      Santander bank sold a loan without my knowledge to a third party company. We was promised time They (santander bank) closed my account without our knowledge and sold to a third party company. They never gave ** an opportunity to cure our account or reinstate my loan with them. I am requesting that they reinstate our loan so that we have the opportunity to provide said information.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.       The basis of the request has not been clearly defined. There is no way that an organization such as this can not find out the reason why the consumer was not provided the information and the opportunity to cure a problem. When the consumer was made certain that there would be a work out. I am now in a position of loosing my home due to the fact that one division did not  know what the other was doing. This is unacceptable, and i believe predatory in nature. All i am asking for is that a work out plan is enacted. 

      Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

      On 3/30/2023 Santander Bank without permission took $ ******* out of my account without prior notice or consent when I contact the office explain this is my only income I'm not working at this time they refuse to release the funds or offer a payment arrangement . After I ask for my appropriation right to use the money to pay my mortgage and utility bills they gave me an incorrect address to send a latter of appropriation to they have hung up told me once that they would release **** and set up a payment plan then after hung up and never return my calls.

      I had two incoming wire transfers made by my brother to my savings account on March 28, 2023. On March 31, 2023, I received a call from my local Santander branch in ******** requesting more information on the reason behind the transfers. I explained that my brother made it to my son as a gift for his future education. ** two weeks, I received a call from the bank asking for more information. I gave all information about the transfers. On April 25, 2023, I called the bank asking why the money was still not in my account. The representative said that the money was returned to my brother, and they didn't provide any reasons why they declined the wire. My brothers bank charged $678 transaction fees that were never refunded due to Santanders actions.

      I am writing to formally reject the business response I received from Santander Bank on June, 7 ******************************* question. After careful review and consideration, I would like to express my firm belief that none of the items mentioned in the agreement apply to me, as an ******** citizen seeking a transfer from *************** facilitated by my brother, who is not subject to any sanctions.

      Having thoroughly examined the agreement and conducted diligent research, I find that my specific circumstances do not fall within the purview of the provisions mentioned. As a law-abiding citizen of ****************************, I have complied with all applicable regulations and restrictions governing financial transactions, and I assure you that my brother, who initiated the transfer, is not involved in any activities that would warrant sanctioning.

      I received a repeated response from the bank reiterating their decision to cancel my wire transfer, yet they failed to provide a specific reason. Instead, they shared the account agreement, which did not contain any provisions relevant to my situation. Furthermore, the bank did not offer an explanation for the delay of over one month in informing me of their decision.

      Stroke at only 43yrs. ICU and home rehabilitation. Rest Yada yada.....Yada...... my account has been hijacked previous and denied for compensation despite evidence. I live in public housing and I am under surveillance via camera...24/7. I didn't make any transactions and called same day to report this ??. I am not a tech wiz but .... investment in investigating should be initiated. Whole freaking *********** hacked Mon April 25th and larger resources than mine.I don't give a s@#t if shows card and or freaking pin... This is not me and your thieving from account holders.!!!!FDIC? Lol..... acronym I can make humorous multiple times. Criminal enterprise and dbags Go anywhere but here. .

      On 4/17/2023 I stepped into the Gloucester Santander bank branch in ********** ************* to try and open a bank account , I previously had a account with ********************** so I figured it wouldnt be a problem. I spoke with my friend from schools mom as she works at the bank *********************** and we were unable to open me a bank account due to me having a debt under my name that included a bounced check totaling over 1,000$ from a job I was working in the past. I have been told I need to contact you guys in order to see if you can sort it out and I cant seem to get in contact by phone. The bounced check wasnt my fault and ** trying to get this erased as it wasnt my fault even though the bank account was mine.

      March 20, 2023 I requested a wire transfer of $200 (+$40 fee) from my savings account at **********************, ************, ****, ** ******************************** ********, South *******. The funds were withdrawn from my account but never reached the destination account in Bancolombia, *****, ******, ********. The funds were not refunded to my account. ********************** is unable to tell me the whereabouts of the funds.

      Paid off vehicle loan in February 11/ 2023 Have contacted company about releasing title , at least 3 times, they state they have sent from to Penndot. ******* states that they haven't received form.When I call Santander I'm referred to a collection agency or something they told me I can get my title if I pay for it I want to know why I have to pay for a title after I paid a loan a lot doesn't sound right to me any help you can do thank you.

      Applied for loan, from start I was getting page errors/access denied from the links they sent me. Now that I have loan to enroll on their site you need an account number which they never gave me. Multiple calls to customer service resulted in a hangup and we cant give that over phone. Finally received account number. Enrollment asks for either debit card number or account number. Enter account number. Second line asks for last 4 of your social security number, entered and hit the continue, instantly received a page notification stating "Unfortunately we do not have your phone number in our record. Please go to nearest branch or call our customer support at blah blah blah" What? I can't even enroll because my phone number what?!?!?!? This whole process has been a nightmare since day one, nothing but problems and issues. Now I give up, let my first payment on my loan be late because someone cant code. Not my fault. I made a truthful survey and someone called me. I replied to the email addresses within the emails I sent asking for account number and received no response yet. Even person on phone had no clue where the email addresses went. Now support has no clue with login and refuse to connect me to supervisor unless I verify all my info over and over and over..... here's an idea why not understand and be capable of individual thought and stop thinking your customers are lieing to you! GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER!

      On 20 January 2023,I order from ********** one bottle keto gummy bears $39.99 from my iPhone's ********* Then the ******** showed I owned $198.78. There was no way to cancel this order on ******** . I immediately called Santander master credit card to cancel this charge, reference #********** & *************. Then another bill came for $49.68 in less than 10 minutes. I then cancelled both charges. I cancelled both charges way before the 3 day cancelation period. Master card eventually gave ** back the $198.78 . Around march 4 th 2023 I received a package from ********** **** ***********. *********** **. *****, I immediately sent this unopened package back through the **** *************** As of today 4/10/2023 I have not gotten my refund for $49.68.When I call life brands phone #************ ( Master card supplied) in ***************, they say the file is frozen and they can't help. ********** showed a ten dollar increase after I gave them my information and didn't allow me to cancel. Look on the internet ,you well not find any phone number or information.
