      Requested documents on 4/27. Called to have them printed and PAID $35 to have them overnighted on 4/28. Assured they would arrive on 5/1. They didnt. Called to get tracking on 5/2. Told to call back on 5/3 for tracking, assured docs printed and sent out though. Called on 5/3, informed that DOCS NOT EVEN DRAFTED, MUCH LESS PRINTED, MUCH LESS SENT. Told the matter would be sent on priority and that hopefully docs would be printed and shipped on 5/4. Every call yields assurances; every call negates assurances made the call before. Todays call negates ALL assurances made over 4-5 previous calls. No doubt tomorrows call will negate todays assurances as well. These documents are needed, ON A COURT MANDATED DEADLINE, for a probate case. This has been communicated, repeatedly. More empty assurances and apparent disinformation. Oh, and billing for so-called overnight courier shipping was processed on 5/1, the date the documents were, I assured, to arrive to me.

      I would like to report Computershare for basically holding my shares hostage. I've been unable to access my account of my shares for years. They keep changing the reason as to why. Mostly using my address as an excuse. They've inputed my address wrong into their system every single time. At this point I'm starting to believe it's been done on purpose to willfully restrict access to the shares in their system. They have zero contingency plans for the customer. Often putting them in extremely precarious situations. I've been trying to access my account due to divorce proceedings and they've been unable to help every single time.

      I have tried and tried to get this company to update my tax status and I get nowhere..The form on the website does not work, it always says 'could not be updated'I submitted the paper form by email as requested and still a week later this has not been resolved, despite them constantly telling me it would be 3 days.

      Computershare claimed that they sent me a letter to transfer my stocks to the state treasury, but I never received this letter. In the database of state treasury for unclaimed property, I cannot find any property under my name. So my property is lost in the "black hole", and Computershare is not helping at all. I need to have this issue resolved and get my stocks back.Also on top of this, Computershare claimed that they sent me a letter last December right before the holidays as a notice that my account will be put as dormant and my stocks will be sent to the state treasury as a result of me not in contact with Computershare, again I never received this letter. Computershare did not try any other approach such as email or phone call or texts to notify me about this very important information, while be fully conscious that there is high chance of mail loss during Christmas season. The website of Computershare prevents a proper login, it shows error message of incorrect username or password even with the correct login information, and eventually prompt to change password for every login. There is no phone number listed on their website. Their Contact ** page gives an error message "This process cannot be completed. Please note the actions taken to receive this message and refer to the Contact ** section of this site for assistance." In a summary, their customer login website prevents a proper and timely contact by their clients. From this perspective, Computershare should be responsible or at least partially responsible about the lost of my property.

      The first paragraph of the claim has not been answered. I have not received a mail from Computer Share about the official notice that my stocks have been transferred to the state. Without such letter, the state is not processing my claim as they cannot find my property in their database.

      I realized that my Computershare account (which holds 6 of my stock accounts) had been locked 10 days ago when I couldnt log in and and after numerous phone calls, someone, somewhere, told me it was locked due to a 3rd party fishing around. In order for it to be unlocked, I had to write a letter stating I wanted it unlocked, have it notarized, and mailed to shareholder services in ************ . I had this notarized letter sent overnight via **** on April 4. As of today, my account is still locked and every call to every number I can find just takes me to the same place and when I finally reach an actual human, they just send me to to another wait time on another line with no one able to tell me me anything or give me a viable number that might lead me to information. The shareholders service is horrible and basically worthless.

      I owned 4 shares of Federal Express stock in certificate form. These shares were administered by Computershare. I moved from **************** in Sep 2021 to *******, **. The change of address we filed w/ the **** lasted one year from this date. Computershare made an attempt to contact me in Oct 2022 but this mail was returned to them. As is the policy of the ****, during months 13 thru 18 after filing our change of address form, they will indeed return mail to the sender BUT ALSO SUPPLY OUR FORWARDING ADDRESS. The providing of my new address was totally ignored by Computershare and they failed in their duty to perform due diligence in locating me. In addition, the dividend paid by this stock had been, for several years without any problem, sent via ACH to our bank account, further indicating there was not any unclaimed property issue. As a result of their service failure, Computershare escheated my shares to the ******************* and they were promptly sold as part of the unclaimed property process. I demand Computershare make me whole and replace my shares ASAP, pay any dividends I would have otherwise received and generate the required **** form. As a side note, we have never been provided with a Comptershare account number. They refuse to help me without this number, making this a near-impossible situation for me.

