      Dealing with this company is like hopping in a time capsule to the '80s. I really don't understand why this SIMPLE statement request is so difficult.In December I spoke to an agent who told me the only way to get the details of purchase date & price for the shares in my account going back to opening was to purchase a specific statement for $15. He told me it would be uploaded to my account within 3 business days. On 12/20/23 a statement was posted on my account that gives me an error (see below), so I'm unable to open it or access the information I paid for. I called back (4 separate times because your customer service agents don't seem to understand their own company's product offerings... red flag) and finally talked to an agent who re-requested the form on 1/11/2024. This form has the same error (see below), and again I am unable to open it or access the information I paid for. PLEASE PROVIDE ME AN ELECTRONIC FORM THAT WORKS. I really don't want to call and speak to your poorly trained customer service agents another 4 times to inevitably receive another form that is broken and useless to me. I paid for something and did not receive it. This is fraud, deceit, and overall shady business practice. The point here is not that I wasted $15 - I need this form to do my taxes, which has a much greater $$$ implication without this form and the information I was sold by your customer service agent.Error when trying to open the files (any person who has ever used a computer in their life before will be able to read this error and know it is not a user error):Dss XML Error: *******************************: Dss Proxy Error: GetDocument4Async: ErrorDetails: DSSERROR: Error running GetDocument.       I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. 

      It is frustrating that the 6+ customer service agents I spoke to couldn't help me reach this resolution and that I got conflicting instructions from each of them. However, I can finally view the online file without an error now (over a month later) so I am satisfied with the response.

      I have 208 shares of ************************* through Computershare. My husband passed away on 11/25/23 and I need to transfer his name off my stocks in order to sell them to pay expenses. Since 12/8/23, I've been trying to get the required Medallion Signature Stamp. In order to qualify, Computershare needs to give me a statement to attach that verifies what my stocks are worth and that they exist. Twice now, they've goofed up and sent me the wrong attachments and twice I've been sent home by my credit union for lack of necessary proof.

      On 10/18/23 I called Computershare to transfer shares in my account approximate value $40,000. I paid a transfer fee of $20 on that day and was told shares would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. As of Jan. 11 **** I have still not received the shares and Computershare can not tell me when they will complete the transaction. I need to transfer more shares in January ****. I am concerned I will not receive those either. Approximate amount is $60,000. I am looking for an immediate resolution.

      My mother passed away on June 28, 2021. For the last 2 1/2 years I have filled out many forms, sent signed affidavits telling this company how to transfer her shares. They continue to send me form after form telling me this and that is wrong and sending dividend checks to her that I continually have to return. I asked them numerous times to settle this and they keep sending more of the same forms I have filled out.

      Intell Computer Share is holding funds and asking me to provide all kinds of documents, drivers license, written letters, and having everything notarized and they keep coming back telling me to do other things which is costing me even more money to prove that I am the holder of the account. I have provided my drivers license my Social Security card, a written letters, notarized documentation, which I have done twice and they will not release my money to me. Please help with this matter

      No nothing have been resolved. They sent me a check of 12$ but not my complete funds and still are insisting for me to pay more money to do a Medallion signature, which I would be providing them the same documentations   that I had sent to Computer Share like they have requested In the past that I have provided.  Why would they send me a check of $12?  But not my complete funds, I also have not received anything since 2016 which they are completely ignoring and I requested them to unlock my account on 12/13 and they still havent done so.

      I sold stock on 11/29/23. Payment was sent to my bank on 12/1/23, payment was returned from my bank on 12/8/23.I called & over the phone we updated my banking information. The two leading zeros were left off (we assume originally) I told the customer service rep to be sure to include the zeros.12/14/23 Payment was sent.Today is 1/5/24 & I still have not received my money. When I called concerned, they informed me the two leading zeros were left off again. Per my bank they must be included, or they cannot receive the money. Per Computershare I have to patently wait for my thousands of dollars to eventually come back as undeliverable before they can trace it. Funny - I decided to call back over & over until someone would get a manager and shockingly after spending countless hours on the phone between the *********** they can trace my money - BE A PEST!!!!! Call over & over!!!!

      They will not allow me access to my account. Rather than a password it asks for name breed an color of your dog. It is ridiculous that a financial institution does not as for a password but asks an insane question about your dog with no instructions on how the 3 questions should be delimited. Is it a space, a comma, no space, forward slash, back slash? It gives no instructions on how to fill out a tri colored dog: wit and, &,+, comma, space. So rather than a password it asks for 6 answers with no instructions on format. I have never given them information about my dogs.Based on the comments on ******** it appears they do this to lock seniors out of their accounts to prevent them from seeing or accessing their funds or seeing the charges. This foreign company should be banded from operating in the US.I have tried for weeks. Their ******** representatives will not ************* questions. I have no access to my funds.
