      terrible customer service. been on the phone for hours and spoke to numerous reps. they keep repeating the same thing. that my package has arrived and nothing they can do about it. I am not disputing that my package didn't arrive. i am disputing what was or in my case what wasn't packed. I ordered 3 items and it only came with 2. I ended up needing to call my credit card company and opening a charge back. i hope they go out of business

      Received a letter stating there was a recall on our bass module due to fire hazard. They supplied a box and shipping label for us to send it to them. We shipped it to them. They were going to repair it and ship it back. After a few weeks we called to check on it. We called 4 times. Always a long hold time on the phone. People with strong Asian accents answered each time. We were always reassured everything was fine. On one call I was told we would have the unit back the following Monday. When that didn't happen we called again We asked to speak to a supervisor. That's when he told us they found our bass module to be "bug infested" and they "scrapped" it. They didn't ask our permission, they didn't notify us, they just did it. Then they gave us 6 monetary options to replace it ranging from ******* to ******. ??? Not an "I'm sorry. No apologies. No "how can we fix this" just monetary options to replace it. What kind of business does this? We filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency and are planning to pursue this further. You can't let companies get away this stuff. Our surround system is useless without the bass module which was working fine until we were scared by the recall letter that started this whole thing...Scam ????

      I sent in a PAIR of speakers for repair. They sent me only ONE back. They didn't believe me, so I had to prove it with their OWN *** tracking information showing the weight 20 lbs sent there, 10lbs back to me. 6 months later, after 3 customer service ticket numbers I was finally told this issue will be resolved and a comparable speaker will be sent to me no charge. A month later with still no speaker, I call, and I'm given a 4th ticket number now and they do not have any record showing they owe me a speaker. Record your phone calls with this scam of a company. They must throw the ticket numbers away as soon as they hang up the phone. They certainly don't do anything productive with them!

      I have been a Longtime customer of Bose products, *****. And my most recent purchase has been extremely disappointing, for booth the 700 and 900 soundbar systems, there are C*** they lose their signal and need constant rebooting, and when they will not reboot you need tech support and a laptop to get them going again, this is a JOKE.I started out1 yr. ago with the 700 soundbar as well as the 700 base module the soundbar needed support right away as soon as I plugged it in there were problems, getting support is a nightmare and have spent more time fixing problems than using it, after a month i sent it back as tech support could not help, the next one they sent needed the laptop connected right away and was just as problematic as the 1st one and after repeated calls to correct problems they sent me the 900 sound bar, that was somewhat better than THE 700 system, however this was short lived as well, this past year has been a night mare and I finally said enough after I was asked once again to hook my laptop up and sent the entire system back for a refund. Here i am after 5 weeks of **** having my system back in their possession and all I am getting is a run around for over $1400 check refund, i am getting ready to hire a lawyer and *** these morons.The bottom line is to stay far far away from Bose home system as they are building JUNK and hoping the Bose name carries them thru the problems, they have built into their systems.

      Terrible website and customer service. Inconsistent performance of speakers. I have 4 Bose products, all of which do not work, and the website it useless, I will not be purchasing another Bose product.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THE **** WEBSITE. I bought my son an expensive Aviation headset on July 15, 2023. I returned them on July 17, 2023, because they did not have Bluetooth. They told me I had to re-purchase the correct pair, so I did and paid for the second pair. It is now Sep 13, 2023, and I still do not have a refund. I call daily and get the same excuse. They have now told me to dispute it with my credit card company. GIVE ME A BREAK ****, a colossal disappointment and a waste of my time.

      I bought a Bose soundlink color bluetooth speaker and just 4 weeks later it stopped to work, it didnt charge or turn on, I tried to fix the problem multiple times using the website help support, nothing worked so at the end I paid 55 dollar to repair a defective product, please dont buy this product, this is a waist of money and the time you'll waist trying to fix this problem is just ridiculous, never ever in my life im going to buy any Bose Product anymore .

      They told me they would provide me with an additoinal 10% credit if I called back after receiving mty replacement product. It has been 3 weeks with several calls to them, and hours spent on the phone with no resulutoin.
