This place is a scam! Dont park here. We paid by text prior to leaving and returned to find boot on tire. Paid $150 fee for code to remove boot which did not work. Had to wait all afternoon for someone to come help us. Still waiting.Premium Parking Service, LLC

Premium parking is a racquet and needs to prosecuted. I have had many bad experiences but the last one 'takes the cake.' I parked in the lot at Anthem House, to utilize a restaurant that I frequent in the building. In this garage you get the first 90 minutes for free. I am almost always under the 90 minutes. This particular day I was only in the garage for 53 minutes. I received a ticket in the mail for $50.00. What it boiled down to was that I didn't 'register' my car in the app. I had actually done that on my previous visits but the app was not working on my phone that day. They reduced it to $30.00, but it should have been reduced to zero! The citation clearly had photos of my car entering and exiting within the 90 minute free threshold. Apparently this company does not understand the difference between being right and doing right. Reading the other complaints below, seems like I got off easy. They should be investigated for price gouging and false advertising.Premium Parking Service, LLC

1 starCompany is a scam. It can't be legal for them to ticket people like they are. They purposefully make the signage confusing and leave the gates of their parking garage up in order to ticket. If you try to appeal, the send you a generic response saying your request is denied without reasoning, leaving no recourse for those being ticketed.Review fromGilbert S

Over priced parking, but the real trouble issue is the billing.The Bill is listed as a Citation and Parking Ticket as if it's coming from a Local Govt. Municipality.There's a Govt. looking seal on the upper right hand of the bill, but if you read it it states "ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT - MUNICIPAL PARKING SERVICES".At 1st I was thinking it was from the ************** (location of parking lot), but the bill originated from Municipal Parking Services out of ***********...It's bad enough paying overpriced parking, then ALSO to receive another $60.00 Bill It's deceptive to begin with, & it seems the process is to do as listed above & below, to extract as much $$$ as possible.I'll never park @ another QR code managed parking lotPremium Parking Service, LLC

Place is awful, closed the lots for a church service because apparently even though we pay for parking, the church owns the lot which is never noted. This place overcharges and nearly towed my car after their awful instructions for where to park led me to another wrong lot and the lot I was supposed to park in was blocked off. Charged me a fine even after I attempted to contact them 2 x by email with no response. Then I appealed the fine and sent proof and they just never responded. I would recommend parking anywhere else besides these parking lot spaces...you'll save yourself a great deal of hassle and money.Premium Parking Service, LLC

Warning ?? absolutely do not park using this companys parking lots, over priced parking and an app that sets you up for failure even if you pay! I unfortunately learned this the hard way, I did everything I was suppose to the money came out of my account right away Weeks later got a bill in the mail for $90 !!! even though I had already paid, after appealing it they reduced it to $15 It shouldve been reduced to zero imagine how many other people have been robbed by this company!Premium Parking Service, LLC

I parked at premium parking while I delivered a presentation at a nearby hotel. There was no attendant or ticket to take as I pulled in. Nor was there any information available at the entrance on how to pay for parking. As I drove through the ******** saw a QR code on the wall with instructions on how to pay. So I selected a spot, scanned the code and paid $16 to park. A month later I received a ticket in the mail for over $100. So I contacted premium parking and shared my proof of payment. In email they responded that they received my payment but my license plate was not properly recorded and the ticket was valid while kindly offering me $20 off the ticket. I was used machine for ticket parking lot fees 20$ I was looking for change I was realized this machine take only 10$ bills.This machine take only 10$ what if people don't have exactly 10$ bills .They cheating customer's money a lot of people just give up change whatever over paid If they take only 10$ BILLS THEY NEED CHANGE MACHINE NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER BILLS!!!!!!!Premium Parking Service, LLC