      I confirmed with Computershare, during a phone call a few weeks ago that the last address they had for me was:

      I moved from that address in September of ****************************** *******, **.  During that call, their rep stated they mailed correspondence to that address in October of 2022 and that mail was returned.  This mail was returned due to one year passing since the mail forwarding began. This fact does NOT align with the info contained in Computershare's reply and can be confirmed if that call were recorded.  I also today re-confirmed with the US  ************** they do indeed provide the forwarding address when they return mail.

      Also, the fact they were administering the payment of dividends to my bank account without issue should suggest I indeed existed and had not abandoned ownership.  Further, I lived at the *******, ** address when I switched the dividend payments from check form to electronic bank transfer.

      I would suggest that Computershare was simply careless in handling this issue and failed in their due diligence to locate me.  I would assume it would be time-consuming and costly for them to rectify this situation and replace the shares they carelessly escheated.  I also suggest that due to these costs, Computershare has chosen to present dubious info to explain away their actions.  Nonetheless, we demand they return my shares and dividend payments that otherwise would have been received.

      I understand it's my responsibility to change all addresses in the process of moving but there are clearly systems in place to handle those few that are missed.  In this case, the **** provided that system to allow Computershare to contact us.  Computershare's systems failed, not me.

      I don't have the luxury of hearing the recorded call but am certain the Computershare phone rep stated they rec'd returned mail from October 2022.  Am I lying?  Further, if my account were deemed as "lost"due to returned mail in June of 2022, why did I rec'v a ***** dividend payment on October 2022?  This dividend event squares with returned mail taking place in October 2022 rather than Computershare's contention that the evidence they needed to escheat my shares took place in June 2022.  Last, the US *********** twice assured me they include a forwarding address with their returned mail.  Is the **** also lying?  It would seem Computershare would at least consider the notion they made an error in their haste to move these shares out of their stable of responsibility.  It would also make sense that it's much easier to deny their responsibility rather than owning up to the error and reversing what's taken place.  Is everything they do in their day to day business operation carried out flawlessly?  Someone in my position has to think not.  I would like my shares returned.

      Re account number *********** i am trying to change the address on the account in order for me to get a medallion signature guarantee. Computershare is making it impossible to change the correct address because they say i need to first transfer the stock into my own name. but i cannot transfer the stock into my own name without a medallion guarantee which i cannot get if my address is wrong. the only option they have is for me to pay them 50 dollars to waive the medallion.

      The log on process, locked me out, saying my computer that I have been using to logon was not known. I used my standard security questions, and they said this was wrong. Now I am locked out of my account for 24 hours. I waited almost hour for the team lead.

      On March 24, 2023, I tried to log into my Conputershare account, but it said that my account was locked. Since I had made no errors the previous time I had logged in and out, I felt this was a mistake and called customer service and was told they would fix it and to wait 4 to 8 hours before logging in again. I waited the whole weekend, as I had to go out of town. On Monday, March 28, 2023 I tried to log into my Computershare to purchase securities. It said my account was locked.I had a dispute with them over deductions from my bank account going into thin air and not into my account I used the account almost weekly, to dollar cost average into securities. I get sms text messages whenever a deduction was cleared by the bank and ready to view in my account. I started noticing these notifications included a stock that I no longer invest in and gave no authorization to deduct from my bank account. These deductions started automatically without my knowledge, or my having set the deductions up. I called customer service and they wouldn't help me find their error, or tell me where my money was ending up at. I went to my bank and filed a complaint and had the deductions reversed. Since I have had these erroneous charges reversed, I believe they have taken action against me by locking me out of my account They now want notarized forms filled out to regain control of my account. This is the same tactics that EQShareowner Online did to me when I called to ask how do I stop auto deductions on a couple of securities that I held there. The end result, after you jump through all of their hoops, is that they want notarized forms. Then they won't accept their own remedy when you comply with their requests. They then want a bank medallion on a form to be mailed into them, to verify your identity, to regain control of your own account. This also will not be good enough for them and will then ask you to put your account into someone else's name to regain control of your funds.

      This company claims they sent a tax form in Nov 2022 however I never received it. I have no online access to my account. I constantly get different answers from people. I tried to talk with someone today in ****** who has no idea that a tax form legally needs to be sent out to people if the amount is over $10. That to me is a lack of training. How is that the number that I called was for someone in the US and now I get transferred to ******. Please email me my tax form. There are secured ways of doing this. I need the form for 2022. I call and I get different information each time. The form from 2021 is attached for your reference.
