in ************* *******. I paid $10 for three hours. Lost track of time and went over my time by 20 minutes. The following week got a ticket in the mail from premium parking saying I paid nothing so they charged me $12 plus a $50 ticket fee as well. I did paid the ticket so that it would keep going ** in cost. I feel the ticket fee is way too high and I also I did pay my initial parking fee. I am including a screen shot of the text showing I paid my initial parking fee when I parked.

Let me add to the long list of complaints against this pariah aka Premium Parking. Parked in the *********** French Quarter (Lot ****) on 04/09/2023. Safety was a major concern, so I paid $31 to park in a Premium Parking for 2 hours (as if that wasn't bad enough). Credit card accepted and the machine printed out a wonky ticket, but it did have my license plate number and expiration time so I put the ticket on my dashboard and went to my event. I came back an hour later to find that my car had been booted. I called dispatch and I was told that my license plate number was not in the system (bs - I have the credit card confirmation and my correct license plate number was printed on the ticket). The person they sent out could not have been any *****. Refused to look at my ticket, then accused me of having a fraudulent ticket, and then drove away. I consider this nothing less than a shakedown - leaving my wife and I stranded and vulnerable in the French Quarter at night and having to figure how to remove the boot which was a new experience for me. Attorneys take note - there should be a class action against this company based on my experience and all the complaints that I have discovered here. I'm actually looking into this myself and if that doesn't happen I'm at least going to *** this company personally (probably in small claims court). This is persistent bad behavior, and if my license plate was in fact not in the system, that would be an even easier cause of action against this awful operator because they rely on using an inherently defective system to fleece parking patrons. This company's ongoing bad behavior has to be stopped.

I have been paying to park in their parking lot located at **************** since January 5th 2023. It is a shared contract where my friend is the primary contract holder and she has added my car to the contract. Every month we renew on the 3rd and my car is included in the confirmation email. I received a ticket on 2/9/23 stating that the offense was non-permit. I appealed the ticket with photographic evidence stating that I had a contract with the company. They claimed my car was not in their system. I told them that the violation had to correct license plate number but the incorrect state. My plates are **** plates and the violation ****** they are ********* plates. That it was an entry error and thats why they couldnt find my car in their system or the contract its linked to. They have refused to fix the error and in turn sent an additional five violations with what seems no intention to amend their error. I am now having to turn to you for help with this situation

On 3/8/22, I parked in a parking lot at ********************************************************* that had no pricing listed anywhere in the lot. I exited my vehicle to scan the ** code for Premium Parking and decided the pricing was too high so I left the lot to find parking elsewhere. I was in the lot for 11 minutes, which the entire time was spent parking, intent to pay, contemplation if I should find parking somewhere else, then leaving. I then received a ticket via mail with a fee of $110 for unpaid parking. The ticket number is *******. I immediately submitted an appeal and was told they would get back to be in 72 hrs. I called after **************************************************************************************************** within the day. They finally responded to the appeal 10 days after the original submission, stating they were reducing citation to minimum processing fee of $46, which I believe is still too high, given the fact that the reason there was no payment registered to my car was because I pulled in, had to take time to look up the priced bc it wasn't visibly listed anywhere, and then pulled out of the lot.

I parked my vehicle in the ****************************************************** (Lot# P2811) on the 25th of March at ****. Upon parking I scanned the ** code on the nearby signage to pay like I've done countless times before. The application failed to pay 3 separate times before I closed and tried again to pay on the nearby wifi of *************** where it took my payment, or so I thought. Now, almost a week later I'm receiving a citation through my local postal service that I owe an absurd $93.00 (citation *******). When trying to appeal the citation on the companies website I'm met with nothing but "Application Error, your page could not be served" messages, whether I use my citation number or license plate as an entry option I end up with the same option. These parking spots were better controlled by the City and it is absurd that one should be meet with so many technical errors on every side of the situation when trying to simply park. I've parked in these spaces MANY times before and this is the first time I've faced such severe issues. I want this citation voided and the company to resolve the technical issues myself and others are encountering.

I reached out to this business a month ago and there has been no response or attempt to contact me:

      Dear Premium Parking,

I parked my car in your lot at ***** * ****** ** ** **** ***** ****** *** *** *********** ** *****). The Premium Parking attendant said there was security that would be there all night long supervising the lot.

All of the tires and rims on my car were stolen that night. Not only were all my tires and rims stolen, but the criminal felt so comfortable and secure to steal all the tires and rims of another car in the lot on the same night.

To see photos, please read my review on Google maps:

      *************************************
Words cannot explain the feeling of fear, frustration and loss experienced while being the victim of theft on my birthday, and on my first day in a new city, in your parking lot.

I had to pay a $500 deductible to get everything replaced. It took a month to be back driving like normal again.

I am kindly asking that you reimburse me for the $500 + $25.25 parking fee that I had to pay for parking in your garage and because your attendant lied to me about the surveillance I was to expect.

No one should have to pay this much in their hard-earned money and emotional energy for trusting an employee in your garage

On March 2 I reserved and paid for a parking spot with Premier Parking for March 8. I also reserved an additional and paid for parking at a different location for the upcoming date of March 8. I received a parking ticket in the mail for $73.00 today claiming I parked without payment in P128 which was for only one hour. I am attempting to appeal this but it does not look like I am going to get any help. I chose that parking lot to go pray at St. ******* **************** This is clearly not a violation because I paid several days ahead of time. I need this ticket to be dismissed/thrown out because Im falsely accused of nonpayment. More so, I do not appreciate that I am dealing with this when I could be spending time with my children right now.

I was using my local gym ******************** #*** *********** **************** center. I park and pay my gym $3 to park as usual. I received 2 tickets. One 2/27/23 and the other 3/4/23 $85 dollars each. I tried to appeal on the website but to no avail. There is no phone number.
