      Hello yes i sold shares march 18th of 2024 and have since updated my bank account details for ACH transfer and no response from computer share i have over ***** just sitting in computer share as a pending payment please help thank you

      I have tried to get lost paper stock certificates in *** replaced as well as my mothers name removed as custodian from my account under UGMA NY as I aged out many years ago. They have continually delayed and impeded the process to do so and despite multiple submissions of all the paperwork they have requested along with certifications they have done nothing. Multiple phone calls from me have led to no results nor explanation from their representatives as to why this isnt being done despite being told it was a 10 business day period to do so. I have **** return receipts showing when they received the requested paperwork and it has been more than 20 days with no result.

      In early May 2024, I submitted an online request to sell my shares with Computershare. This is a custodial account with my son. On 5/16/2024 I received a check for value of shares, but the payee was listed in such a way that bank refused to cash the check. (The payee line had weird abbreviated language regarding the fact that it's a custodial account.) ******** manager suggested contacting Computershare to have the check rewritten in my son's name (he's an adult now). The next day, I put in a request via the secure website, asking that the check be rewritten. On 6/1, I received a response informing me that in order to have the check reissued, I have to submit a Transfer Request package to have the account transferred to my son, and include a letter asking that the check be reissued in his name. This required a Medallion signature from the bank. On 6/13, I sent the transfer package with all signatures, etc., via Certified Mail. Thus began a nightmare of phone calls, emails, being asked to send additional forms, and generally jumping through hoops. We still don't have our check. This account has been valueless with no shares since May, and all we have to show for it is a worthless piece of paper (the check we can't cash). Every time we call or email, we don't speak to anyone directly involved with our account, or hear back from anyone directly involved, but instead are assured that our request will be forwarded to the "proper department." Everything has to be explained from the beginning with each communication. There is so much more to this but since I'm limited on characters I'm keeping it as short as possible. All we want is the check rewritten so that it can be cashed! At this point I don't care if it's in my name, my son's name, or both of our names without all the extra coded language. If I hear from Computershare, I don't want one of their formulated responses, I want to hear from someone who is actually working on my account!

      I have several share accounts with ********************** that I want to sell.. they have locked me out of my accounts asking me to provide medallion signature from my old bank account used to purchase these shares. The bank account used was closed and they went out of business so there's no way of getting them what they are asking. These shares have been locked got so long that I even received a letter from the ca state controllers office that if I don't claim these shares they would be transferred to the state property division so if the state controllers office knows these are my shares. Then computershare needs to unlock my account and let me sell my shares. From what I found out is that computershare locks lots of people's accounts For no reason and they are fraudulent by keeping my property from me. I.contacted them many times. They wont let me speak to a supervisor and they wont help me. They asked me to write a letter to them which three times wasn't received then ask for a closed accounts medallion signature when the banks closed up a few years ago. I want my shares so I can sell them and cut all ties with computershare. They are thieves

      Im a 93 old small business owner in the process of liquidating my corporation. My corporation owns shares of stock which are held by Computershare as fiduciary for the corporation. On or about June 11, 2024, I contacted Computershare and requested that all of the securities be sold in order to proceed with the liquidation of the corporation. I received no response from Computershare and the securities were never sold despite a downturn in the stock market. As a result, I suffered damages due to the depreciation in value of the securities and Computershare's failure to act in a timely manner. I subsequently sent Computershare a follow-up letter on July 11, 2024 and requested that the securities be sold. Computershare never responded to my second request. In a final effort to address what had become a seemingly hopeless futile attempt, I sent a third letter to Computershare on July 29, 2024 and desperately asked that all of the shares held by Computershare be sold. To date, Computershare has not taken any action on my request and the value of these securities has dropped precipitously and I have suffered a loss due to market conditions. It goes without saying that at my age, I feel as though Computershare has taken advantage of my trust by neglecting my repeated orders to sell these securities and they are causing the delay in the liquidation of the corporation. Moreover, based on the large number of similar complaints with the BBB against Computershare, I too feel as though Computershare is holding my securities hostage making my complaint one of more than a dozen of similar complaints; reflecting Computershares brazen failure to act or change their policies.
