      Hello my name is **********, hope you are doing well.I wanted to write you on my experience at one of your staples store at ***************************************************** I have never sent an email to a Department Head before but this is necessary. Only because after my encounter, the employee at the printing desk decided to mock me and add on to my displeased satisfaction.The trip was only supposed to take 10-15mins but I ended up being there for over 2hrs. The lack of response and help from the employees and managers was uncanny. Im usually patient and well understanding that is why I felt inclined to send this email because as it turns out, my patience had its limit.I left a 1 star review. Unfortunately, there are over 20 one star reviews about the horrible customer service. Mine was specifically with the employee at the printing desk who not only had me standing there for over an hour but also did not print over 30 pages of documents I sent through the email. I made sure to check before leaving the store because I had a feeling it would not be completed correctly in which I was true Almost 3hrs of my time was spent at the store due to horrible management. And yes, I did ask to speak to a manager (twice). Both times the manager said Im sorry but theres nothing I can do, he is my printing guy. Giving the notion that he has no idea how to work the printing machines and unable to do the job.This store needs training and/or new management that can step up at moments in which an employee is incapable of a job or seems too busy with a customer and needs help attending to orders.I hope I get a response and I also hope changes are made.If I felt that way, imagine how many people who do but refuse to not say anything but instead shop elsewhere.Thank you for taking the time read this, it was definitely lengthy.

      ******************************* has been so helpful to me as I needed materials printed for a State Teacher Convention coming up in April. He is the manager of the store in *********** ** on main st.I will continue to do business here and recommend to my family and friends

      HORRIBLE. I called on 2/1/2024 because unexpectedly not working well. The tech person said they were not very busy. I was advised the hard drive was failing (computer was 14 years old). Purchased a new one, and got it the next day. The customer service is disgusting. He showed me my files. I will say a rude older man was disruptive and demanding service to buy a printer instead of seeing he was busy. My ********* office 365 was not installed properly, printer not installed, not even shown to turn it on is a flat button on the front of the desktop. I READ the written instructions supplied by hewlett packard which showed features on other models that are not on the one I bought. Called the local staples, did not get satisfaction, only told to bring it back. Complained to their headquarters via email, got a response. No satisfaction there either. All these customers and negative reviewers on staples website are the ones that are wrong???

      I walked into the ******, ** location Store #**** to inquiry about some printing services. ****** was the employee on duty and was working in the back and just yelled out Im not taking anymore orders. Ok thats not why Im here. I have a question. She was very put out by that and developed a very strong attitude and said So ask your question in the rudest most indignant way possible. I just looked at her and was taken off guard. So I just said Nevermind I asked her her name and walked out. The art of customer service was surely lost on her. Im canceling my corporate account and will never step in a Staples again. There are too many other businesses where I dont get treated horribly just showing up at her counter. It was not professional nor was it justified!!

      Terrible to customers. They delayed my order for days, and then emailed to say the item was no longer available. This was not true, the item was available, they just didnt want to send it to me because it was on sale and had free shipping. I know this because the item remained available online, but had changed to say I needed to buy three based off my shipping address. I placed an order in good faith and staples was highly unprofessional when they decided to arbitrarily cancel my order. Now I have to go buy a more expensive item after already wasting my time purchasing it from staples. I wouldnt recommend shopping at staples if you actually care about getting the products you need. I will certainly be buying my ink elsewhere from now on.

      Staples is knowingly penalizing customers who, in good faith, purchased $50 or more in INK the latter part of 2023 with an advertised benefit of earning SIX MONTHS of Ink Recycling Rewards of $2 per cartridge x 10 per month = $20 per month.I purchased my Ink in mid September of 2023 which would give me through mid March **** of this benefit Upon changing to the their new rewards program on 2/7/24, they are now only going to pay me 50c a cart ($5 a month) which is what they pay anyone, ink purchase or not. I am basically being cheated out of $30 total in rewards for the ink carts I'll recycle in Feb and March of ****.I complained through their ******** page and they answer my concerns/complaint with info that had nothing to do with my complaint, basically blowing me off. Now I'm even more annoyed than before, I expect you to honor your ink recycle offers or refund me the $30 towards the ink I spent since that's how much you are cheating me out of IMO.

