  I was so impressed with the engagement ring designs the team came back with after sending through a couple of ideas that I liked. Once I saw the final design I could wait for it to arrive. I ordered overseas and it arrived much sooner than expected and I couldnt be more with the piece. The proposal kit that it came in was a very beautiful and encouraging touch! My girlfriend said YES and now we cant wait to get a matching one for me. ????

  We had 20 year Anniversary custom rings made of dragons and gems. They made brilliant designs from my ideas. The communication was on the spot. I started the process and then waited over a year to start it back up, our financial situation had changed and I need to shave a little off the cost and they with out a hiccup redid some of the material, not to mention had my account and designs saved exactly as they were. If you want custom rings, family heirlooms that actually have meaning to the family this is the place to go.

  I gave them an odd job and they ran with it. I was needing help designing some signet rings for my employees for their 10Th anniversary with the company. I ran across Custom Made's website via a ****** search for "custom signet rings". Once I made initial contact, the process was seamless. They have a very good system passing you from sales to design, to manufacturing and final shipping. Product was 100% as expected.

  When I first made contact with CustomMade, I did not konw exactly what I wanted. After a couple of messages, their experience and patience helped me design a pair of cuff links that turned out better than I ever imagined. They worked with me and created custom cufflinks. I have told several friends that if they are getting cufflinks from somewhere other than custommade, then I am sure that they are getting them from the wrong place and I dont even have to hear the details. CustomMade produces an excellent product but also provides the highest level of customer service that I have ever received from any other entity in my life..

  This process was incredible. The design team nailed my vision of this piece on their first attempt. I was kept well informed of the pieces progress, and they explained each process in detail. The piece turned out breathtakingly beautiful. I could not have been more pleased.

  The whole team was wonderful and very patient with me. I had numerous delays on making payments (only on my end) and they stood with me the entire time. The ring is perfect when it came in and I can't wait to see the look on my future fiance's face when I propose. I'm going to rely on these guys for the wedding ring and anything else I might need. These guys are the best

  I live in ********** *********.I searched this fine land to find a jeweller who would make 5 crest rings, one for each of my sons and one for me, all to no avail.I was referred to Custommade from someone in ******* and the experience I had was nothing short of exemplary, from first contact to shipment, the communication, ideas, suggestions were highly professional and the finished product is just sensational, couldnt be happier and my boys, who are all over the world and yet to receive their gift will feel the same, so a big thank you to the team at Custommade
