      Absolutely HORRIBLE customer experience. 1 star is being generous. I booked a flight on the Hopper app and I paid $84 for the "Cancel At Any Time" add-on, which allows you to cancel your flight for a full refund at any time for any reason. Sounds great, right? Well about 24 hours after I booked the flight, the "airline" cancelled my flight (I put airline in quotes because after it was cancelled I saw the same exact flight on the Hopper app with the same exact times/stops but for a higher price). I contacted Hopper about a refund and I was told that my $84 was non-refundable even though I had just booked the flight and it was cancelled due to reasons outside of my control. In what world does that possibly make sense? Seems like their whole business model with the "Cancel At Any Time" add-on is based on ripping off customers. You're better off flushing your money down the toilet than using this app.Avoid this company at all costs. I should have read the reviews on here before I used them in the first place. You can find the same deals and better on ****** Flights or Skyscanner.

      Can't reach them to obtain refund. Gave erroneous reason for flight problem. Time of departure was changed making it impossible to make flight on time. It was changedcto 40 minutes SOONER. Paid for 3 tickets. So far can't get customer service who incorrectly stated that ticket changes are not refundable. NO ONE CHANGED THE TICKET. Their airline changed the departure time!

      If I could give negative stars I would...Was looking at a hotel to maybe book, app glitched and closed itself, so I restarted my phone when it restart and got service back I get an e-mail saying they are charging my credit card 24 dollars for a price freeze that I never authorized... tried to cancel due to me not even ok the transaction but I'm told it's a nonrefundable fee that comes with the booking of the room.The room I never booked but was looking at only... they are not charging me for the room thank God but still are charging me the deposit (price freeze) I tried to cancel, and get help but everything is thru the app or email no live chat/talk to a person.The number I found gave a recorded message (in English and ******) telling me to go back to the app for help with my problems.How is this company/app still allowed to be doing business?How many people have had their money taken from them?I know it's just 24 dollars but it's the fact that they are taking that money from the account on a transaction that I never approved if the first place.P.s.It can take up to 24 hours before they e-mail you back about your issues you have incurred.

      Huge scam they charged me for a room that didnt support them and on top of that I paid for the extra guarenteed price for ***************************************************************************************************** Expedia scams. Now me and my family sleeping outside of a room I already paid for I left more reviews with pictures on other sites I cant see where to leave them on here but we are literally sleeping in our car outside of the hotel we paid for

      Hopper reservation deserve a 0 for reservation and not able to be contacted by phone and not email. I will dispute my funds as well as post on all social media !!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HOPPER!

      If there was a zero rating, Id give it. ********************** hasnt refunded me for my hotel cancellation, though it is clearly stated on the reservation. Tried to contact customer service. Thats a joke. I advise anyone not to use Hopper!im out $270.16.

      They just scammed out of 300 dollars and then had the nerve to email me back and say I can't get the reservation. That was my last money and I have to be out of my apt in 25 days I have never been in this situation they should be shut down completely

      Horrible horrible customer service it's all through e mail, never able to talk to anyone, I paid for a rental before I got it I had a family issue that I had to attend to, asked for my refund on a rental I never got. I have e mailed them several to times and no response... Horrible customer service if that's what they call it .. stay away from this company and be the reviews I see on here this place is a joke and profit off not returning refunds... No.1

      I paid extra for a flight delay/cancellation guarantee. My flight was canceled and they did not respond to me or solve my problem. They were supposed to offer me a better flight at no cost. They only contact via email, no phone number, so they dont have to respond or solve my problem. I requested a refund from the airline itself, although some of the fees are nonrefundable, hopefully I get the rest of the money back. I will never use Hopper again!