      I've had so many bad experiences with this company that I hardly know where to start. About fifteen or so years ago, I asked them to clean up my PC. They told me they had to delete a bunch of files that they said I should be able to restore from my external hard drive. However, that didn't happen and I lost about *************************************** were corrupted while being restored. I gave them another shot and bought small items (e.g., toner, boxes, ***** of paper) but would get a survey for everything which made ambivalent going there even if they were the cheapest, most convenient option. The last straw came when I bought a Canon TR4720 printer (and warranty) that turned out to be a total mistake. The printer never really worked properly, e.g., difficulty connecting to and staying connected to my wireless network, poorly designed paper tray, constantly jamming feeder even for one sheet of paper. It finally came to a head when I was trying to print something and the paper tray could not find the paper I had inserted in the paper tray. I pushed it in a little, then it started pulling in multiple pages and jammed. I tried to pull the paper but it wouldn't let go. There is no easy way to access where the jam (and ripped paper) was located so I tried to take it back to Staples for repair. Well, they don't repair printers and told me I had to call another company that handles the warranty. I lost the receipt so I asked the clerk at Staples if I could get a copy so the other company knows that I purchased the printer within the past year and have an active warranty. Unfortunately, the only way Staples can find receipts is by the last four of the card I used. Since I had to replace my card in the interim, I couldn't provide that information so Staples won't provide me with a receipt. I'm stuck with a useless $250 printer with a worthless warranty. Keep Staples as your technology store of last resort since you will be disappointed otherwise.

      I would recommend everyone to never buy Canada Post's Xpresspost Envelopes or any kind of postal/courier service from Staples.I went to the *******************, ** location and I was charged 4x the amount than what canada post is selling it for.I got to know that when I went to Canada post to post my stuff and the lady at the counter saw my receipt and told me the envelope I bought for 95$ is just 27$ actually.I went back to the store and compained about this to the Manager and she was blunt enough to tell me yeah we do sell it at a 4x price and nobody can do anything about it.This is sheer fraud and looting the consumers in the name of trust and ******* am never going back to Staples for anything ever. Customer lost forever.

      what i think?i thinkthis store sent my daughter a d/c check since she had no i.d. i put the check thru my bank pinnacle on ************************* mt.juiet ** ***** and it bounced leaving me the cost of the check plus fees 306,26 was the check amount my daughter had been ****** there for 4 weeks starting in december of last year worked there and was unable to get to work because of lack of pay as a father im upset at this store for the way they treated my daughterand for telling me she stopped payment on the check leaving me in the red with my banktowhom ever reads this please do something about this if u can

      ************ received an HP Laptop as a Christmas gift. It was ordered online during Staples's Black Friday sales paper promotion. The item was sent to the store at ******************************************************************. When I went to pick up the Laptop, it was already out of the box and behind the service desk as if it were on display. I asked the young man why, and he said they needed a work order to download the software. The work order was obtained. I waited one hour and thirty minutes for him to complete the service, but it was still not downloaded. Since it was Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, I needed to leave the state. I needed my old laptop to transfer files/ and ********** asking if I could bring my old Laptop into the store when I returned from the trip on Sunday, and the answer was yes. I gave the tech enough time to download whatever was needed for the new Laptop. I went into Staples that Tuesday, and my Laptop still had not been serviced from the original work order (transferring files from the old to the new, still completed. I returned two days later; it is two weeks, and my laptop is still on display behind the service desk. Again, I asked the tech if the Laptop was ready, and he answered, no. It was at that moment that he became hostile. It told me he was doing me a favor and that Staples Corporate Office stated that he did not have to download anything ordered offline. The store manager tried to get me to return the online computer and repurchase the Laptop from his store. It was a whirlwind filled with unprofessionalism, long waits to be serviced/checkout lines and outright rudeness. In case you are wondering, I contacted Staples Corporate Office, complained to the customer service complaint departments, and was switched to the President's *********************** I shared with the person who took the complaint, a young man, that I was not returning to that location for anything. Staples refused to refund me for the item.
