  I was surprised how fast the process was from start to finish. They were able to work around my schedule for the installation date. Working with National Floors Direct was simple and easy. I couldn't ask for more out of them. The installers were courteous and professional during the whole install. They even addressed the care and maintenance of ************ as well as leaving behind any unused flooring.We are very pleased with our new floor and how great it looks.Thank you!!!

  Started with an in-home visit by a knowledgeable salesman. Kept informed with email notifications. Installers arrived on time to measure. Then they arrived on time to install finished carpet. I am very pleased with the results.

  We loved working with National floors direct. This was our first experience and we would certainly use them again the installers were thorough and professional and were true craftsman.   I had a floor installed by National Floors Direct 1.5 years later it is cupping and pulling up in places I spent $7623.36 and now the floor is junk. I contacted National Floors direct and the manufacturer **** flooring and told me the could do nothing for me. The floor is supposed to have a 15 year warranty.

  I had been wanting to have the carpet pulled up and floors laid down in my basement for quite some time. I finally decided to do something about it and called three floor companies to vet them and see which best fit my needs. As soon as the National Floors Direct representative answered my call, I felt valued and appreciated, all I was doing was setting up a consultation but the representative was polished, professional and responsive. I scheduled a next day consultation with ease and waited for things to begin. The field agent was very responsive and communicative, arrived on time, was knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated his telling me the history of the company and where the products were manufactured, it certainly helped put my mind at ease. The flooring selection was wonderful and I got really excited about the lifetime warranty on the floors and the favorable finance rate. There was no question that I had found my flooring company. Installation was scheduled for a few days out and on the big day, the workers came on time, set up shop professionally and were very communicative. Install took about 6-8 hours and was done efficiently and professionally. The finished product was amazing and I could not believe the transformation of my basement.

  National floors Direct **** was very helpful! From the easy process to schedule a consultation all the way to the day of installation. The estimator was professional, and knowledgeable who took the time to go after allll the options as I can be very picky. The installers were professional, respectful and neat. The Project was wonderful! 10/10 would use them again!

  We purchased a new home with carpets that reeked of cat smell. My husband is allergic to cats and we thought we could shampoo the carpets on our own but nope. They needed to be ripped out AND the floorboards needed to be replaced. We closed on a Friday, called National Direct after closing, and had the rep here on Saturday. Despite being in an environment of supply chain issues and labor issues, NFD was able to get the needed carpet supplies and subflooring and committed to completing two bedrooms and a walk-in closet on Monday, before all of our furniture arrived on Tuesday. We were anxious that it wouldn't be done in time or that it would look terrible due to the rush nature of the job. However, the team arrived at the time stated on Monday and worked hard all day to complete the job. The rooms look great and were ready for the 6:30 a.m. arrival of furniture Tuesday morning!

  Very shady sales practices. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with them unless you know what you want and have other quotes. The will give you a "today" price and another that is twice as much and valid for 30 days. In the "todays price" contract you will be waiving your 3 day right to cancel contract, will have absolutely no recourse if you change your mind or have problems. DO NOT SIGN AN "EMERGENCY" CONTACT with National Floor Direct. They have 700 BBB complaints, read them, most will state what I am saying. I had National Floors Direct come to give me an estimate for new vinyl plank flooring for my whole house. The sales man seemed very nice until the reflags started popping up with the today price being 1/2 of the ******************************************************************************************************************************** the price quote. I selected a color, we agreed on a price, and I signed the contract and gave a deposit. I went over in detail how I wanted the stairs to be done as they are the first thing you see when you walk in the door, he said no problem. Before he left I told him I had changed my mind and went with another product and color. He updated the contract and left. Long story short, the company demanded $4,000 more and said they "cancelled" my contract for the materials I wanted but I was locked into the second amended contract because I gave up my right to a 3 day cancel in the contract (I never signed the second contract). SOOOO SHADY I called customer services and a nice lady helped me pick out another color in the cheaper product. Still not what I wanted. When the install date came, contractors wearing another flooring company name showed up (was told they used their own people and no contractors). They didn't have the stair nose that I had insisted on and was promised. I had to pay $900 to get it made. The contractors were excellent and did a great job. How National Floors Direct gets an "A" BBB rating I will never know.
