    I have been dealing with several broken robots over the past year. I originally purchased a i3 in November of 2022, which worked for a month. In December of 2022, I noticed issues with charging and cleaning and reported this to customer service. Since then, I have replaced the robot, the clean base, the wheels on a new robot, and spent approximately 10 hours with customer service to resolve these issues. I have been waiting for a new robot to be sent for the past 2 months, and was told I would not get another robot because they were out of stock. I have not had a resolution to these issues in over a year, and I have given this company numerous times to fix the issue.

    I purchased a second Roomba and it would halt shortly after starting. After extensive telephone support and remote internet support, their service technician concluded that it was a lemon and initiated replacement. The replacement promise escalated through 3 tiers of "customer service" charade until they demanded a very detailed proof of purchase -- one that my store's documentation did not satisfy (and probably no store would satisfy). My lemon was never replaced and I do NOT recommend subscribing to that business any further. Run away.

    I have owned a roomba for years and in the past they have replaced a faulty roomba with a refurbished roomba. They brag about their sensors and how they avoid thing in its way. NOT TRUE!!! I am not the only customer that has experience with the roomba picking up dog waste and spreading g it all over the house. Now the roomba doesnt work. It actually never worked well. I paid over $1000 and they are only offering $100 towards a new one. **************** was terrible.

    -10 REVEIW - GARBAGE. The whole company. It has been years since I ran into a problem with company as terrible as this one.The customer service was so terrible that towards the end of the call I still never got a refund and they hung up on me. I ended up filing a charge back with my bank because of it.I never received my product. I never got an order confirmation or shipping confirmation and they told me the product arrived. I assured them it didn't so I wanted a refund because they were going to make me fight with *** about my package for the next 3 to 5 business days. From there, transferred to sales because I wanted a refund and the lady hung up on me because I couldn't give her an order number (well, I cant give them something they didn't provide to me either). She also stated that she cant refund me without an order number yet the other rep pulled my order up by my email right away. Awful. I was only gifted this but after that experience.... never ever again. The product isnt even good. Most times it dumps all the stuff it vacuumed without even making it back to home base so I still have to vacuum with a normal vacuum anyway.

    I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I purchased a robot i3+ with the smart base. This robot has never functioned properly, and the customer service refuses to fix the issue. I am stuck with a plastic disk that doesnt work.

    Trash product. The J7 irobot stopped working within a year. I contacted customer service repeatedly and they would get the robot functioning for a little while, but it would also end up having errors again. Eventually the errors happened 3 months after the warranty expired and then when I called they tell me it needs to be replaced. The problem is that now it's out of warranty and they want to only offer $100 for me to buy another unit. It should have been replaced when I called repeatedly and it was under warranty. No way would I waste my money on this trash again. $100 credit for nothing.

    A friend of mine told me about what I believed was a lease of a new Roomba. He said you pay for 2 years and then you can upgrade or keep the one you have. I should have read the fine print. My contract is up for expiration in 7 days and i just learned that if I don't resubscribe they are deactivating the unit. Which makes zero sense. I can keep it, it just won't work. DO NOT subscribed to iRobot. This is a joke. They have you toss the equipment in the trash. Even if it works fine. What is strange I can purchase one without a subscription and it runs until it dies but if you do a lease at the end it's trash? Do not subscribe from these guys. This is a joke and worse it's bad for the environment.

    Piece of junk. Had the Roomba 17 for less than 1 year before the service light 26 poppoed up. Disassembled unit only to find out it was spotless. Over priced garbage that is ripping consumers off with crappy motors that last for a short duration. Would not recommend at all!

    **************** is not what it used to be and the robots constantly keep getting stuck or go off-line. I would not recommend this service given the price point and how it falls short of what it promises to deliver. There are other lower cost options that deliver the same cleaning features.

    I purchase a J8+ from ****** and it has a P*** guarantee. Well, it cant avoid cat toy let along p*** I contacted iRobot and they were happy to replace it with a J7+ which I was not happy with but I agreed since they said they would also send the longer run-time battery for a J8+ and it would fit without issue. I received the new J7, but no J8+ battery so I called again. I received a new J7 battery, so yet another call. They told me that is not something they do replacing a J7 battery with J8+ battery. I said fine send me a new J8+ machine and Ill return the J7, which I did and received a new J8+. Now this past weekend guess what it ran over again, yup p*** I called and again they were going to replace the J8+ but without a dust collection bin or battery. I was told to use the collection bin and battery from the existing J8+. Sounded good to me. I then receive an email showing a replacement with a replacement J7. I called again and got the run around saying they *** have J8+ in stock. I told them my story about the last replacement and battery saga and they swear the J8+ battery will fit the J7. I argued with them and they said to wait until I receive theJ7 and see if it fits. Well at this point I am going to refuse the J7 shipment and make them replace it with a J8+. I am positive this is going to require several more phone calls. Id never recommend iRobot to anyone! PS - yes I know my cat should not be pooping outside the litter box, but she is 18 years old and not in the best health. For those that say get rid of the cat, Id say if your child was sick, would you just get rid of it? Pets are a life long commitment, both good and bad.
