DraftKings claims to have a fair and regulated casino service for players. However, *** noticed, and come to expect, that when I lose and hope to win it back by depositing more, or increasing my bet. I am much more likely to lose than before. Similarly, but not as often, when I double down I see the same results. The dealer in these cases will almost always be showing a face card while Ill almost never get two face cards. And if I do its likely a push or the dealer gets 21. Seriously there is something wrong with this, Ive sent screenshots and screen records to my customer service representative. Id attach them here but videos arent allowed. I lost about $500 in an hour and they gave me some free credits, nice of them. But when you can very easily lose it all back, say over a grand in an hour or so, by adjusting your normal wager, it means nothing after a few days and are essentially in a bigger pool. I know how to play the games, I know the odds and statistics of different scenarios. I dont care about the money at this point its just not ok for them to be essentially be taking peoples money.Business Response

Draftkings cheated me out of a cashout on a bet of $40+ dollars, I tried to accept the cashout for over 5 minutes but app kept freezing and logging me.out, I had to log back in and try again, and.same thing happened 4x, then the cashout was unavailable and the bet lost eventually. I contacted DK immediately.and they chose to do nothing. So I contacted my bank to file a dispute against the funds as I did not receive what I paid for. Well scamkings froze my account and said until the chargeback is handled I won't be able to use them. On June 24 they told me I needed to answer a few questions , send pic or my id and proof of chargeback.reversal. I submitted all of this information MANY TIMES NOW and they claim they have.not recieved the.money back from dispute, my bank say otherwise. I'm getting sick of the same robot response from the incompetent people at scamkings. I want my account reinstated and the $40 I tried to cashout put into my account.Business Response

I placed a $200 wager on PFL fight on DK Sportsbook on August 20 at 12:36pm. The fight occurred at approximately 1:30pm EST. My waget won at +$120 odds. DraftKings did not settle the bet for six days and gave no concrete explanation. On August 25, DraftKings voided my bet and provided no explanation once again in regards to the void. I want my winnings paid out on a bet that I won. A Sportsbook cannot hold your money for six days just to void a winning bet.Business Response

I cashed out and placed multiple bets based off scores on the draft kings website that turned out to be false. When looking at the app I saw the person I had bet on lost the first set 7-6 so I cashed out a $75 bet for $48 and then placed a $85 and a $35 bet on the person I thought won the first set. This turned out to all be false despite the score gradually increasing for the women I bet on. I feel deceived from draft kings. I was offered $100 free bet, had this never happened I would be up around $200.Business Response

On August 20 I placed a $200 wager on a PFL fight an hour prior to the event start time. My wager won and still has yet to clear 5 days later. *** sent numerous emails and all replies state they are quickly working on the technical issue. Five days holding a patrons funds isnt quickly. I am entitled to not only the release of my initial wager but the winnings as well. I shouldnt have to send 25 emails inquiring about the status of MY money.Initial Complaint

I had a bet that was placed but I never placed it. The site say it was undergoing maintenance and it was lagging and freezing and it placed I bet that I never intended too I went to sleep and just logged on to see it did that. When it happened I assumed it wasnt placed and it never went through cuz it didnt give me any confirmation. The representative confirmed that they system had an issue connecting to my device but still tried to act like it was my fault! Im a regular VIP player on this site and a loyal customer! I never complain when I lose. I have money to ****** responsibly and comfortable but I refused to be stolen from! This is and theft and fraud . They have horrible customer service!!Customer Answer

I thought I would give this site a try. I deposited $1000. Played a while and won upwards of $4000. They had no problem taking the $1000 from my account immediately, but when I wanted to get paid, they had to do all kinds of verifications. I filled out the I-9 form, sent all the copies of my id and bank statements and everything else they asked for. This has been going on for a month. Now, they are telling me its possible shadowing on a id picture. Mind you, this was sent in 3 weeks ago and approved. Just give me my winnings. You have all my legal documents.Business Response

From beginning using your gaming app was perfect, pay out and everything over the last couple months, recently it is horrible Im just handing money with not even a ************* payout nothing just handing over money and it being gone. I understand its gambling and what not but even real casinos at least pay out something, as of now I pulled out whatever was left in my account and deleted the account, your slots seem way off though just something you guys might want to look into.

Support offers zero help in getting things resolved. I attempted to open an account, Mgish317, for over a week straight and could not get someone to help me long enough to get a selfie ID loaded because my account repeatedly got locked for no reason. I literally had not even used it so how could it possibly be locked. I received responses about a charge back, when I never once even made a deposit and various other responses that clearly were not meant to even be sent to me. Then I get told my account was locked permanently when I literally never was able to use it, so please tell me exactly what I could have possibly done wrong to deserve that when I was not one time able to use the account because I couldnt get help even getting it set up. All I get are copy/paste and scripted answers and no actual help. I was excited to start betting but am shocked at their tactics. I feel that I am being discriminated against in some way since I was denied the opportunity to even have a working account at any point and was never told why or what I could do. I practically begged for the support team to help me and could barely get a response, meanwhile saw others getting responses within minutes. Is there a reason I didnt meet the criteria DK is looking for in a better? Why would a company not be eager to help set up a new account?
