      I have been corresponding with them for days and feel that they have a racket going with how they take deposits and ******. Here is an email I sent them. Please look at the math calculations. Thank you for your time and assistance.************************* ID is ********** I WILL BE CASHING OUT AND GOING TO FANDUEL.YOU CAN NOT TAKE $6 DOLLARS FROM A 1 DOLLAR BET BECAUSE I BET $5 IN SPORTSBOOK WITH SPORTSBOOK MONEY. MATH IS SB $9.16-5=$4.16 FAN IS $59.16-$1.00=$58.16 $58.16+$4.16=$62.32. YOUR CALCULATIONS ARE $53.16+4.16=$57.32.I BELIEVE THAT I HAVE TO TAKE THIS TO THE GAMBLING BOARD.THE MATH DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME. IF YOU HAVE A CALCULATION EXAMPLE PLEASE SEND IT TO ME.

      I have been a customer of ********************** literally since their inception. I've won tens of thousands of dollars. I was such a good customer they gave me free Cub playoff tickets. But in the last month they've become some Russian bot. I'm not allowed to even access my account without jumping through hoops that seem aimed at identity theft. Indeed when I had enough a week ago I said close my account and send me my funds. The response no! Fortunately I've been bleeding the account and we are only talking hundreds, but still it's my money. Hopefully there is a class action law suit out there I can join. But regardless stay away and if you're on draftkings get off, they will make you wish you heeded my warning.

      Unbelievably bad customer service. Ripped me off of a balance I had remaining. When you contact them about a problem with a bonus, they run out the clock by sending you a ton of completely irrelevant theories about what the problem with their site is.

      i think this casino is a scam their slots are rigged when and if you play them you will notice the reals bounce right before they. stop sometimes after they stop taking away from big wins i myself have deposited over $500 dollars and have not cashed out a ****** winning also they take just about any way you can deposit but withdraws are more complicated you cant withdraw from the same place you deposited i would look for a better place to get robbed and their bonuses are ******** i would stay away from draft kings

      $1300 CHECK STILL HASN'T RECEIVED ME, I WON ON 3/6/2023 IT IS NOW 3/14/2023 I WAS NOTIFIED THAT I SHOULD RECEIVED ON THE 10TH, SENT SEVERAL CHAT MESSAGES AND CALL BACK REQUEST HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND I'VE SPENT MORE THAN I HAVE WON OR JUST AS MUCH.

      Set up account with 1k. fortunately I found a lucky streak. Not so fortunate that Draft King won't grant ****** to my winnings. like the musclebound guy that shoves you back in your seat when you attempt to collect your chips and rise from the table. not cool... don't bother.

      Impossible to withdraw your funds. I placed one bet on the app and they refuse to allow me to withdraw my money. Horrible custom service. I have been fighting for 3 weeks just to withdraw my money, still have not been able to. They will put a restriction on your account as soon as you try to withdraw YOUR money.

      Draftkings is horrible. Do NOT waste your time or money. You WILL be disappointed. Go with fanduel. More winnings and better payouts with fanduel. You will WASTE money with draftkings. I will NEVER put another dollar on draftkings. Do NOT fall for the "trusted" reviews or the tv advertisements for draftkings.
