      The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Every request on the phone takes 24-48 hours to be fulfilled. They offer compensation on voicemail and then lower it when speaking to you. Every associate you speak to is oblivious to the previous encounters regarding the same problem. I received 8 dining room chairs with 3 of them damaged. Photos were sent. Fed ex pick up is not yet scheduled after days of requesting it. Avoid the online ordering with the Tj maxx family of brands at all costs.

      Bought a dress and few other items at TjMaxx at 483 Broadway , New York NY 10013 and they provided me with the reception that Didn’t half a barcode on the bottom as it probably was torn in a straight line from the register . I came to return the dress and they couldn’t return it saying that there is no barcode spoke to the manager who declined to Return an item saying that there is no barcode and she cannot do anything. I told her that she needs to take responsibility. This is how I got the receipt and it is not fair. I’m returning an item but fully attached tax, including the red tag within the 30 days. She spoke to me in the humiliating way almost throwing the dress into my face and behaving like a non-human robot saying she cant do anything . there was a time and a date on the receipt and I told her you can check the transactions. She said I am the only one in the store and I’m not gonna do it today to which I said to her you can do it at any other day when you’re free to check the date and time of the transaction because it is unfair it is not my fault. She told me to check barcode next time and she cannot do anything about it again behaving like a real animal with no professionalism in front of her workers. After about 25 minutes of back-and-forth, she just walked away, leaving me with the dress . It is behind disgusting

      I shop at TJ Maxx all the time. Decided to place an online order for the first time a couple of weeks ago. They sent a completely different item. Only one available online so slim chance of actually getting another one. I contacted customer service via email to request they send me the correct item, still no response...I returned the item and when they finally processed the refund it was less than I paid originally. I sent another email asking why I wasn't getting a full refund, no response...will not place any more orders until everything is resolve. Bad experience, horrible customer service!

      I completed an online transaction with marshalls.com. They shipped my order using FedEx, who is the absolute worshiper in the world. After waiting a week I received notification that FedEx damaged the package and returned it to sender. I called Marshall’s customer service to find out what I could do, especially considering the items are no longer in stock and they are sending me a refund that I should receive in 10 business days. I called their headquarters to find out if there was anything else I could do To receive the products or at least receive my refund in a quicker manner, and I was told they had no resolution for me. Their policy is horrible and their customer service absolutely stinks. I will never be shopping in any of their stores again. Buyers beware!

      My sister bought me a $50 gift card for my birthday. My puppy literally ate it. I have the receipt with the last four numbers of the gift card. When I called to explain what happened, they said they can’t give a new one. I’m out the $50 gift card, my sister is out the $50, while TJ Maxx gets $50 for free. That’s basically stealing. The receipt also has the bar code that can be scanned. I’m appalled at their refusal to replace the gift card. I’m done with them. Imagine all the other gift cards that get lost. How much money the must make off of that alone. Thieves.

      Horrible experience about online shoe purchase. I returned shoes within 24 hours of receipt in original box. Two and half weeks later I am notified that they are returning shoes via FEDEX to me because they had been worn. Not true. They were never worn and brand new. They are not refunding my $699.99 purchase. I am reporting to *** ****** ** ******* ** ****** to complain about this poor business practice. Obviously, someone at Marshalls damaged shoes so refund would not be given. I haven't yet received returned shoes but their business practice in UNACCEPTABE. I want everyone to know that online shopping Marshalls experience is fraudulent and should be avoided.

      The employees at this location are tricking peopel into applying for a credit care. They tell you that you are signing up for a rewards card and never mention that it is a credit card applciation. This is gross and dishonest.

      I would give ZERO stars if I were able to -- Was a TJX cardholder but like many others could never sync my rewards or my TJX card to the mobile app. This review is in reference to the experience I had paying my cards balance in full. I initiated the payment by having to call their 1-800 number and received an email on 5/7/24 that my payment had been scheduled. I then received an email on 5/9/2024 that my payment had processed. On 5/10/2024 I received a duplicate email that this payment had been processed again. I contacted Synchrony Bank and was told by an Account Manager that I was the one who had accessed my mobile account and had initiated the payments twice. The mobile app I had never been able to use to pay my bill, and shouldn't the balance had been 0.00 if I had just paid it? I was then told that I needed to wait 7 days for the payment to post to my account and then call Synchrony Bank back and request a refund check be mailed to me. I did and have closed my account. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT LINKED WITH SYNCHRONY BANK AS THEY WILL TRY TO ROB YOU AND THEN BLAME IT ON YOU

      TJX ,Home Goods and Marshall's are selling decorative accessories made in China and they are putting a label that they are made in India. They didn't notice that the real tag was inside the vase and that is a scam!

      I guess TJ Maxx is no longer getting my service after you increased the APR for my credit card to 35%. For someone with a high credit score and a perfect on time payment. 35% is insane. Nonetheless, 32% it's at now. No thanks, no more TJX CC. And no more shopping at TJ Maxx or the other stores affiliated with them. Wish you luck.
