      I was having a lot of problems with the Byrna website allowing me to make a purchase and ********* was fantastically helpful and extremely personable in assisting me get everything right. Without her kind help, I never would have been able to make the purchase. She is a great find for Byrna and certainly deserves all the accolades you can give her.

      Wow. It's refreshing to do business with a company that responds and takes care of their customers needs. Doesn't seem to matter what it is. I had an issue with loyalty rewards. I contacted them and fixed within an hour.I bought an SD about a month ago. Qua;lty is awesome and you definitely get what you pay for. I just bought an LE. Can't wait to get it.If you have any reservations about Byrna. Order and you will not be dissappointed.

      Ive had my LE for a few weeks now and have put over 600 rounds through it without issue. Byrnas support team really makes you feel like they care and want you to be completely satisfied. I had some issues at the beginning but Byrna worked very fast in making everything right. Byrnas rounds do have some issues cracking but they are more than willing to be sure to make it right and send you new rounds. Theyve also been very open about things behind the scenes when asked. Ill be buying Byrna launchers for my family and friends in the future Byrna has definitely left a long lasting good impression on me!Id also personally like to thank *************************** who has helped me through everything since I got my launcher.
