    The customer service is absolutely horrible. If you have issues with hardware because of their software updates and you are unable to use the hardware for weeks their response is sorry for the inconvenience heres your monthly service bill. I also made the mistake of trying to integrate the payroll service. I have been trying to get them to correct an issue with their software regarding direct deposit and its been three months. You are unable to speak to anyone that can make any decisions or help.

    **************** does not exist at all. We setup Toast at our customers location. Nothing works. They are always off by $30 to over $300 a day. They cant clock in the right way because it throws the system off. Cash payouts are always off. All of the reports are off. When we call to talk to customer service nothing happens and they do nothing. I have reached out to numerous of people and nothing gets fixed. Very unhappy with them and want answers asap.

    Customer support is not helpful. I have three businesses and I have not gotten any resolution to nothing that was promised. I have tried getting in contact with a manager, I have emailed several times over and over again in regards to a FLEX Pay that was to be placed on my account (Never done) Now there is a billing hold. I cant order certain things needed for my business such as POS handheld, catering services etc. No one seems to care, and I keep getting the run around that they are putting me in the que.

    please don't do any payroll business with toast, we used them for almost a year and half and we just find out they are not filling my reports to labor department, still can't get hold of the number to corporate office to discuss, customer service have no idea how to fix the problem, sending emails but no one responded, I will be taking the next step to file complaint at court soon if not fixed **** ********************

    Toast requires and what address to use and automatically signs you up to marketing with no ability to opt out. This should be illegal (and is in other countries).As it is, they're a trash company.

    In general we are very happy with Toast. Before Toast we were using Aloha which was a pain in the a** The onboarding team was good, just that...we have to work hard to have everything set up but after that, all the effort done was showing with glamour. You can customize several things, customer service is responsive and helps you with every issue we have. The integration with 3rd party delivery is very good. There are still some things that need to be taken care off but they are improving the platform and providing new tools.Some tools requires some extra $$$ which I dont agree. I think they should include more free tools instead of asking for more money. Thats why I gave 4 stars A different thing is Toast payroll. It started very good but its not that easy to use and whenever there is a issue related with tax payment they can take upto 10 weeks to answer. Thats very frustrating and unfair

    Have been trying to get them to refund for their typo they charged us an extra $4500 because they added an extra zero! No help when I called and its been a month and they don't seem to care at all. Garbage service!I have called 10 times in the last month and all they say is we will pass it along, they wont let me talk to the department that can help. The fact that they let such a large typo go through in the first place is bad enough but then to do nothing about it after the fact is inexcusable.
