      I ordered a desk from Staples.. The box showed up looking like it had been thrown off the back of the moving truck. Huge hole in it and not even sure all the pieces were still in there. I contacted them and they told me to ship it back and they would send me another one. I have no box to ship it back in because it was absolutely demolished and the transport. I let them know I did not have a box. They informed me that it had to be in a box in order for them to pick it up. I later contacted them through chat support and they told me they would send a box with the people that were picking it up. A couple hours later I got an email saying that I did not need to send it back, they were refunding my money and the desk was no longer available.I called the store about an hour away and they advised me that the desk is indeed still available online. They lied.I have all of these pieces to a desk that I cannot use and in order for me to throw them away I will have to pay someone to do that. They refuse to come get it without it being boxed up.I will never buy anything from this company again. HORRIBLE customer service.

      If you love your belongings DONT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER SHIP FROM THIS LOCATION. The *** shipping center here will ruin all of your belongings and the receiver will receive tampered with boxes and broken glass all over the place. Horrible customer service and care of your packages is extremely disappointing. I dont recommend this shipper go to ***** at least they will take care of your belongings.

      Staples apologizes for any inconvenience the customer has suffered. ********************** is a third-party provider of the *** delivery service. We are only able to go by the *** inspector. Once inspected, *** provides us with a response with the findings about the packaging of an item. Staples is only able to provide an approved claim if *** authorizes it or if Staples has packaged the product for shipping. Unfortunately, Staples did not package the customers item, and *** has declined the claim stating that insufficient packaging was used to keep the package safe.

      I bought a book case on 1/1/2024. I paid $129.99 for this case that is normally $179.99. The sale went through and I received a confirmation, which I will try to attach. Within 1 minute I received anr email stating " We're sorry; your items are currently unavailable" The message then stated "Similar items may be found on Staples.com". This is nothing more than a Bait and Switch tactic. Offer a quality item that is discounted 27% off with no intention of selling it. They are just hoping you will buy cheaper merchandise instead. I always thought truth in advertising was a law. I can see why they are not BBB accredited!I had to put at least 1 star for this review to send. They deserve zero.

      Staples apologizes for the inconvenience this caused the customer. Due to the popularity of the advertisement the demand was extremely high and we sold out of the item faster than anticipated. **** was sent a coupon as a gesture of goodwill.

      Every time I visit the Staples in my neighborhood (Store 824) I have the most horrible experience, when using the print center part of the store. The copy machines and computers are usually not in service and when you try to ask the employees for help they brush you away. Today after trying to print using my USB on all available copy machines and one computer, I asked one staff member for help and she dismissed me. Then, I tried speaking with the manager about the level of dysfunctionality going on at this place and she said it's not true. I explained to her how going to any other Staples is a more pleasurable experience because they have some type of customer service, but not in this STORE 824. I have decided to place a complaint every time I go in the future until they hire competent staff at this location.

      I was shopping for a new printer and trying to decide which type to buy. ****** was very helpful and very knowledgeable. You have a great employee in him. I also noticed I left a review 6 years ago when I was computer shopping. ****** was the one I spoke with then . Once again he was as very helpful and knowledgeable. Employees like him are hard to find these days

      I recently ordered printer ink during the 50% off sale but they sent me the wrong ink of lesser cost and color. They denied they got the order wrong and instead of sending me the correct product as replacement, they are refunding me and expect ME to go through multiple steps to return it! Moreover the delivery person arrived in an old ***** van and threw the box down hard in the middle of the sidewalk not near my door, and the box smelled strongly of marijuana. So in the end, they sent a dirtbag to my house with the wrong product and I won't get my ink at the advertized price. After buying 4 laptops and various other products from Staples, we are done with them. Despicable and I believe intentionally deceptive.

      Ordered calendars first week of October for Christmas. ****** dropped the ball. ****** picked it up two weeks ago but now some other glitch that makes it unlikely to arrive before its needed. NEVER do custom orders from them. There is no excuse for this
