      I called several times as I had multiple questions about the product. On my last cal I spoke with ********. She was very kind and knowledgeable. We laughed and got to the point. Made my order through her and received my product. Very happy. Thank you!

      Byrna goes above and beyond with their products and customer service!They take pride in offering their services to the public and go to great lengths to keep customers happy!Ive bought two ******************** and am ****** confident in their performance, quality and reliability!Byrna ships their products out in an orderly fashion and caters to their customers with enthusiasm! Not only do they supply you with a product but they also have made many valuable videos to showcase their products online!       I just got off the phone with ********. Apparently she is new but her knowledge and help was outstanding. I am new to the product but she guided me to all the right places. Unfortunately I live in ** so the pepper products were not available. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Byrna

      I spoke with ********* today, and she underscored the level of professionalism that I find with Byrna. She had detailed responses to my product questions (re: my SDXL) and was a joy to speak with. When I asked her if Law Enforcement is taking an increasing role in using ********************, she let me know that they were. This is encouraging! I truly hope that as Byrna grows, they will not forget that customers always prefer a knowledgeable human over a robot every time.Sincerely,**************

      I called Byrna today for a problem with a new launcher I purchased. It was my fault and tinkered with it and broke it. ********* was very helpful in guiding me on how to send it in for service. The issue was not their fault and they still provided me with great service so thank you.
