I never once contacted EverQuote, however, this morning I received 8 unsolicited spam/telemarketing calls from them over a 45 minute span. STOP CALLING ME. Ive blocked the numbers that called and they turn around to call again from new ones! I do not want to be contacted and do not know how this company got my information. This company is a scam. Again, STOP CALLING and remove my information from your system immediately.Business Response

I attempted to get an auto insurance quote on this companys website. Within seconds, my phone started blowing up. I received nearly a dozen phone calls within half an hour. This made me pretty upset since I have a life and responsibilities to which to attend and I truly dont have time for this harassment. I wouldnt want to be insured by a company that is so hard up for my business anyway. They must not have many customers to be harassing people like this! I will never use this company nor recommend it to anyone.Business Response

Everquote has apparently, without my permission or expectation, provided my contact information to a lot of "insurance" providers. I have been bombarded with calls for the past hour since being on their site. This is not acceptable and I want them to remove my information from their site and any others they have linked it with. They initiate your "quote" and then have you transferred to multiple companies that never actually provide a quote, but do call incessantly.Business Response

Beginning yesterday evening 2/23/23 I have been receiving multiple phone calls and texts about in insurance quote. All phone calls claim they are from ever quote. I never gave them my information nor am I searching for an insurance quote. I have been bombarded with phone calls and texts all day. They have my name and address. EverQuote keeps calling and texting me, even though I have not in anyway indicated an interest in their products or services. I told them to stop calling me via phone, yet they still do. It's been nearly 10 times and it's only noon. I sent an email saying take me off their lists and do not share data. I blocked the initial call number, but they keep calling with other numbers and IDs. This is absurd, and in no way have I signed up for this. I don't know how I got on their list, but this is another level of spam...Business Response

I have never been more disgusted with a company than this one. Within 10 minutes of inputting my information to receive an auto insurance quote I was called 5 times 5 TIMES IN 10 MINUTES! At this point this is harassment. I would never give my business to a company that has no boundaries like this.
