  After many years, I decided to go back to school to complete an MBA degree. As I got closer to completion, I decided I wanted a class ring to celebrate such a milestone. Upon researching several class ring makers, I chose CustomMade, and have been extremely satisfied in the entire process. They listened to my desires, my expectations, and most of all, they allowed me to take all of the time I needed/wanted in order to get the finished product that I desired.My ring showed up before the scheduled/anticipated date, which was even more exciting. I was overwhelmed with the finished ring. It was amazing, and more.I am very happy with CustomMade, and would highly recommend them to anyone.   My experience with Custom Made has been great! I wanted to make an engagement ring for my partner and they did a lovely job. All the staff I worked with were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My ring turned out exactly how I wanted it to!! I would buy from them again.

  I knew it was time to propose and was having a difficult time figuring out everything out. Growing up with just my mother and brother did not help as I felt I had no one to go to for assistance. I googled some stuff and found out that store bought rings are kinda eh. I googled custom engagement rings and CustomMade was the first to pop up. I went to their site and followed along with the instructions, they have a lot of information to help you through all the verbage and wedding traditions. I had talked to my first design artist and made a sketch for an engagement ring. We did a few itirations before they ask for $100 deposit for a 3d model. At the time I was kinda on the fence because $100 was a decent amount of my pay check. But I figured I wanted something special for my girlfriend. We continued for a couple weeks making a 3d model and finally settled on a design. I got to choose the type of metal and I also got many different options for the type and shape of stone. After everything was done I had my estimated price, but I didn't think the ring was right. I kinda thought it was too generic, so after waiting about a year I decided I needed to get the ring right and quick. I wanted to propose in 6 months and they were 100% on board with changing it up and helping me get it before that time. We redesigned the whole ring, changed the budget, changed the stone and got a one of a kind vine for the band and orchid leaf design. We got it done more than 1 month early. They responded almost immediately most days and if not, they made sure I got a response the next day. Their prices are great and their employees really do seem to care. They helped me with any change I wanted and helped me stay close to my budget. About 6 months later they helped me change some minor things on the wedding band to help it match the engagement ring better. Just waiting for the big day! I just want to say thank you so much and I will always recommend you to anyone looking for any kind of ring!

  As an international ********** resident, CustomMade went above and beyond with their service and execution of an engagement ring. You speak to a friendly team of professionals, and they step you through each stage of the process, from concept art, right through to 3D renders and creating the final design.They were very clear with the costs of different gem stones, and also covered the cost of sending the ring to *********.The ring itself arrives in a special box which also includes a very cute and handy and proposal survival kit! Including details on resizing if needed (which is free!) and warranty documents.I cant recommend this team enough and Ive had wonderful compliments from friends and family about how amazing the ring looks! My now fiance loves it!

  When I was looking for someone to create a one of a kind piece of jewelry from a design I created when my dad died, I found custom made. They were so helpful with all the decision making. They kept me informed through the whole production process and sending me pictures of each step. Absolutely love my necklace!! Would recommend them highly!! Thank You for my wonderful piece of jewelry:)

  I **** up some sketches myself and sent them in for a ring design. It was highly specific and after months of searching for a company that could cater to my ring designs, CustomMade pulled through and went above and beyond. Their rework guarantee for stones and sizing are some big after-thought features and I cant recommend them enough for those of you who want to put in work for your engagement ring. These guys go the distance for those who want something really personal and special.

  I had an engagement ring made for a proposal next month. The whole process was seamless. They walked me through each step, anticipated most of my questions and provided information so I knew exactly what was happening. **************** was on point and they really took my idea and turned it into a reality. The ring came out so perfectly, I felt like I could propose without anything else and I fear that Im actually my biggest threat to spoiling the surprise.
