I wish there could be a zero star review. Ordered time sensitive items online for delivery. tracking info: Jan. 24, 6 am out for delivery, 3 pm truck breakdown; 25th 6 am out for delivery 3pm truck breakdown; 26th 6 am out for delivery, 3pm cannot be completed by 5pm; finally on the 27th out for delivery again. Every day speaking with customer service - your order will be delivered in 24 hours, if not we will ship another order. Finally on 27th I requested a refund and was told that it could not be issued because wait for it...it was out for delivery. After back and forth, staples finally issued a refund and sent a link to order for pickup for item in stock at a specific store. Item ordered. 20 minutes later an email was received that stated the order was ready for pick up, and 5 min later, order cancelled due to no longer in stock. After spending countless hours of my time trying to get my order, tracking order, refunds, etc. I was essentially given the run-a-round and never received an order. Stay away from Staples. I ordered from Office Depot and have since picked up my order within just two hours of the end of the Staples debacle. Save your time and energy. Do not shop Staples online. The delivery, tracking and communication system is all broken. ***************** do not bother to attempt to respond with an empty apology. I've already received all of that every single day this week. I cannot get my time, resources and sanity back from this awful ordering experience.Staples, Inc.

Neighbor had some items delivered from staples. The delivery drivers used my yard to turn around their large truck. Doing so left a huge crater in my grass.Staples, Inc.

**************** SUCKS!! I ordered my items 12/29/2022 and received confirmation that they would be delivered 12/30/2022. I've been at my office all day and received an update saying they were unable to leave my boxes. Nobody has been to my office with my order. How can it say that they can't leave my boxes when they haven't been here.Staples, Inc.

I went to Staples in ************ ** to have some business cards made.An extremely efficient and friendly staff lady named ****** said that she woutd do them for me on the Staples computer and in about 10 minutes she had designed my Business Cards which I immediately approved and I placed my order.About one hour later, I received an email from Staples that my cards were ready for pick up so I drove over there and ****** handed me **************************** $21.31. The cards were perfect - something that ***** had failed to do previously.I can't say enough about the efficiency and speed that ****** demonstrated who made the entire process extremely easy.Well done Staples and your superb employee.*************************Staples, Inc.

Aptus delivery was such a blessing to my family. I ordered 2 big items from Staples to be delivered on 12/22/22. When I checked the status, delivery was delayed by a day. On 12/23 I called when I didnt see tracking movement & inquired about delivery. Was told it wouldnt get to me on 12/23, because there were no **************** wouldnt start due to the harsh weather conditions. The rep asked if the items were Christmas gifts, I said yes. After a brief hold, the rep said he would get them to me on 12/24. At 8:47 Christmas Eve morning, I received a call from the same rep. ** said I have a driver who is on the way to you in their personal vehicle. 30 minutes later a very friendly driver pulled up to my home & helped me get the items in the door. I truly appreciate how this company with up & beyond, through ********** with the temperature reading 1 degree, just to make sure my kids received their Christmas gifts before Christmas!!Staples, Inc.

I ordered over $300 worth of items for Christmas gifts on Dec 17 and, as Staples has documented on their website, they should have been at my house on Dec 19. Not only did they not come, but I just got an email at 1:30 on December 23 telling me the shipment was no longer coming. When I called to ask why and let them know they were Christmas gifts, they said they lost my shipment and theyd known since Dec 21! Terrible terrible customer service. The man said he could offer me 10% cash back, but they made the error, not me, and now I am out Christmas gifts. Im extremely unhappy with their customer service.Staples, Inc.
