      I was using draft kings sports book I won $86 dollars on a bet I made so I wanted to withdraw $60 dollars the sent the $60 and then immediately withdrew $20 from my account, (obviously an unauthorized withdrawal) I have been trying to get my money back from they're customer service for the last week and I keep getting the runaround. I gave them the necessary screenshot showing the transaction plus I know they keep records themselves so this should have been easy but they seem intent on stealing my money. I normally wouldn't care I mean it's only 20 dollars but this isn't the first time this has happened and it's about principle now more than anything, that is my money and I want it. I don't know what you guys can do about it but I don't want any one else getting ripped off by them seems to be a theme with that company. The pdf I have uploaded shows on March 7th there was a payment of 60 dollars followed shortly by a withdrawal of 20 the same day actually they were made simultaneously

      I am not looking to reinstate my account with this company I am trying to get my 20 dollars back that they owe me, I have sent the proper documents and I expect my money back. You have forced me to go to the BBB because you are constantly trying to sidestep the real issue, I want to stress this point, I DO NOT want to reinstate my account I want my money back that you stole from me.  Thank you.

      im trying to access a betting app called draft kings, but if i use my cell phone or laptop or a friends phone or my friends desktop i get the same issue it keeps saying there is a issue with my location. im in ** when i sign into the draftkings app it send me a email saying my IP ADDRESS is in **, i sent that picture along with this bbb complaint. There must be a technical issue on there end they are not fixing. i need help contacting them so they can fix this issue

      DraftKings locked $700 of mine in my account. I wish to withdraw it, but they locked my account. I have done nothing wrong in the process and have been very patient and communicative with them. I need my account to be unrestricted so I can withdraw the money I earned and deposited in the account.

      I logged into DraftKings to withdraw my winnings from my account the next day my account was locked so I contacted support they had me send in the bank statements and a photo of me and my id Ive done that and after reviewing my information they locked my account and told I couldnt withdraw my winnings either Ive got $8270 in my account I need my money

      I recently deposited thousands of dollars onto DraftKings as a part of their online casino! My account was flagged for verification and after I verified my account I asked to withdraw my funds and for the account to be shutdown due to the fact that I didnt like the way they treated their customer when it came to withdrawing my funds! They closed my account and are telling me that the two thousand dollars that I won cannot be withdrawn which goes against their policy because that money was won with my own hard earned money I deposited! Now they are refusing to release my funds!

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I deposited at least a thousand initially and won several and they are telling me that they are allowed to withhold earnings! But my initial deposit was never lost I just won more!!

      On March 6th, 2025 I deposited funds into my DraftKings account using payment methods in my name. After my winnings totaled up to $11,000, DraftKings banned my account while withholding my funds. After multiple attempts of trying to get an explanation why, their customer service team refuses to explain their reasoning for banning me. This is unacceptable & theft.

      Hi my complaint is with DraftKings . I signed up for an account was approved and placed my first couple of bets a few hours later my account was temporarily locked but I could see where one of my bets won in the amount of ******* dollars and I was not able to withdraw my funds . I contacted customer service several times via email and they kept having me take a pic with my dl and bank account statements over and over just for the end result to be they locked my account for good and I cant get my winnings out . They basically stole my money and I just want a check mailed to me for what I earned on

      I have a draft kings and made a bet and in the middle of winning my bet they Lock my account and wanted me to submit a photo of me and said they would unlock my account. It's been a minute and they will not reach back out to me nor will they give me my money. My money has nothing to do with the account Satus. You can either send direct deposit the money of ****** or they can allow me a cces to my account. But they are wrongfully holding my money and said I can't get it if they lock my account.

      I made a bet on a 5 leg parlay which had a 50% profit boost for 4 legs and above. Draftkings voided 2 legs and cancelled the boost because it now only had 3 legs. I wanted the bet cancelled but all the gave me was a runaround and saying the bet stands by pointing at their so called rules. This is unethical. Doing what they did changed the bet into something I would not have paid for or bet on. Do they need a lousy $5 that bad that they have to cheat me?
