I received three illegal parking tickets when my car was registered with the ***************** parking. I called and spoke to two reps from municipal parking services. They checked the records and found that these tickets were issued illegally and said the tickets and fines would be removed. I am now receiving late notices for the parking tickets and references to collections. This company is incompetent, inconsiderate and disorganized. These tickets need to be expunged. Spoke with the local management for the location that you had acquired the citations for. The citations are completely voided. Here is a note from the local manager: "If you receive any citations in the future, please note, Kindly, submit an appeal for any citations received and indicate RESIDENT and the address in the comments."

I pulled into a parking lot that had only one warning about size. I paid for a 28 hour. I come back, and as I am walking back, the lady is putting a boot on my car. Theres no signs and no warnings to call or saying if my truck is too big to pay for multiple spots the online website only offers one spot as I tried to contact the supervisor. He hung up the phone on me because people are very rude. I am being treated different than people that live around here and that is not right. I paid $80 originally now they want me to pay 150 the sign on the wall says boot removal is 90 but they are charging me for unpaid parking even though I still have parking for two more hours.Business Response

We paid for parking at location #P139 and paid for several hours of parking until 5:19pm. However when we came back they had booted our car at 3:51 pm. When we called their help line the agent called people to remove the boot and said we could appeal for our money back. When the agents of this company arrive they demand money for the removal of the boot, when we try to get them to confirm that we can appeal to reimburse ourselves they leave. We have to then call back to get those same agents to remove the boot. We have paid for parking, receive a boot, and now have to pay for that boot's removel.Business Response

A valet with this company scratched my car and management is refusing to pay for the damages, citing their company policy that I left the property before reporting said damage, however: I reported the damage to a valet the same night it occurred the valet took pictures of the damage and sent them to his manager that night I asked for his manager's contact information for two days and was refused; it was finally given to me on a Sunday night I checked out of the hotel before **** the following (Monday) morning. I did not get to my destination until late that night I then contacted the manager myself ************ acts in bad faith and is malicious. I reported this incident multiple times, including while I was on property. Seeing their F rating gives me little confidence in their ability to resolve this matter. On Saturday, February 11, 2023 my wife an I went to dinner in ********* City. The restaurant we went to is in a building that utilizes Premium Parking for its parking garage. We have been to this restaurant many times and are aware of the parking procedures. We parked in spot P2345. My wife registered us through the app. The first 90 minutes are free. We pulled into the the parking spot at 7:47PM. We pulled out of the spot at 9:17PM, so we were within the free 90 minute period. On February 23, 2023 I received a citation in the mail for $85.00. The citation showed parking spot P2345 and the same 90 minute period as their application shows. All information in the Premium Parking app matches the citation except for the license plate number. The one on the app matches an old car that I had, but no longer have. I submitted an appeal on that date. On February 26, 2023 I received a response to my appeal that said that I still had to pay the citation fee since the license plate didn't match what their cameras showed. The response also said the user is prompted to enter the license plate # each time they park. I stopped at the garage on my way to work this morning and when I pulled into a spot the app does not prompt you to enter your license plate number it defaults to whatever one is already in the system. I was offered a $15.00 credit, but am still required to pay $70.00. I feel this is unfair based on the fact that I was not parked longer than 90 minutes and provided information that matched what their app showed that matched the citation.Business Response

Manager comments: I reduced the citation down to $15. He initially thought that I was reducing the citation by $15 but then I clarified. We had emails back and forth between 11:32am and 3:02pm on February 27th. His last message to me was Thank you for clarifying.

On 1-3-2023, I was granted permission to parking in the lot of the Coffee Parlor by the manager on duty. The manager entered my information in the computer and stated that the parking lot was free to use while I was at this location. The citation invoice number is #******* and can be reached @ enforcement-web-premiumparking.com. This company will not respond to my request but is charging me $115.00 for parking. "Thank you for your detailed response to your parking issue. We were able to use that information to determine that your validation for parking was not performed correctly by the *** at ************* which is what caused you to receive the invoice. When your plate is entered correctly the portal will indicate that the parking fees have been validated. It will not say that they are Free. Please check the payment screens on the website to see the reduction of the invoice. I hope that this action concludes this transaction to your satisfaction."

I parked my car in the river walk lot. I put in my information and paid *****. I received text through my stay. I was charged and I paid by credit card. I received a notice for *****. I contacted the company and emailed all my proof of payment and texts. They offered me ***** off the *****. I already paid. They are stealing from our community. I work hard for my money and they are running a scam in our locals and tourists. They need to stopped. The reviews are in this establishment are horrible.Business Response

I received a ticket when I properly paid for parking. They claim the kiosk I used was not the right one however, it was in the same garage and no sinage indicated I had to use a particular kiosk. The parking company did receive payment in full and I did not break any terms of the agreement. I paid prior to leaving the ********* put my license in correctly, I parked correctly and I did not overstay my time. They still insist on a $15 fine.Business Response

Premium Parking is the contracted company that manages some Biddeford city parking lots. Not all lots are managed by Premium Parking. ********* residents like myself pay monthly subscriptions to Premium Parking to be able to park in their designated lots. I, for example, pay 70 dollars a month to Premium Parking for parking and management of their P4302 lot outside my apartment, where street parking in excess of 2 hours is unavailable. Premium is responsible for lot management and snow plowing of said lots. Before a storm, if they are going to plow, they typically send a notice to all consumers making them aware of a parking ban. Before the snowstorm on Jan 22, 2023, they sent no such notice, leading me and others to believe no plowing would occur. However, the next morning all cars were towed. Extensive efforts to contact Premium finally led to them admitting that an IT issue had caused consumers of some lots not to be notified. As they hold fault, I asked for a refund of the 150 dollar tow fee, ignoring the lost income from not being able to work and the uber fee I paid to get my car in the snow storm. Premium Parking has not given any updates or recourse for the multiple residents affected by this issue.Business Response

Appealed parking ticket ******* received on 19-DEC-2022 in Lot/Garage # P2424. I paid for parking via a kiosk, clearly have me on video as I was one of only a few cars in lot that day. Yet they are ticketing me because of video surveillance taken as my car exits with no regard to the paper receipt in the car. I have tried to contact them relelenlessly to service agent ******* in ***********************, ** at ************** after he left a voice mail but they refuse to pick up or return any of my messages. I have tried contacting corporate headquartes but their voice mail system is an endless circle of no human beings and being redirected to their website where I am told to refile the appeal when I cannot do so because one is already pending.Business Response
