The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Constantly outsourced to either ****** or *****, always with a non-ESL speaking person. Extremely rude in response, argumentative, and robotic in response as they will read the same pre-written prompt 10X although you have mentioned you have heard/understand what was said. Deflective in passing complaints off to supervisors. States they CANNOT pass information off to *** offices. Work only within an app service and do NOT alert customers to benefits/expiring benefits via email or within personal vouchers within the app, only at the end of booking. They offer vouchers with extremely limited circumstances attached to them, like expiring at 3:58pm instead of end-of-day as with all business practices. Address is listed for ******, ** and phone number listed does NOT get you service within ** area or within the ***. As an American citizen, living and calling from ***, when a complaint is not answered or resolved, it should be processed and brought to the attention of an AMERICAN TEAM and NOT outsourced halfway across the globe.Hopper USA, Inc.

We would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused that you have encountered on the Hopper app. I have thoroughly reviewed your concern and upon checking, it appears that you have a voucher issued on 29Sep23 and valid until 28Sep24. I have listened to the phone conversation you had with my colleague on 29 September 23 and he mentioned that the voucher is valid only for 1 year. I can see that you have reached out to our team on 29 September 24 as you are unable to use your voucher and you are encountering an issue on the app. I understand that you want to request an extension on the voucher validity but it was denied since the voucher had already expired. Booked with Hopper under the impression that I was going with a specific airline (******) with one stop. Found out that my trip is bookended by an airline that charges for seating plus Alaska wont let me choose my seat - it will be assigned at the airport. No savings - actually cost more. *********** card uses Hopper and charges more as well. Useless misleading appHopper USA, Inc.

I received a coupon for $100 for having five referrals sign up using my code. I now spending my night sleeping in a parking lot I am unable to drive because I'm so tired and Hoppers customer service kept me on hold switching me to a manager and everything for over an hour to tell me it was a glitch, my Cards after trying several that had money on them for sure, all to be told they could not help me and hand up on me saying I used profound language and I never once did. This app is a joke. I literally am in a parking lot in a random town, in a different state than mine and tired in a parking lot. Update: not allowed to sleep here have to drive and hope I make it to A rest stop. Wish me luck!Hopper USA, Inc.

referred 15 ppl in 2 days to ****** in order to receive referral voucher. voucher was a scam called customer service and they are not honoring voucher dispite promoting on website. overall a scam please save your money do not use this app. it is not worth the headache or the money.horrible horrible customer service , and would not transfer to manager .Hopper USA, Inc.

Good Afternoon,MAHOGANY ***** - DRB92S39HXBH I am reaching out to you regarding a hotel stay I booked through Hopper. I am currently at the ******************************. I arrived today and to my surprise this is not the room I booked through HOPPER. I immediately went to the front desk to complain and was advised that the error was made by Hopper and to contact you directly. I have been on hold with Hopper for over an hour. I keep getting transferred and no one has any answers or apologies. THIS IS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE. The front desk also advised that there are no more rooms available that I requested through you guys. THIS PUT A HUGE DAMPER ON MY VACATION. I am requesting a refund at this time because I was not given the room I reserved and ************* stated that it's not their fault at all. I am still on hold and being transferred around. I have not showered and I have a huge headache. This is also taking time away from enjoying my stay here. Was renting a car to drive home and used hopper to set up reservation for rental when I go to pick up rental they could not give rental without a credit card they could not use debit card I called hopper to explain this and they said it is stated in terms and conditions which I did not receive until after I had paid in an email so I never accepted terms and conditions. They were unwilling to cancel reservation and they were unwilling to switch the name on reservation to match the credit card I was going to use so I got charged $180 for a reservation I couldnt useHopper USA, Inc.

It has no been 2 months fighting with this hotel through hopper to get our money refunded. We had to cancel the trip because our flight was cancelled due to the storms that went through ****** at the end of May. Hopper just keeps emailing me saying a few more days every couple days: this has been 8 weeks of this. No further updates, no anything. *** asked for proof of our flight cancellation which we sent immediately: that was 6 weeks ago. They still will not respond.This was our honeymoon trip that was ruined and made worse by Riu not refunding us. And hopper not perusing this properly in a timely manner. This was a two part honeymoon with the other part at Hyatt who IMMEDIATELY refunded us upon receiving proof of flight cancellation. This was our first time using Hopper and probably the last due to their lack of follow through.This was to be our first time to a Riu and were looking to rebook for next year when we received our refund. Now, Im not trusting their customer service as this has been a nightmareHopper USA, Inc.

Hopper is a scam. Cash app and hopper. both scammed me but my question is with all these complaints on these official sites I wanna know how I got scammed? Maybe If the attorney general and the better business bureau would do their job maybe some of us would might not have been scammed. I was out of state and was left with nothing. I had a breakdown and ended up in the hospital with my minor son watching. Im angry. Is there a petition we can start to make them do their job or step down? We need people to actually do their job!!! Some of these complaints are old!!! Maybe I need to get a lawyer go after the people that dont do their job and hope the c*** runs down hill!!! I will not be scammed when it was known long ago by Better business bureau and Attorney General! My son is not the same since. And hes a survivor and the all news channels love him. Even Inside Edition. Maybe this needs to go worldwide!!! DO YOUR JOB OR STEP DOWN AND LET SOMEONE WHO WILL!!!! If I start a petition for them to do their job or step down who would sign it? I only gave 1 star to do the review. They made my wife and I a reservation at a hotel that has been torn down for some time now and are giving us a hard time about refunding our money. They keep telling us that they need to contact the location which is impossible since it no longer exists. So here we are at midnight after already driving for about 13 hours with no place to sleep for the night and no resolution from them in sight.Hopper USA, Inc.
