      While it would be nice if every company would do all it promises to, sadly that is not always the case. When one does they go on my list of companies to return to. NFD is solidly on that list.

      Great service from start to finish. The customer rep came over for a free quote within a week. He was so friendly and helpful, showing me difference in prices and never tried to upsell. Installation was quick and professional. Loved the finished outcome and would recommend to anyone.

      When financing, this company FULLY charges you for your order, despite not being installed. They have completed one installation, after a reschedule. The carpet for the stairs has been rescheduled now 3 times, each time with a different excuse. They refuse to cancel my order.I would never recommend this company on the single reason that they charge you fully before the install and give you no recourse. Poor customer service and a shady operation.

      National Floors Direct in my oppion is a very shady company and they threatened to not let the installers install the floor unless I signed a change of work order when they arrived to install the floors. I felt like I was being blackmailed into signing because of the time line for completion. Why is this business still in existence.

      Lousy Warranty only 90 days for labor and materials on vinyl flooring.Complete Contract only online 28 pages. When requested paper contract never mailed it.

      My experience was positive from start to finish. The salesperson was friendly and patient. He got me the exact floor that I wanted for a great price. The installer was courteous and skilled. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that I was happy. I love ************!

      My Experience with National Floors Direct was positive from the Beginning. The sales associate (*****) that did the in-home estimate was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He measured, discussed our options, provided samples, and worked with us to ensure we were comfortable with the offering, and even helped us negotiate the price. Everything thereafter went exactly as he explained, the install date was set, and there were reminders and calls to ensure we were ready for the install date. The install team emailed their arrival timeframe and sure enough, showed up on time. They were extremely pleasant and did an AMAZING job... which I honestly did not think could be done in 1 day ... but they did it, they only had to return the next day to finalize the baseboards.They cleaned up after themselves and did a walkthrough with us before asking us to sign off on the job. I am very happy with the results and I will most certainly recommend National Floors Direct to anyone that needs floors done.AD

      Im very happy with the quality of my floor installation. Both my sales representative and installer were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The installer removed the existing tile and installed the new tile in under 5 hours. He made sure to clean his workspace during and after installation. He added some nice finishing touches, including a threshold between the bathroom and hallway.

      I was given a window of 7:30 am to 12:30 pm for an all day install and, after making my 2nd call to find out when the installer would arrive I was told in approximately 1.0 to 1.5 hours. I was also told that if the installer cant finish today he will have to come back. Further, I was reminded to have final payment available when the installer arrives.From my perspective, after I signed the contract and gave a deposit, the attitude is we have your money and now we can treat you any way we want. If you have to sit and wait all day, too bad. If you have to take more time off from work, too bad.I engaged National Floors Direct for the upstairs bedrooms and hall in my home. I will still need the first floor and basement done. I will not be using this company ever again.
