      Was told that Rewards would be posted in 3 days and would be redeemable for 30 days. Went in 2 weeks later and Rewards were not there. Could not get the discount for Printer and ink cartridges I had gotten points for. Went ahead and placed my order with employee; which took *************************************************************************** stock. Wasted 2 hours of my time. Rewards is user unfriendly!! and should be removed.

      Yesterday evening we placed an order for over 50 various items from sticky notes to computers, coming to over $2,200.00. Today the entire order was cancelled saying NOTHING we ordered is available. Scissors? ******** Post-It notes? Nothing in our order was available?First, it's highly unlikely that none of the 50 items were available. So the presumption is that whoever is running the show there has no idea what they're doing and is cancelling orders without a true explanation of why. This is a disgusting way to treat a customer who is coming to you with money in hand.

      It is true that I was able to place the order successfully again (without having to build the order list again). Staples very professionally reached out promptly to address this complaint. I am appreciative of the attention and care it got.

      Several times I have returned empty ink cartridges, following all their rules as to how much you have to spend before the return, etc., and I have complied with all of them. They have never sent me a refund like they claim they will. They are not honest. Now I just throw the empty cartridges away.

      Went to staples to print some custom party favors for my childs birthday that I purchased from etsy. ************** was the incompetent negligent, manger on site at the printing center (area), As I was placing my paper items on the counter he immediately sent me across the street to ****** For things I obviously wanted to be completed by staples otherwise I would of went to ****** Not feeling welcomed and extremely uncomfortable I asked if any other supervisor/ manager were available he said no even rudely tells me to stop talking or else he will not do his job as the line of customers waiting to checkout forms from the front to the back of the aisle another manager who seems to be over ************** walks to the front, shes informed of the half the issues I intervene and continue to tell her the problem ** having she states **** has a copy written policy that was sent over to staples!!!! problem solved yes we can print your images as I already signed the copy write forms 10 mins ago and the template I needed printed was purchased through Etsy. ************** is a liar unprofessional incompetent and terrible sales man / customer service skills should be retrained he insisted I go across the street to ***** twice

      I just left the *********************************************************** location after returning to explain that the item my wife had placed an order for pick up was for a 25 pack at $4.49 each and I only received one. The lady I was dealing with was double checking with her manager had a attitude. I said nicely if it is going to be an issue. You can just refund the money no problem. The lady gets nasty with me saying I am excusing myself from you and having someone else deal with you. I said ok I was just asking a question. The store manager on the phone is asking if she is ok. She said yes. Just did not want to deal with me. Raising her tone and also yelling at the young kid working there. Saying " I AM CALLING YOU AND YOUR NOT RESPONDING. I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS CUSTOMER.Also the order was placed ******. I went over at 11:27am asking about the order placed to be picked up and still was not ready,Also any other store would have honored the order placed. because no matter what the customer is always right. When there is proof I will never do business here again

      No customer service. Not provided requested contact information. Later in another request was provided a phone number for a totally unrelated business. They dont take responsibility for machines they rent (fax machines). Fax sent was not the page received but youre responsible, its not out machine. After the fact informed me I use the fax at my own risk

      A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT STAPLES!I went to Staples to have programs printed for my father's funeral. When I picked up the programs the next day, I looked a the first ***** programs and they all had smudges or spots on them. As I began discussing and showing the manager of the print shop my concerns, she immediately interrupted me and said there was nothing they could do about that. Due to the large number of copies and ink that is being used, the ink began to run and the glossy paper is what causes the smudges and spots. She mentioned to a staff member that I am complaining about these little small things on the programs. She turned to me and said we do not see things like this when we print jobs. I told her I would be embarrassed to give someone a program that looked like this. As I was telling her that I came to a professional printing company because I expected excellence, she started raising her voice and talking over me again, telling me that they do these types of programs all the time. No one else has ever complained and that I was being particular. I asked her to stop talking over me and let me finish talking, but she continued talking. She said the only thing she can do is to reprint the programs on regular paper or give me a refund. I asked her to print one program using the regular paper so I could see how it looked and there were smudges on one page from the ink. She ran another copy and it looked fine. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated by the manager. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She consistently raised her voice at me and interrupted me when I tried to speak. She made me feel as if my concerns were not warranted, and I was just being picky. As a result of (1) not receiving a quality product in a timely manner; and (2) the store manager consistently arguing with me, giving me excuses for why the programs printed the way they did, I was late in leaving for my fathers funeral. I will never come here again!

      I placed an order for an item online and it was never delivered. When I went back to check why it had not been delivered I discovered my order had been cancelled. there was no emails, calls, messages notifying my order had been cancelled and contacted customer service to ask why they had cancelled my order. They were not able to provide a reason and proceeded to attempt to resolve the issue by placing the order again. They were out of stock for one of the items which was fine but the item that they did have was placed with a discount coupon. They said they were not able to honor the coupon despite not being able to give a reason for the cancellation in the first place which is just terrible customer service. Anyways I'll take my business elsewhere. They're not the only office supply store out there.

      BUYER BEWARE: TERMS OF GROUPON NOT HONORED FOR CUSTOM HOLIDAY CARDS I attempted to redeem a Groupon on the Staples website for custom holiday cards on 1/28, the day before the expiration date listed on the face of the Groupon. The redemption code would only allow the price I paid for the Groupon, instead of the total value. I contacted Groupon that same day, they came back a few days later and told me they contacted the merchant, and they told Groupon that it had expired on 1/28, and so I couldn't use it. I went back and forth with Groupon explaining how the terms on the face of Groupon clearly states 1/29, all they have to do is look at the Groupon, point it out to Staples, and I even included screen shots of the Groupon, highlighting the expiration date. All I wanted to do was redeem the Groupon on the Staples website, as per the terms on the face of the Groupon; essentially, get a redemption code that worked so I can place my order. The end result is a refund from Groupon for the purchase price of the Groupon. I've purchased this Groupon several times in past years and redemption has been easy, and the quality of the cards was great, which is why I purchased the Groupon again this year. If you're ordering these cards without a Groupon, I highly recommend them. If you're considering a Groupon for the discount, consider using another merchant, as your Staples Groupon may not be honored.
