I have been a customer with them for a couple of years i finally won some money and have tried 5 times to request a cheque but everytime they have a different excuse why cheque was returned have been trying since may of this year to make a withdrawal but to no avail they refuse to pay me my winnings and when i complain about how long and difficult their withdrawal process is they cancel my account they are very anti ******** i have never had so much trouble in my life this has been going on for 4 months now please help if required i have all the excuse filled emails that i can send you thanksBusiness Response

Draftkings locked my account and accused me of account sharing due to geo location issues. There flagging system is obviously flawed. I have not shared with anyone, in fact I barely use draftkings. They have blocked me from withdrawing my money. I consider this theft. I want access to my account so I can get my money and close my account. They should apologize and offer me compensation for their theft and false accusation and to try and keep my business. At minimum though, just close my account and send me MY money.Business Response

That is a half-truth, this is not the resolution I wanted, They have not provided me any access to my money, my transactions, or my tax records, which I need. I did a tax extension and have to do my taxes in October, and they refuse to give me my tax information. Between keeping my money and withholding my tax records, this is criminal.

I placed a two-leg parlay bet that I wagered $25 and it won however, DraftKings only paid me $23.45. The odds were ****. Not only did they not pay me my correct amount but they stole money from me and thereby breach the contract. I have a screenshot of it. I did not cash out early nor was it a free bet. I Deposited funds with the intention of playing in their casino web application. My account was locked down with no explanation. Although I am not a member or user of ********************** was able to access my bank account and withdraw over $900 in two $40 and THIRTY-SIX $25 transactions, How did this happen and how did they allow this to happen?. Why would someone make that many $25 withdrawals? Did that not scream RED FLAG to them? I reported the obviously fraudulent charges and will be getting my money back. But seriously. i made a deposit on draftkings website on 08/26/2022 for $50.00 using my paypal account. draftkings blocked me from entering any contests on the website.so i tried to withdraw the deposit and i was blocked from withdrawing my deposit of $50.00.i sent them some emails and keep getting a response(the same response) that i am sharing multiple accounts and there not going to refund my deposit. i only have one draftkings account. i don't share it with anyone. my draftkings account is verified by draftkings themselves. the paypal account i used to deposit $50.00 on 08/26/2022 has been verified by drafkings. i have made deposits and withdraws on the site before with no trouble. i would like my $50.00 deposit refunded back to my paypal account. DraftKings is not honoring bets, profit boosts, and fraudulent game scores posted to entice bets. I have pics and price of all of this. They also sent me a deposit bonus. I did that and made some bets. Then tried to withdraw part of my money and they refused it. They said I had to play through my Intial deposit that I put in. I had tried to take out only part of if. So I sent them pic of my License and also told them why I tried to take some money out because they didnt honor and winning bet boost I had. I have since ******* MORE than what my deposit was. So I have played through that days ago. But they still are not letting me withdraw my money and holding it hostage. [ They did finally contact me after getting you and also the Virginia lottery gaming board involved. But they only resolved part of the issues that I had with them. At this point they still owe me money that was not paid on my account and theres still issues with fraudulent posting of game lines and falsified times to entice people to bet with incorrect information. Which is *** already said is basically fraud. They did unlock my account after I had met the requirements weeks ago, and finally decided to call me after I have been waiting for a call back for a week and a half but only after I had to push the issue this far. But they still have not ***** care of the money they still owe me. So this is not resolved yet and I do not accept this response..]

Draft kings has locked my account and is holding $***** of mine. I did a deposit bonus and didnt know the terms that I had to do a ***** bet playthrough. I emailed them before I used all of the free bets and they said I can forfeit the bonus and any winnings tied to it if I did win and then I can withdraw my deposit. I have all the emails with them, everything they email me back its a different representative. Two draft kings support representatives said I could forfeit it but then the links they sent werent showing the pop up, so when I emailed them back it was a new guy answering. They have locked my account now and are withholding my ***** because I emailed them saying that I made a mistake by depositing the *****0 and doing a bonus offer. I didnt even bet any of the ***** yet and they are not willing to give me a refund on my deposit. They have locked my account for 3 months for whatever reason??? The support for this company is appalling. The latest on many issues was opting into a promotion. I have tried at least 10 times to do so, but do not get any notification that they said i would. So i record the screen and send it to them. They take a week and tell me the same basic troubleshooting I had already done. Then the response from that is saying it was already credited ( the period of time isn't over how can it be credited) so i explain thats a different promotion. Provided the promotion id and explained. Then the next response mentions a month old promotion and this month has no opt in. Which it obviously does as it says in the video, then i also provided screenshots with it highlighted. The amount of effort the support makes in bringing up irrelevant or false things to just get the customer to give up makes it surprising that they are still in business.Business Response
