      Had a shipment that was delayed by the shipping company. No fault of *****, but they took it upon themselves to replace the item. At no cost to me. Even when the original item eventually showed up and I offered to pay for both items. What a breath of fresh air it is to deal with someone like ***** who treats you like a valued customer. Thank you ********************** and *****.

      This is a big purchase for my wife and I. We had a lot of questions, and any time I've called, their knowledgeable customer service team answers quickly, and patiently spends the time with me to answer all of my questions thoroughly. We had made a purchase, and after the product was delivered, we decided to purchase a different variation of it. Their return policy is straight forward, hassle free, and very easy. Thank you Byrna for your prompt and professional service!

      Great customer service. I made a typo error on my order so I didn't get a confirmation of my order. I tried on line and things were more confusing so I called and reached *******************************. It was only a few minutes until closing but she helped me until the situation was resolved. She provide a tracking number and my Byrna order arrived today. Extremely happy with my first (not last) experience with Byrna and ********* as a voice for the company.****************

      Excellent product and excellent service! The customer service representative, *********, went above and beyond to understand the problem, work on my behalf with her supervisor, replace the part (magazine) that needed to be replace. This was done all with a day or 2. Great company and great people working for the company!

      I was totally impressed to receive not only a spare s**** to replace a stripped one, but the entire booster unit.Since the beginning when I received my SD and the Booster, I've had nothing except fast and responsive service replies.The SD is not a toy; it delivers a very unpleasant punch in self defense situations and is a lot of fun just on targets. I added the booster to use more common 12gr CO2 cartridges.This product is well made and the power system is a brilliant design that avoids wasting CO2.

      We had a wait on an order. Byrna answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable about the issues, in the end they made everything right. Trust is a major part of business, and this company is going to be a great company if it's not already. I recommend buying their products and even more I think actually investing in this company.       First off I have been a Byrna customer since April 2021 when I purchased my HD Launcher. Since then I have three more of their products. I have had several minor issues and several technical questions. I have found their **************** to outstanding; whether on the phone or with emails. I have always had very quick response. At one point I had to return my TCR and they made the process very straightforward. It was repaired and returned in 10 days. Recently I had a minor issue with my SD XL. It was an intermittent problem so it took some back and forth to narrow it down. ******* answered every email very quickly, asked the questions on his end and got the issue resolved. In this world you don't even expect to get this kind of service anymore so it's a pleasant relief to know it's still out there with this company. I have recommended Byrna to my family and friends. There products are first rate and follow up service is excellent. I even convinced my wife to buy their stock! Keep up the excellent work!

      You find out about the culture of a company when something goes wrong. One of the *** projectiles burst in the launcher. I contacted Byrna on a Saturday fully expecting that I would not hear back until the next business day at the earliest. Within 20 minutes ********* from customer support responded. We exchanged several emails during which she explained how to clean the launcher and clip. When ********* wasnt 100% sure of the correct answer for an unrelated question she promised to check with a tech and get back to me after the weekend if that was ok with me. She did exactly that and Byrna is replacing my entire container of *** projectiles and sending the wipes they carry to neutralize the chemicals, free of charge. I am very pleased with all of the products I purchased from them and extremely pleased with their after-sale support. I cant ask for more than that.
