Hopper truly believe that they can give you what they want to give you when you have a full refund coming back. So far they gave giving me $72 of the refund and they gave me that in four different installments. So far Ive been over 50 days trying to get this refund back from Hopper. I have numerous numerous emails and on several of them they telling me that the refund has been processed and did this was amount to go also and I still havent received them.Hopper USA, Inc.

This is the SAME type of response Ive been getting for almost two months now. I have screenshots of all of our conversations to prove this. My life consists of more than texting Hopper and waiting for them to respond. This is rediculous. Especially when they told Me over a month ago its been processed. I truly feel I should be highly compensated for the time I have invested in this matter to get what is owed to. Again, this is ridiculous. Is this a matter that needs to be taken to small claims court to be resolved? Im still investing time that I shouldnt have too. I should have been paid and this closed. I hereby demand additional compensation or I WILL be moving forward in to a small claim lawsuit. This is ridiculous. I want My money back. I demand additional compensation. I had to book a cheap hotel. I paid $15 down with the rest "due late" and an additional $6 to cancel anytime. So, I needed to cancel. It is like a week before and I couldn't get it to work for cancelation, so I paid an additional $9 to skip the line for their chat "VIP service" that guaranteed I could get help right away? I couldn't. I demanded confirmation that my reservation was canceled, I waited, waited, and nothing happens. So now $15 in the hotel still has my reservation and I can't get any help. There is no way to contact them because when you do get their number? The automated response says the phone service for canceling hotels doesn't work. I am so upset and irritated right now. I just want a way to get ahold of them and it's impossible. But I really just want my money back because an extra $15 on a $55 hotel room that I can't cancel is ridiculous.Hopper USA, Inc.

ZERO RATING! ***** had booked a room in ************** for my ******** Christmas party, but this week my sister stated she didn't feel like staying, so I checked the app to see what alternatives I had. When I clicked on the "Options for cancellations," it automatically cancelled my reservation without showing me any options. Since the cost of the reservation was ****** for one night, there is no way I would have cancelled it if I had seen that there was no refund. I complained with their support personnel repeatedly, but they kept insisting they were awaiting hotel approval and it was my fault. I kept saying that it was an error on the application but that their policy is waiting for hotel approval to Refund.Hopper USA, Inc.

I have used Hopper so many times before. For the majority of my flights, I choose the price freeze options, then when I continue to book, it deducts the cost of the freeze that I paid from my flight. This last time, it didnt. Good luck trying to contact to Hopper, its a pain in the a** I now overpaid for my flight because Hopper lies.Customer support finally responded and advised me the price freeze feature is no longer the same. Its simply to cover their cost, if the flight cost increases (news flash - it doesnt within 24 hours so its a SCAM). The price you pay for the price freeze is a total loss and doesnt count towards your flight!How they can change something without notifying people is infuriating and all I get when I ask questions is how it works. Not explaining how/when things changed. Absolutely infuriating. DO NOT USE HOPPER! Book direct, its the same cost if not less!Hopper USA, Inc.

As someone that has used the price freeze option in the past, nothing was different about it. You are a fraud of a company and the price freeze is a scam. You should have it CLEARLY state the fee is non-refundable now, since you changed your policy randomly mid year, before you have to proceed to payment. I think that this is a load of c*** that someone can steal your credit card into and use it.and you can't do s*** about it cause you can't even download the app. Ans even if you do it's all done with emails. A few days ago I clicked on a link as to view one of the hotel rooms on the Hopper website. I then received a pop up icon stating that I won a prize for a discount waiver of $60.48. Their portal then prompted me to swipe a button to claim the gift offer. I actually thought I had won something but my card was charged righy away when I redeemed the gift. I then tried to call their customer service team to discuss the issue but I was not able to find a phone number for that team. I then submitted an email inquiry and they sent me a generic email saying that it is against their policy to issue me a refund. I did not get a response from an official person until today and she informed credit charge is non-refundable. I have since filed a credit card dispute with my bank but I am uncertain what the outcome will be. This is false and deceptive advertisement. I am asking for some assistance and recommendation regarding this matter.Hopper USA, Inc.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked a flight recently based on reading on their partner site page (https://cloud.hopper.com/price-drop-guarantee), and many other referral sites that they will monitor the price after purchase for 10 days and if the price dropped, they would automatically give a credit for the price drop amount that can be used for future travel. I could have used many other sites that offer a guarantee but chose to give these guys a chance. Less than 24 hours later, the price dropped almost $50 on the flight. The airline even told me that Hopper booked the flight that next day and paid the lower fair price, and provided me with documentation proving this. I reached out to Hopper to request a credit per what is clearly listed, and they refused to give me a credit, which would have given them a chance to have me purchase from them at least one more time, and give me a sense of satisfaction, even though its not a cash refund like all the others offer like Expedia and ************ Sadly, they have burned yet another customer over $50 that they decided to pocket at my expense. Do yourself a favor and use Expedia or ************ They both offer a true price drop guarantee and will honor it.Hopper USA, Inc.
