3 starsI understand that CarGurus is a advertising assist program but purchasing a vehicle isn't as simple as it sounds If you send a text message you are not contacting the seller Your wasting you time typing what information you want then directed to a CarGurus agent that doesn't send it to the seller Total waste of my time trying to use there servicesReview fromDebra P

******* tends to respond quickly to my texts, saying theyve passed my inquiries on sellers, but, I am not getting responses on my inquiries. I have been waiting for days for a response on several vehicles. Carguru is a great way to search, but Im not just window shopping and am ready to purchase. As it stands now, I dont even know if what Ive inquired on is even still available.CarGurus, Inc.

Thank you for your feedback on this. Our dealerships do not use the message system. When you send a lead to a listing it will show as a message sent to them. You can always call the dealership directly to get more information. If these are to private sellers there is not much we can do to hurry the process along or have them answer.
