We used Hopper to make a single purchase of 4 airline tickets for this coming May 2023. The first two attempts to make the purchase resulted in a Hopper (Bunny) Error Message that read TRY AGAIN. After the first two failed attempts to purchase the 4 tickets and re-entering the same identical information, the third attempt was successful, giving us a Congrats, with a confirmation number and flight for 4 people. The total cost was $199. US. (short puddle jumper flight)About 30 minutes later we got our Email confirmation with our flight details. All Good, we thought! Three hours later we get another Email confirmation with our flight details, at first we thought it was resent in error. Then the next day we get a third Email confirmation with our flight details, this time we see the confirmation numbers are all different and our CC has been charged three times.We use Hopper **************** to discover it's all BOTs and FAQs, you have to pay $25. to get live ****************. Well with $600 on the line, we pay and it's a live person who reads off the FAQ's to us, no personal assistance at all, they tell us we booked non refundable tickets, so nothing they can do. They completely ignore the fact that we only booked and purchased once, Hopper booked the failed transactions and charged us for them. We have filed with BBB and received a BOT reply from Hopper just like we got from them on site jabber, they give you a link to their Bot reply **************** which we already rode on that merry go round to nowhere. With multiple attempts to get assistance, we did get "****" to reply with an email saying Hopper was sorry we had this experience and he would look into this for us. Well over a week and crickets, "****" is most likely another BOT or attempt on Hoppers part to frustrate me to the point of giving up.Let me assure you Hopper, I've got nothing but TIME to pursue my refund and I will continue until it happens. This was great for like a week. I am in a between home situation and I mapped out and set a goal to get the ten out of ten referrals for the hopper app. I got 15 right now never received anything for anyone who accepted my invite. At five out of ten I was awarded 250 dollars off hotels for three nights free it said at 10/10 I would get 750 more. I haven't received c*** And the support team emails me every like day and a half to say they are working on it and it's a different person everytime I just keep getting my chain jerked around and it's going on 8 days now since this started and now they said last night a ************ is on it now and she says 3-5 days... For what exactly? Bc she said she saw my fifteen friends and 0 rewards....so what's the big deal give me the reward. This is just insane I planned on this and I did my job to get the referrals and I did spent over like 600 dollars with this app or close to it. I'm about to be removed from my room tomorrow bc my gf is sick and I don't start new job for a few more days..and j had to come out of pocket this week while waiting for my like basically a week free stay. Is this fair? Y'all already had me so upset I had to load up the car to the roof not to mention my two cats had to sit in the car all day while me and the gf drove Uber to get the money back to stay somewhere else bc you all embarrassed me...took my 63 dollars and didn't even give me the room bc the rate went up....after they took the money from my card. Took till 7 pm to get it back and this was at 11 am last Saturday. I almost had a job there too me and the boss were talking about it and then this happened. Just keep making my life miserable and avoiding the conversation. And there isn't much to talk about the evidence speaks for itself....so next Convo better be here is your rewards and that's it. If you ain't gonna pay me what's due next step is a lawyer for false advertisement lawsuit. You advertise a nice reward put all over me then nothing.Hopper USA, Inc.

think my best course of action here is a Lawyer...I have screenshots on my phone where it says specifically word for word "You"ll earn rewards EVERYTIME someone who hasnt accepted an inviteyet USES your invite link or code up to your referal limit...first of all it said I reached *** referal after the very first person I invited excepted I have never got one reward for them clicking it...I have around 14 to 15 added from my link first time users...Your companys **** excuse I was on a differant promotion um no they definatly were running two differant ones at the same time.....anyways I got the video and screenshot you cant say someone gets a reward for every person who signs up and he gets 15 then no one I have asked at your company can tell me what is *** ****** number anyways is it when yo8u get 10/10? and if you want more traffic to your app why have a limit at all your not the brightest crayons in the box. This is at this time false advertising you said one thing and offer a reward then someone gets it and you say no no thats not it.Jeff W

I bought a filght through Hopper app, I had to cancel my trip due to covid, I bought insurance, they took me through all this paperwork after buying insurance. So they ended up giving me a voucher. They said the voucher is for Delta, but guess what the voucher is all Aeromexico that has hardly no flights any where, So I been trying to use it. They don't let you book your own flight, they give you a flight abd let you take it or decline it, and they talk only through chat or email! So you if don't want the flights they sent you have to attached your flight and other info through email! A big inconvenience! Never will I deal with them again!Hopper USA, Inc.

