    It'd be lovely if Toast, *** would remember that in addition to their business customers, they also have consumer customers. And that those customers do not have any way to view or acquire what information of theirs Toast, *** has about them, since the toasttab.com website's 'My Account' button returns a 'Sorry, we don't serve that. 404 - This page is not on the menu.' error and has done for the last six to twelve months.I realize that Toast, *** is probably too busy trying to convince their many business customers to stick around to bother with maintaining their consumer customer services, but until they stop offering the consumer services, it seems appropriate to complain to anyone who will listen that it doesn't function correctly. And since Toast, *** doesn't appear to have any consumer-facing contact details of any kind, I suppose that restricts the complaining to places like the BBB. That whole thing with not being able to cancel orders to businesses that are closed (because toasttab doesn't tell you when you order if the business isn't open to receive the order in the first place; you find out when you receive the receipt) is icing on the cake and the reason this review is one star instead of three.

    BEWARE!!!!! I have been dealing with toast's 3rd party tax team combining another entity with mine in a different state!!!! This has been an on going issue for almost 2 years now. It has been ***********************!! They will say the issues are resolved only to have the other entities address on 2023's w-2s! I have stressed about this nonstop. I love the *** system but the back end of things on their part is beyond sketchy!! I have no choice but to look into some kind of legal action to get them to fix it or to cancel all services and lose out on the thousands of dollars that I have invested into their system every single year. I feel trapped and I dont know what else to do besides come to the BBB for help.

    Do not buy into this system! The fees are ridiculously high for what the system can do. Definitely dont use for payroll get an accountant. Once you cancel their service they will not help you with anything. I paid to have the payroll system and they refused to provide me with w2s or help give me access to w2s after they collected my money for months and were handling all my payroll up until I cancelled.

    The salesperson scamed me on the processing fees, I canceled all 3 locations, they still charging me, nobody resolve the issue, they always escalate to someone else, they dont answer emails and no one is responsible for anything. But they still billing me

    Toast is a ********* system but their billing department is the most unethical, unprofessional, unresponsive, and frustrating I have ever experienced. They are double billing me for my subscriptions and taking money out of my bank account in error. This has been occurring for a year and a half and I have opened multiple cases. They still can't get it figured out and they are still taking money from my bank account in error. No one is responding to my cases anymore. They are just ignoring me. I do not recommend using Toast because of their billing department.

    I wish I could give a negative 10 star review.Toast is unethical, inept and utterly unprofessional. I have never experienced worst service in my life. Toast took 2 weeks to change my banking details, after I sent them all paperwork at least 6 times and spoke to their so-called "experts". Now, Toast has $10K of my money and they have no idea where it is or why it has not been deposited. This after every other "expert" tells a different lie. I call this a lie, because when I ask for proof, they ignore me. If you're looking for customer service at all, don't use **********************.

    Terrible service, I would not recommend using this service ever. I ordered around 7:20pm from a local place. Once the order was placed it showed deliver time of 30-40mins. I called the place to check to see if the order was ready 40 mins later and they said yes, just waiting for the delivery person to pick it up. Got my cold food about another 30 mins later, so about an hour and 10 mins to get my food delivered. There was no way to contact Toast and the survey link they sent gave an error code.

    Toast is a very user-friendly POS System. Customers and staff appreciate the convenience and ease of use. I have had a few inconveniences that I dealt with from Toast customer service. I feel this is with any company's customer service department. Most of my issues have been resolved in one phone call. Overall I am satisfied with the charges for my ROI for services I have signed up to receive. In comparison to other outside expenses. I can centralize the services through Toast and save expenses, especially during these current economic times. You have to invest the time to fully utilize those services or you may not feel they are worth the expense. Utilizing Toast Central has been very helpful in learning and understanding many aspects of the software and FAQ.

    I've been calling customer service ***** regarding account issue and network device for weeks. nobody have returned my calls/emails, including onboard consultant. This is very unprofessional, I am looking into another company, in which I've wasted a lot of money purchased toast equipment!
