      Sept. 6th 2022 I tried to get a withdrawal from my ********************** Acct. The ** system would not allow me to get a withdrawal. I was surprised because I did everything necessary to secure my WD. I inquired with ** thru their support system. ********************** was at fault by mishandeling by my Bank Cards associated with the account. I have an admission by the ** support Rep.Four days latter after more than 20 Email exchanges with ** ***** ********************** has done nothing to correct the problem, denying me quick and easy access to my funds. ** Reps promised twice that I would "get a phone" call from the Support Team addressing the problem. No phone call was forthcomming. There is has been no furthur communication from **, nothing. No update on the problem. I should have access to my funds just like every other Fantasy Player. It makes one question the integrity of the company Clearly the Email statements about how ** cares about their customers rings very hollow.

      On 9/7/22 my account must have been hacked and i was entered into a $215 daily fantasy *** contest. I just would like my account looked into and refunded the money. I am sure draftkings can find out the location of where this bet was placed so i can be refunded the money.

      Have been waiting since May for them to send me my cheque they claim to have sent it 5 times now and each time it gets returned their solution was to cancel.my account and continue to give me excuses they claim on sept 6 they sent another one but it was returned as well they refuse to send me a cheque and also wont reopen account so i can use alternate payment methods like paypal

      Not sure how exactly, on September 2/2022, all the money in my PayPal account, and roughly $2036.11 from my bank was transferred to DraftKings $7908.17 in total.I have been a member for three years, a few problems but they were dealt with by this company. I sent emails, got more bot instructions, and eventually uploaded my bank statements and identity to this company. They said I would get a refund within 48 hours, that was three days ago. I asked to shut down this account, which they did. Now they have not returned my money, returned my emails and calls. Even the number as a contact posted on the Better business page is fraudulent. There is no such working number. I want my money returned as promised. I have done everything they have asked , yet they refuse to reimburse me my money after shutting down this account.,

      DraftKings support will not allow me to log into my account,the keep giving me the same run around ,I need my account tax info and my funds and I keep telling them I got a new phone number almost a year ago and dont remember my old number in which they keep sending code to login to my account.I have given them all other information they have asked for including my drivers license ,front and back and picture of me holding my Drivers license

      I havent logged into draft kings for a very long time probably close to a year or maybe more.I now try to login and I tried to reset password because I forgot old one .I have gave them all the information they have asked for to show them that is is indeed me except my old phone number in which I can only remember the last 4 digits and the area code.I also took a picture of my drivers license and sent that in an email to verify my identity and they refuse to allow me to access my account because I cant remember my old phone number .I need access to my account for tax purposes and they refuse .

      Erroneous deposit made into DraftKings site due to error on their app. Contacted and was told to wait for it to clear and then request withdrawal. Have tried withdrawl now 2 times and they keep cancelling it. Reached out to customer service and now they say that the withdrawl can only be made by a way you made a deposit. Well thats impossible because they do not show Venmo as a withdrawal option. I have put in a valid and verified PayPal account but still nothing. I also cannot deposit now via PayPal even if I wanted to because every time they cancel the withdrawl it shows as a deposit and is over the maximum deposits now for the month. I just want my money returned to me how they told me to through PayPal already. I have email chains from them saying for me to withdraw as I have tried and still they give a run around and cancel. I have even uploaded and ID and utility bill to prove identity.

      I've been using Draftkings app over the last 3 years or so. I noticed my email was incorrect. Since it can't be changed online I reached out to them. They told me I had to submit a SCID (drivers license photo) but then then corrected my email. I tried using the app then was locked out. I then asked to cancel my account and refund my money back. They refused based on not submitting a SCID. I think this is fraud since they should be able to refund the money back the same it came in. $41.54.

      DraftKings had altered a bet I placed after the bet was placed without giving me any warning that there was a line/odds change. I told customer service I would like to move forward with closing my account but wanted all open bet slips to be refunded in full so that I could make one final withdrawal from my account before permanently closing it. Instead my account was quickly closed before any withdrawal request could be made locking my money. They essentially stole money from me.

      I asked that certain steps be taken before closing my account such as refunding open bet slips and withdrawing my current balance. Instead my account was instantly closed not allowing me to resolve the initial steps requested.

      I signed up for DraftKings. Deposited money. Won over $5000. They locked my account. Asked me to submit my DL and a selfie with it. I did. They refuse to unlock my account and are holding my winnings.
