      These guys are #1 A+ customer service. Products are amazing. They back there products 100%. Very fast response time and super fast shipping. Being a single dad I went non lethal with the byrna hd . This HD is accurate and will stop any threat to my son and I. With today's laws, I know with a regular firearm, you shoot someone, yur likely to be in jail till proven innocent. Sad to say. I know with my byrna my son will have me by his side no matter what. BYRNA #1 TODAYS NEW CARRY!!!

      I love the customer service. I have bought the tcr rifle launcher for my moms home defense. I bought all the guys at the shop sd launcher kits. I only had one issue with a byrna le and it was sent within a day and they reached out and made it right . They not only replaced my kit but they did it with ease and its speaks volumes of there mission to customers and what the company is all about . I love carrying this launcher it gives me confidence that I can come home to my family at night without having to carry a real gun. I love these products. highly recommend.

      I purchased the byrna LE. I want to say I have an actual firearm, however I feel way more comfortable carrying the non lethal around for my own protection. Very light recoil on the byrna. The hard kinetic ***** do some major damage through cardboard boxes. Makes me feel safe walking to my car after work at night. Also I got the black which is definitely an eye deterrent for anyone wishing you harm.. Thank you byrna.

      I started to pull out from a stop sign and had not noticed a motorcycle coming so I quickly stopped to let him pass. It was not close to an accident but probably made him nervous. As he passed he waved "thanks" with one finger. I turned east and he was headed west. I looked in my rearview mirror and he decided to do a U-turn and pursue me. As soon as I saw that, I reached in my bag and put my Byrna on my lap. He followed on my bumper for a bit so I pulled to the side of the road and stopped. He pulled up to my driver side and started to let me have it. In the middle of a sentence he noticed the Byrna on my lap and in mid-sentence said, look I do not want any trouble. I was very polite as I, also, am not looking for trouble. I told him, "You are not looking for trouble but you have to understand my perspective. You give me the finger, do a U-turn to pursue me and aggressively ride my rear bumper so I don't know what your intentions toward me are. I am just protecting myself." Our conversation turned very amiable after that. As he left, he said, "Nice gun." The kicker is, I did not have a clip in the Byrna. It was in my glove compartment. Just him seeing the launcher changed his demeanor. Good product!

      Byrna has always been amazing for me. Ive made a few different purchases through them and they always have great service. The loyalty rewards are really cool too, you can build them up to get some items using the points. After buying the LE, I was able to get a pack of 95 eco-kinetic rounds **************. Awesome! The ** XL is also very nice, I would suggest the LE for sure because its worth the extra $50 for a better gun.They sent me a replacement f**** pack for free because there was a small defect in one pocket, tearing open from stitching undone. I was very happy about that!

      I ordered a Byrna LE and some associated items which were to be a very special gift for someone in my family's birthday. The shipping company lost the shipment. When I spoke to ***** in customer service she was very kind, concerned, and very professional. She was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure that I received my order asap. She had another package sent to me immediately. The customer service ***** provided was superior, it was 5 star plus. **** M