Scam Scam Scam! I reserved a hotel through the hopper app in *******, ** for ****************************************************************** at ***************************************************. Upon contacting the hotel directly for three days they never received a reservation but the hopper charged me and took my money out of my account. I had to pay $25 to contact their joke of a customer service and from Thursday-Sunday all they would say is to give them ***** hours to resolve each day when I would reached out. Issue was never resolved my trip was nearing and I really needed a hotel at this specific hotel so I had to cancel. They have not refunded me my money and I have no hotel room as well. Please never use theses Scammers. They should be shut down.Hopper USA, Inc.

If I could it would be a NO STAR RATING. DO NOT USE HOPPER for flights anywhere. They NEVER contacted me about an upcoming airport strike at my end date destination in *******. I had to make the flight date due to another flight (different airline/source) the following day. Friends told me of the strike so I contacted Hopper the day before the flight. Hopper found me a flight but charged an exorbitant cost almost the same as the entire round trip cost. (and when I was on the flight, they were half full) I had opted for flight insurance (extra cost) and it meant NOTHING. I was on hold (of course by phone) for 4 hours trying to make the changes. I tried through numerous emails (you never speak to a customer service person) to get some sort of refund/credit. Crickets. Cute little marketing rabbit but cuteness DOES NOT MEAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. All their "credit carrots" and they wouldn't credit my account. I will tell everyone I know who travels (and at my age and income that's considerable) NEVER USE HOPPER.Hopper USA, Inc.

The ***** phone number which Hopper directed me to call for assistance is not a valid number or is inactive. I cannot use the $91.36 of my money in my account. I have been trying to contact Hopper for more than a week. The only way to get customer assistance is to do a price freeze. There is no live support for booking problems, payment errors, account security team team lack of response to the Hopper Support team within the estimated time frame quoted.Hopper USA, Inc.

Do not use them! Flight on May 14, 2023, from ******* to ***********. American Airlines changed departure time. For the past 5 weeks I have submitted numerous requests for a change. Not able to make departure time. They automatically respond that they received my requests. There are times I hear nothing from them. When they do respond, I respond back and never hear from them. So I have to keep starting a new requests. False advertising on being able to resolve your problems. They once told me they were awfully busy. This company should not be in business. I do not want to deal with them. Based on other reviews, they are not an honest company. I purchased another flight that will accommodate my departure from a cruise. Update, I heard from them, they canceled my flight. It took me 3 days to get another flight. They have you going in circles. All of their posted phone numbers are bogus!Hopper USA, Inc.

Terrible service especially when having to speak with someone. The airline kept changing my flight. I purchased refundable repackage for 100% guarantee and they still refused to give me my money back after the airline continued to make unreasonable changes.Hopper USA, Inc.

I really wish I had checked here BEFORE booking with hopper, because If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Please, everyone be warned about these SCAMMERS!! I booked a hotel with them for me and my friends in the beginning of January. Everything was a mess, at first the hotel did not even have a record of their booking, and then when they finally found it, it turns out I didn't even get the room I PAID for and they stuck us in a tiny room with 1 bed (even though I paid hopper for 2) and STILL had an extra $40 in fees for it. After everything, I tried contacting customer support to help resolve this, but ended up getting stuck in the room anyways because we had no extra cash to upgrade to the "premium" room. (aka the room I had ALREADY paid for on hopper).What I also didn't realize is, you have to PAY to speak to customer service, and they did not even respond until march. MARCH. I reached out to them in January. What kind of "customer service" is that? it's been a really horrific experience.So then, two months LATER, the only compensation they offer is a 10% voucher that can only be used on their site, and expires after 90 days. (another thing to note, the "value" this voucher holds doesn't even cover the cost of the "upgrade" I would have had to pay for the room that I should have been given in the first place) They will NEVER refund you, or help you in ANY type of meaningful way, Even when they are clearly at fault for doing your reservations wrong. They will just keep your money and move on to the next. They will charge you REAL money just to get in contact with someone who will never resolve your issues. Scammers, thieves and fraudulent behavior. If there hasn't been a lawsuit against them already, i'm sure there will be, and I hope I'm there for it.Hopper USA, Inc.

You get sucked in by the price in the app, but you end up paying more than what you would have paid if you booked directly because you have to pay for all these "services" (like being able to change your reservation) that a hotel would provide free. You also are not actually guaranteed a spot. At one point in the booking process, they actually say that you might show up and not have a room and the hotel would not have to accommodate you (this is the selling point for one of their services).
