      I shopped at this store at The Fountains in El Paso TX. I checked out only to find out my card was cancelled. NOT because I didn't pay, but because I wasn't able to shop for 2 years due to covid. My card has an expiration of 5/24 but they cancelled it without letting me know just because I hadn't used it in 2 years. My only recourse is to reapply which I have no intention of doing. Everyone I talked to said sorry...reapply. This is horrible customer service no matter how you look at it. TJX doesn't care a whit about their customers. Hope they go out of business.

      Awful shopping experience at Homegoods Lafayette, La. Probably will not return even if I am in the area. Very racist employees ,specifically front cashiers and home accents worker. I picked up a product from the clearance section. When I proceeded to register I was told by cashier number 7 it had the wrong price. I asked about store policy on mispriced items and could not get an answer. Said cashier insinuated that I myself had changed the price. I travel the world buying art and shopping. I well have over the means to buy whatever I want without changing the price . That was very rude and poor customer service to suggest such a thing. Then a worker from the accents department came and was real nasty also insinuating I had changed price es myself. I promise you if I was a Caucasian customer I would not have been accused of such a thing. I told them that there was a similar stool in the same section more than once. Accents department employee said she was going scan other stool but never returned. A manager ended up coming . Had someone went scan the other stool sooner they would have been known that an employee had made a mistake and mislabeled the two stools. Shame on HomeGoods for blaming the customer for their screw up. Then,the elderly grey haired Caucasian cashier was mouthing off and being rude with other customers about what I had going on at register 7. I even heard her say , "Just call the cops."

      I was talked into acquiring a TJX credit card in May of 2021 while shopping at Marshalls. My purchases were put on this card that day and I have never used the card again. At the time I purchased the card I was living in New Boston and had been for over a year. I never ever received an invoice or statement from TJX but got a letter from a collection agency last week.
      In talking with the customer service rep at the collection agency I found the invoice and statements had been sent to a PO Box in the town I lived in almost 2 years ago therefore I never received them. Now my credit report has a black mark on it because of TJX. Beware!

      I ordered cologne as a gift and the box came beat up with no wrap in side and the cologne was busted! I was told I had to send back broken glass just to get a refund ! Most ridiculous thing ever and I was told at the shipping center they are not supposed to even allow me to ship broken glass! This company should be ashamed of themselves! I literally lost money

      Bought a bag of caramel candies from the store in Aiken SC, which tasted off and made me sick very quickly. I checked the tag’s Best By date and saw that the original year listed was covered by a sticker reading ‘2025.’ The actual date under the sticker said ‘5/31/2022.’ Someone at this store has been tampering with the expiration/best by dates and are allowing out of date food to be sold to customers.

      Racist Employee.
      It is very sad that I have to write this review. My wife loves to shop at this store and drives 30 minutes to get there. A while back an employee embarrassed her and made a racial comment to her at the cash register loud enough for several people to hear. Her mother asked to speak with a manager and an assistance said that they were not available and that there was nothing that she could do. I called the next day (Sunday) and spoke with another manager assistance. I explained what happened and she was very surprised, she said that she will let the managers know on the Monday meeting that they were going to have and that I would get a phone call. Two weeks passed by and nothing happened. I called the store and spoke with Micha a manager on the HomeGoods side, he was also really surprised and said that he did not know anything about the situation. He said that he would investigate getting an apology card for my wife and a gift card and that he would address this issue. Also, said that I would get a call back. Two more weeks passed by and nothing happened. I called the store and spoke with another manger I believe his name was Thomas. I did not explain the whole situation again, because I have done that several times. He was still surprised and said that he did not know anything about that but would investigate it. He said that him being a person of color, he took that very serious and I would get a call that very day and apologized that nothing had been done until then. It is now been two more weeks and absolutely nothing has happened. We are in 2022 now and this kind of behaviors should definitely not be happening anymore. Being a veteran myself, it is sad that the people that I fought to protect harms each other with ignorant comments, let alone my own wife being the victim. However, nothing will ever change if the managers don’t do anything about that kind of behavior. If you are working on customer service and behave like that and there are no re

      Had an issue so I called in April and I was told it's taking care of. It wasn't. So I called again and the customer service rep seem nice and was told it's all good. It wasn't. I called third time and I wanted to know how much I exactly owed.i was told July statement will be it. I paid the the July statement balance in full. Got August statement 78 dollars. Called customer service and I was given the run around. So I was frustrated and paid 78 dollars in full just to end this calling and wasting my time.
      I don't owe them 78 dollars I just paid it and told them to close my account. I even call the bank that issued the card and they couldn't find out what's the 78 dollars for.

      I made purchase online at Marshall’s and they billed my cc for items shipped, which is normal. I expected pending charge on cc to be for items not yet deliver. However, I have a pending charge for total amount of original sale, which lowered my available line of credit. I emailed Marshall’s and they told me this is normal and it will fall off in 5- 7 days. No, this is not normal cc policy.

      I have a very low opinion of a company that doesn't have live humans to handle customer service issues. Only robot chats.
