  After 3 yrs of wagering on the DraftKings App I still can't access it from my Desktop(preferred method) because their Location app has bugs.I get the need to verify where someone's betting from to make sure it's legal but they should have the ability to override their buggy location verification app.Corresponded with customer support back & forth so many times with all different support people(bots?) and issue still not resolved LoL Amazes me that I can log in and wager on both my ************** while I can't do so on my Desktop which is in arms reach of those devices..WTF?Additionally, they really blew the Wrangler Squares promo..good luck finding what box you had or anything relating to that promo on their ****** crowded App. I mean, how do you blow a good will opportunity so badly..LMFAO Anyway, I can see by all the negative reviews that mine ain't gonna mount to a hill of beans.I guess I should be happy that I was able to add $$ when needed and make ****** for the big game..which turned out most favorably :-)Funny to think that the most anxiety causing aspect of the game for me wasn't the actual game or if my bets would pay out but trying to find the Wrangler Squares location on their ****** busy app so I could know what box I had and have something to root for as quarters/halves ended..Unreal..............

  Pretty much enjoyed the entertainment for a couple of cents for 2 years but within the last 30 days here I noticed some suspicious behavior on my account. At first I thought it was me but now I have the proof where they are padding ****** (switching them around) blaming drops signals in the middle of a live wager on your phone, mine, everything worked fine for the longest time but it's funny how there's only a dropped signal the majority of the time during a winning wager with a positive EV expected value. So I filed an email with them they have not directly acknowledged any of my problems they will not give me the time of day after dozens of requested callbacks they always say they're going to get in touch well it's been over a month so I have no choice I'm going to take it as far as I can now. Come to find out and I wasn't the only one look at all these other sorry fellas just like me same boat. How can a company that is on *********** trading stocks also be committing fraud money laundering Grand theft actually it's a bunch of felonious charges being committed around there that place is corrupt and they need to be held accounted for!.. and hopefully it will be in court of law and someone's butts will be behind bars for stealing a man's hard-earned money they are nothing but a bunch of gangster style thugs predatorial bullies prancing around all these racy parties acting all classy when they won't even answer an email because they know they are committing some serious offenses.

  Worst service I've ever used. My son in law and my daughter helped me set up an account so I could get the free $200 bonus, but I didn't have a credit card at the time so my son-in-law helped me with his. Because of this it restricted my account and make me upload a lot of personal information. I kept getting a runaround from customer support who keeps asking for more and more and more personal information. They make it impossible to get the credit and keep telling me I need to send my son-in-laws bank statements to verify MY identity. Support keeps ignoring me and replying with copy and paste messages and just repeating themselves over again. Ive proven my identity and still have restrictions on my account as they refuse to accept what they have already because they don't want to give me the credit. Very shady business. Their customer service is non existent as well and they will rarely call you back.

  **************** with DK App absolutely will not follow up and no contact number. Take your money elsewhere. Terrible at BEST! So frustrating. Closed my account. What a disgrace to ******.

  I cannot make a withdrawal!!Ive contacted them multiple times through their site and all I get is an automated response. Ive sent them what the email asked of me but have not gotten any information outside of automated responses repeatedly asking for the same thing. Theyve frozen my account and wont let me withdraw my funds. Ive tried to call the only number I could find but there is no one on the other end of the line. *** left messages with my number as asked but no response. This has been going on for three weeks now. This company is horrible.

  *** recently made a deposit with a balance of ******* I was thinking about gambling it but changed my mine since thats my last and Im not in a position to play with that money. So attempted to withdraw my funds it usually come within minutes. This time it took a little longer I figured cause of the amount. Wake up next morning thinking my funds that I deposited would be in my bank account. No my **** account is restricted!! Never gave me a reason why? They asked for all my personal info ID bank statements proving both debit card are mine. Ive given them everything they asked for still no resolve. Instead they create more loopholes for me to jump through. Now they are asking for a statement with draft kings transaction on it this month. HOW SWAY!! when no one in ******* January 2023 banks statements came out yet. Mind you I made this deposit on 01/24/2023. Now I have to wait until the month is over to give them that info. To be honest I feel after I give them that they are going to create another loophole not to no Reinstate my account. I believe they customers service are stealing people money out there account. I believe this is why they give you a hard time so you can give up. If you are reading this RUN dont do DRAFT KINGS they are bullies.

  I just made an account last night the $5 promo and get $200 free bets . I happen to win $213 on the free bets, but I forgot my password to my email and they locked me out and I have provided driver license and passports to prove its me and still have my account restricted . ******************* advertising should be ashamed . RATED F stay away!!

  They take your money from checking accounts and debit cards, but when it comes time for them to pay you, we have to wait 2 weeks for a check? Is this ****? I love companies that make it difficult for you to get the money they owe you.

  I cant get anyone to respond to multiple emails. Account is locked and cant access funds. Worst customer experience by any company.
