I enter money for a parlay ticket on draft kings i won the ticket they closed my account saying suspicious activity. I asked them what was the activity when I only played my ticket nothing else. They asked me for my credentials I tried uploading them by they blocked me from logging in. ***** ***** and ***** which i believe are fake names because they have No contact number and the only way to reach them is Gmail or bot ! I have made one deposit to draft kings I tried making it with 2 cards that got denied and the 3rd one worked it was a first time promotion so that's how I know this was the first and only deposit now there insisting I must send these 2 other card numbers I don't get how I have been going on with this for months and still no resolve I got customer service ones to say the at one I sent the one card I used than I would be fine than I did that and it just keeps adding now there right back to the 3 cards and these cards got denied never were used i just want to cash out the money I won that's allBusiness Response

Draft king will not pay me my money. I use 1500 of my own money to make a bet. I hit for ***** and they proceeded to lock my account. Saying that I have more than one account and I do not. I verified my account and still will not let me withdraw my money. It was not a problem until I won that large amount of money. Ive lost multiple times with the same account. On March 18, 2025 I decided to take a break from sports betting for 5 years in the process of me beginning my road to recover.I won ****** I requested that I have the money withdrawal back to my debit card I use to deposit. I have not received my winnings I emailed for hours as you can see in the pic when you asks for a timeout and if wish to withdraw your balance you supposed to get your money not in this case the other screenshots is showing the guy telling I have to wait until 2030 and only if they choose to give me my money. They are going against the terms and conditions something really need to be done nobody touching these people or making these follow guidelines that's why it's thousands of people stuck in situations like this this makes them think they can do what they wanna do and nobody going to do anything. I signed up to play with Draftking. I live in ******* which is a forbidden state for gambling. But ** allows you to sign up and play if you are located in a state that does so. I was in ******** on vacation and decided to log in and use their services. After logging in I deposited $200 and begin playing bets. After a short while my account was disabled. I was instructed by email from support that they need me to take a selfie, and a copy of my ID front and back. A copy of the credit card I used, A bill with my address and a copy of my banking statement showing the charges. I provided a selfie, a copy of a bill, and front and back copies of my ID and I supplied a bank statement showing the charges. But I blocked out other banking information such as purchases from their merchants that are NOT DK purchases and don't concern them. They refused the bank statement saying they needed to see all my purchase history and financial information. I am not giving them access to who I do business with outside of **. They were able to see highlight the purchases I made with "MY" credit card for Draftking's services and that should be enough. ** refuses to reopen my account and or refund my money.Business Response

I do not want my account re-opened. I want my deposits sent back to my debit card. I am NOT sending them a copy of my banking statement with all my banking transaction visable. I have sent them a copy of my bank statement blocking out other charges but leaving the charges from Draftking visable. This was NOT accepted. If they don't return my deposits. I will be filing stolen funds with thier local police **** and seeking legal actions!

I downloaded draft kings during March madness like the rest of NC... This was not quite a year ago. I made my bets, make some money on a win, and then turned around to reinvest it. While I was searching for potential bets, the entire system froze and I actually had to delete DraftKings from my phone and redownload it. I assume it has something to do with the amount of people who are on DraftKings at the time considering this was the first time North Carolina allowed betting on games. When I re-downloaded and re-logged into the app I found out that it had bet all of my money on some random team who I hadn't even looked into. When I reached out to DraftKings and let them know that something had happened and the system misappropriated my winnings, I couldn't get a response from anybody but they did have time to restrict my account. Keep in mind, this was it almost a year ago. Now, here I am again doing everything in my power to get back on my account because ********************** is holding my money hostage - there is no way for me to correct my account. I have sent my driver's license multiple times I have sent pictures with my driver's license multiple times nobody will speak to me - everything that they have is automated. They are continuing to not help me as well as hold my money in their system without interest. I have thought about looking into litigation at this point it is ridiculous and criminal. This complaint on BBB is my last step before taking legal action.Business Response

My account was initially suspended due to "suspicious activity." However, when I reached out to DraftKings, I was told that I could still log into my account to submit identification for verification and that my account would be reinstated after providing the requested documentation. Despite this, I was unable to log into my account at all. Each time I attempted to access my account, I was met with an error message preventing me from logging in.I immediately contacted DraftKings support for assistance, explaining the situation and requesting guidance on how to provide my ID and retrieve my funds. Despite my repeated efforts, it took DraftKings nearly one month to respond. When they finally did, I was informed that my account would be permanently banned, and I would no longer be able to access it or retrieve the funds within it, with no explanation or opportunity to resolve the situation.
